Cuisine Wat Damnak: "The best in siem reap"
we like to eat and i must say that this is one of the highlight of our trip in siem reap. for whatever reason if you are in siem reap. please put this restaurant in your list. absolutely amazing taste.Tugu Bali: "Hidden gem"
Absolutely beautiful property full of Balinese culture and Indonesian history; you could spend a day itself properly exploring, learning about, and enjoying the hotel itself. Staff were impeccable and went out of their way to meet my very need; super friendly. Easy walk (less than 2min) to the beach where there are excellent waves for surfing right there at Batu Bolong beach (with other excellent breaks nearby). Plenty of excellent and hipster restaurant/Cafe options; Canggu way more laid back and less chaotic than Kuta or Seminyak. Can sometimes be noisy at night given proximity to the some of the most happening bars in Canggu, but if you’re looking for intimate luxury in a super-cool part of Bali, Tugu is your place. Rooftop bar had outstanding views, where I also ate my breakfast every morning to watch surfers catch the morning swell. While I came solo, I would bring my family back here in a heartbeat. Thanks Tugu!Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Heritage and cultural luxury"
"Built around 1840 and now providing public accommodation, this is the luxury with character missing in today's 5 (or more) star hotels. From the old fashioned door key to the huge rooms furnished to transport you back in time, the centre open courtyard with photos of those from the past or the 'day beds' along the courtyard wings to relax in, this is 'what's old is new again'. The bathroom and shower facilities are modern 'western' but still set in the decor of yesteryear. Breakfast à la cart can be a little slow but gives time to relax, enjoy the ambience and enjoy the many self serve offerings. Located in the old town area, further history and the delights of Georgetown are just out the gate"The Hue House: "Top Restaurants"
"Für mich ist es das beste Restaurant in HCM. Top Essen TOP Location TOP Preise Gerne wieder. Es ist leider etwas schwer zu finden"Locavore: "A dinner like a performance"
"It's hard to describe the menu and all it's different structures and tastes but see it is an evening out at a theater....the table looked simple and almost empty at start but soon a symphony emerges and takes you off to different and wonderful places, until a final apotheose of different kinds of sweetness ....and then the table is empty again. So far the poetry description... All of the dishes are ""urgent"" and none are ""fillers"" but of course we had our favorites. From the all very different amuses the tomato dish was sublime in its purity and the sweet, sour and salty perfect in balance. The catfish also combined great flavors and structures. The tongue with carrot and harmonious cocktail pairing was a great finish of the savory dishes, were after the sweet dishes gentle and a feast for the eye. Go for the 7 courses with cocktail pairing, most pairings are great, all cocktails are delicious but some a bit overpowering , so be careful, some you drink better AFTER you had the dish. This will be most likely a meal you never forget...a big thx to the whole team"MesaStila: "Heavenly Abode"
Firstly, you are surrounded by 7 mountains. The scenery at MesaStila is breathtaking. This is the Java you have been searching for. You are also on the grounds of a working, organic coffee plantation, whose history dates back to the Dutch times in Java. Afternoons are my favourite here (yes, I am a long term fan of this place and have been visiting since 2001) and you can wallow around the original colonial plantation house, which is drenched in the afternoon sun and as the light softly fads and disappears behind the towering mountains you are served a "high tea" - a complimentary coffee and tea service just to make you really feel at home. It is a real experience staying here. I would recommend flying into Semerang, as its only 45 mins on the toll road. The service is impeccable and the villas which grace the grounds are spacious and all antique, lovingly presented with the finest of antiques. You simply have to go.sandat glamping: "HEAVEN in ubud"
stayed here for 3 nights, and could have stayed for 3 months. loved sleeping in the middle of the rice paddies outside of ubud. the staff was very welcoming and the decor was incredible. highly highly recommend!Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "A few days to chill"
"Well... I could say I hated the place... to keep u all away... so I can keep it all to myself.... I just loved it... So historic, original, wonderful staff, huge rooms all fully restored in modern luxury and the whole place with old/antique furniture... I was in my element... elegant, traditional. Fantastic food, ( the dining room ceiling looks ridiculous) but the rest is just gorgeous... It is the middle of downtown GT (George Town), lots of transport options, and walking to discover the rest of GT is easy... The staff are wonderful... I just loved it I would not take kids there... destroy the atmosphere.... but I am sure kids would be welcome.... if necessary A very, very special place... If u are into history and love the old... you will, like I love the place... do go....."Mathis Retreat: "Le Must"
What happiness to have chosen this hotel for 3 nights in Ubud. I had heard so much noise in the city that I had decided to be a bit outside. Beautiful views of the rice fields. I stayed in a deluxe room. All rooms have views of the rice fields. Lots of charm in decoration. Warning only bathtub in the bathroom if He is apparently so go to the bungalow (shower and bath). A small dej to die. jams to die for .... The restaurant is excellent too. A very good chef director Karine fuss of these customers A short ParadisCuca: "Best Dining Experienced in Bali!"
"This is my first time for us to dine at Cuca. One of my Friend who live in Bali recomended this place and also the chef from Folie Kitchen told us ""if you stay at Jimbaran you must try this restaurant Cuca"". They were so right! We had the best Dining experienced in Bali. We ordered 6 tapas (3 tapas each as recommended on the menu). For me the best dishes was Meat & Potato. It was simply delicious! And We ordered a couple of cocktails with the meal as well. I was very impressed with the waitress knowledge on every dishes that we ordered. When I asked one of the waiter what's in this dishes (meatball) she was able to describe all the ingredients. Overall I will give 5/5, I will definitely come back and will recommend this restaurant to my friends . JR"Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
