THE SAMAR: "Boutique Hotel"
Only a 4 day stay,I wish it had been longer. So much to recommend about this hidden gem The rooms are luxurious fantastic bathroom.Only 9 suites and 20 odd staff to look after you swimming pool sunbeds everything cratered for plus the restaurant and food were out of this world. If you get the chance stay here you will not be disappointed . Plus of course it is central to to Ankor Wat and the other numerous temples.4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Absolutely beautiful place, such an unusual but wonderful stay"
"The setting is spectacular. It feels so remote. Although the accommodation is canvas, it is so well equipped inside it was better than some hotel rooms we'd had. Proper flushing loo and double hand basins with a lovely shower. There was no kettle in the room but the staff would bring some hot drinks over if requested. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful, it was a homely, welcoming feel. The food was excellent, and the day trips are really worthwhile. There is no wi if but its sometimes nice just to read and relax, the hotel provide DVDs as there is no cable for TV programmes, very much a get away from it all place. Over a 3 week Cambodia / Laos holiday in such a selection of hotels, this one really stands out. It is very close to the jungle so there needs to be some common sense re mosquitos etc but it really is worth a visit. We had 2 nights there, I think 4 would have been ideal."The Island Lodge: "Great place to stay"
"I'm currently living in My Tho city and this is my first time my boyfriend visiting me in My Tho. I have worked for Thoi Son island for 3 months but didn't know they have this kind of great resort hotel on this island. We stayed here for two nights and had dinner for the first night. Tastes awesome and the staff who served the dishes was really friendly. We also tried spa and it was awesome too. We really relaxed and felt great. Next time my bf comes over My Tho city, we will stay here again for sure. "Jing’s Residence: "A haven of peace"
"We stayed at Jing's Residence for 2 nights and this was really a wonderful experience. After the noise and the crowd of the city , Jing's Residence offers a quiet and peaceful environment, sophisticated yet making you feel like in a friend's or family home. From the rooms and exquisite decoration, to the restaurant and the staff, everything was perfect. We celebrated my father's birthday there and the staff was very kind and thoughtful. I also tested the spa which was a very pleasant moment. This is truly one of our best experience in China."Flower Island: "Amazing place"
My boyfriend and I stayed here with two friends for 4 days and it was undoubtedly the most wonderful part of our trip to the Philippines! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the island itself is like paradise. We did some fantastic activities too - a tour of a pearl farm (which was fascinating), snorkelling trips, paddleboarding.. And we saw turtles just off the house beach. The huts are beautiful too and all look out to sea. Truely wonderful - we'd recommend this to anyone either as part of an active holiday or looking to chill out for a few days.Dewakan: "An Excellent International Standard Dining with a great experience of local recipes"
Although the journey into the restaurant is a bit difficult to find, however, I am guarantee you will not regret on the quality of the dining experience to another level. This restaurant has been using a lot of local ingredients which the Chef himself, source all these around the entire Malaysia. Normally, we experience these ingredients through the local cuisine; but here at Dewakan, the Chef has been improvising these ingredients to a high level of dining standard, which is I can call it as Fine Dining standard. Please do not expecting some food like caviar or fois gras, it is all about for you to experience the Malaysia food, a place I call home.Satri House: "Wonderful stay"
This is one of the most beautiful hotel that we've stayed. Wonderful decoration with traditional style and wooden furniture. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and attentive with perfect English.Maduzi Hotel: "Suprising Find"
"Another Small Luxury Hotel booking . Arriving at the hotel I was a little worried . The entrance is unassuming and you walk past a small bar area to a very small reception area but the suite was great when we went upstairs. Large bedroom , separate lounge/ work area Good bathroom with jacuzzi and wet room shower , separate toilet and separate dressing area / walk in wardrobe, free mini bar with soft drinks and water and a great coffee machine. Only dislikes in the room were the quite fierce aircon which was difficult to manage, the glass screen door on the toilet ( not as private as one would wish) and also the bed ,as in many Thai hotels ,was on on the firm side . Breakfast was delicious and went on until 2.30 . Free tea and coffee available all day in the bar such a welcome after a day trekking around . The staff were able to organise an evening out suggesting a great alternative after a first choice was unavailable . They were unobtrusive but available whenever needed Situation just off the junction with Sukhumvit is perfect for BRT and MRT . Would definitely use the place again . Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"Talabgaon Castle: "Simply Wonderful"
"We arrived late in the evening and still enjoyed a very warm welcome from staff, The music, food, and ambiance were a very special treat. The Castle is simply beautiful. I awoke for sunrise, with light shining through the many stain glassed windows that adorned my bedroom. I wandered about the property, enjoying the light as it rose above the Castle. A staff member wished me a warm good morning, and took time to show me more about the Castle. A very special treat! Talabgaon Castle is a very tranquil place with attentive staff ... it's a great place to escape the business of over places in India. Breakfast was home cooked - welcomed and tasty. I also enjoyed a cup of coffee in my room prior to heading out to explore. I enjoyed finding the many fresh flower potpourri vessels, as well as a few peacock sitings! It was a visit to remember, for sure. I only wish we could have stayed for at least another day. The drive to the Castle may seem a bit lengthy, but in my opinion it's well worth it. Take time to enjoy the India experience along the way! The journey ... and the destination ... is the reward. Enjoy!!!"Misool Eco Resort: "Are we there yet?"
"Getting there from the US is grind, but well worth it. As a result of ranger patrols, the marine park is protected and thriving, making the diving (and snorkeling) truly outstanding. The soft corals and marine life are abundant, healthy and beautiful. The dive center is efficiently and well managed. Evening talks were fun and educational. The resort is well designed and eco friendly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Was very sad to leave, but would go back in a heartbeat! Stayed February 2017, traveled with friends"
