Poring Hot Spring Nature Reserve: "A little disappointing, but worth a short visit"

Review by: Ontheroadsensei | Source: Trip Advisor
We went early on a Monday morning to avoid crowds, but were surprised to find the hot spring tubs were empty. Though we turned on the valves, it would have taken a couple hours to fill a tub, so we were disappointed to miss out on a decent hot spring soak. We did the canopy walk, which was the highlight of our visit to Poring.

Rak Ko Jae Seoul: "Nice experience"

Review by: Carly H | Source: Trip Advisor
If you want a "local living" experience, this hanok is really nice. You sleep on a mattress on the floor, traditional style. They serve a traditional Korean-style dinner every evening, as well as breakfast every morning. The only downsides: there is really no classic staff like in a bigger hotel, only a caretaker who changes the sheets and cooks the food, and both of the women who were working there during my stay didn't speak a word of English, so if you are looking for recommendations or for someone to call you a taxi, it might be difficult.

David’s Kitchen: "Simply winderful"

From the service, to the presentation, to of course the food, David’s Kitchen is a must if you are anywhere near the area

RACHAMANKHA: "Enchanting hotel"

Review by: Dan E | Source: tripadvison.com
"We stayed for two nights and loved the peace and tranquility this special hotel provided. It is located in the Old City, and thus is slightly removed from the bustle of central Chiang Mai. Really the attraction here alongside the quiet is the extraordinary architecture. The property's attention to detail in design and decor is one of a kind. If these features are not what you are seeking this may not be the hotel for you but if so it is a special and unique stay. "

Tugu Bali: "excellent boutique hotel"

Review by: Mike M | Source: Trip Advisor
"This hotel is exceptional; excellent service, very responsive staff. I informed the staff about my plans of the day; and they accommodated us and even anticipated our needs; the staff is very responsive. Breakfast is excellent, pool is nice and private. The common grounds are exotic All rooms with ocean view ( second floor) have a spiral staircase to enter. The patio ( balcony?) is large, but no A/C( thus a little warm in March) you are asked to close the windows in order to avoid the wildlife. Lovely garden, lotus pond; very very nice experience. My only caveat is that this great hotel is now surrounded by a recent development of bars catering to the young surfers. The music can be a little loud until the wee hours ( 3-4 AM). Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"

INLE PRINCESS RESORT: "what a wonderful place"

Review by: Eveline W | Source: tripadvisor.com
"The Hotel is Magic. We were picked up by a boat and slowly brought into this paradise. The room was fantastic, the Food and Drinks to match. We were so happy there that we decided to Skip a few temples to be able to enjoy this resort. The sunset on the terrace with a drink is fabulous. "

Mie Cafe: "Our last night in Siem Reep"

Review by: pete2404 | Source: Trip Advisor
My partner and I wanted to go out for a nice meal as it was the end of our holiday. We were getting tired of 'Pub Street' and wanted something special. We found out about this place on TripAdvisor and thought we would give it a try. We were very fortunate being a walk in as it's a rather small restaurant and it was quite busy. The food was absolutely wonderful. It was contemporary Khmer cuisine at its best. This was complimented by wonderful service from very friendly staff. A wonderful evening out.

Slow Villas and Spa: "Serenity"

Review by: 342brian | Source: Trip Advisor
"We stayed at these villas last weekend for two nights. The villas are comfortable, with a small pool in your own private garden, the food is delicious, being cooked for you on-site and then delivered to your room. Highly recommended. A complementary massage is included in your stay, and Julie, the high-energy co-owner and manager of the Villas, conducts a complementary Pilates session. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The one aspect that I would suggest to improve the experience is if real coffee could be used instead of instant, in the breakfast cafetière so, a small point I know, but there some fantastic Indonesian coffees to choose from."

Supanniga Luxury Bangkok River Cruises: "Amazing scenery and gorgeous dinner"

Amata Lanna: "A treat"

Review by: Fili-1 | Source: Trip Advisor
Small resort with few and luxurious rooms that all face the pool-manicured garden area. remarkably beautiful structure and attention to detail. Folks and always ready to give you the best advice on what to visit the beautiful Chiang Mai, attention should be friendly to Pong, owner of the hotel who greeted us in the best way in its structure. Council also highly recommend a massage at "The Home", a massage center agreement with the hotel which is a few kilometers away, went every day for three consecutive days. Ours was a perfect stay, very good.
