Poring Hot Spring and Nature Reserve: "Poring Hot Spring Not to be Missed!"

Review by: udinr2017 | Source: Trip Advisor
Poring is located in the lowlands of Ranau. The hot spring water is the best stress relieve to soak away the sores and aches of your muscles in the natural spring’s hot sulphuric minerals, deemed to have healing properties and very popular among the locals. Visitors may chose open tubs to experience natural hot spring soaking, which is free for open tubs or enclosed tubs with fee of RM15 for twin tub. Surrounding are also other interesting areas in the park not to be missed such as the butterfly farm, the Poring Orchid Conservation Centre, the tropical garden, the Poring canopy walkway, and the Rafflesia flower site.

Sandat Glamping Tents: "Assolutamente meraviglioso"

Review by: SoleLuna2003 | Source: Trip Advisor
Cinzia

Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Pure escapism"

Review by: ranger11 | Source: Trip Advisor
"This is a very special place...I felt a bit like Leo DiCaprio discovering his Beach when I arrived here! (In fact its a bay and a beach creating a bit more variety than normal with the shallow bay ideal for any of the younger guests....) Its a 1.5 hour long tail boat trip from Khuraburi to get here, so there is no popping back to the mainland for a spot of shopping during the stay. Still, not sure why anyone would want to...the resort is a great place to unwind - read some books, swim, kayak and just generally chill out. I was in Baan Sea Blue 1 and it was great to be so close to the sea, listening to the waves as I went to sleep and woke up. Loved the design of the house and that they are all individual and well spaced out. The service was excellent - Massi and Teresa were very friendly and professional. The food was very good which is fortunate as there is not exactly a street full of restaurants outside the hotel! Took the half board option. We did the tour to the Surin islands. With the benefit of hindsight I would not advise this as I do not think this was very well done by the operator, Greenview. The boat did not arrive at the resort to collect us until just before 10am and upon arrival at surin took us to the Mokken village which confused most of us on the boat as we thought we were there for snorkelling. It did not help that the guide's english was not great. After the calm of Golden Buddha the buffet lunch with all the other tour groups on Surin seemed like a tourist hell zone. As for the snorkelling, a lot of the corals were bleached. Not enough fins were available for the snorkellers. We left Surin about 3.30pm for the hour trip back. All in all a bit disappointing for THB 3,900 per person. If I had my time again I would have gone to stay on Surin for a night or two to appreciate the islands in a more relaxed way and not taken the day trip. Back at the resort one highlight was taking a kayak out to go up the mangrove river. If you get the kayak 30 mins before high tide you can float with the tide into the river and then float back out to sea as the tide turns. We went as far as we could up the river. On another day we took a kayak to investigate the islands in the bay. I should mention that the sunsets were fantastic!"

Cuca: "Great restaurant"

Review by: TMM773 | Source: Trip Advisor
This is the third time we have eaten at Cuca. Doesn't disappoint! The meal sizes are small and quite rich. We have enjoyed the experience each time we have been. Its not the type of restaurant you would eat in night after night but definitely worth a visit. Only negative - $15au for corkage! A bit steep when the bottle is only worth $25.

The Cabochon Hotel: "An oasis in the middle of chaotic Bangkok"

Review by: Tawnessa C | Source: Trip Advisor
The Cabochon was heaven. The hotel is wonderfully decorated with antique items and gorgeous little nooks and crannies that make you want to photograph everything. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, catering to anything we needed. The breakfast was scrumptious - great way to start your day touring around Bangkok. The restaurant served the best food we had during our entire stay in Thailand.

Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "wonderful place to stay"

Review by: Songbirds10 | Source: tripadvisor.com
A friend and I just had a wonderful 4 night stay in one of the two bedroomed residences in this charming quirky colonial style hotel. It's filled with beautiful things that are either saved over much time or recently acquired by someone with seriously good taste.(...)The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and it was a treat to sit out on the balcony in total peace each morning reading the daily paper and enjoying being looked after with a (complimentary) breakfast before heading into the madness that is Bangkok. This hotel is down a quiet street (ski) in a lovely part of town, so peaceful yet so close to almost everything one needs to see and do.It also has complimentary phones calls to anywhere in the world - I'm a frequent traveller and this is a first for me.

VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Superb and enchanting"

Review by: Anthony T | Source: tripadvisor.com
"You have to go to believe how unique it is . The speed boat to downtown Saigon was the icing on the gateau. We arrived mid morning and were offered complimentary breakfast . Our rooms were most exciting . I shall never forget Villa Song . "

Kenanga Hotel: "Best hotel we stayed in during our Indonesian visit"

Review by: Hans V | Source: tripadvisor.com
"The Kenanga Boutique Hotel was the best hotel we stayed in during our 3 week journey to Indonesia. The service was excellent, the rooms clean and the view was extraordinary. The restaurant Terra Cotta has excellent food, if you tasted the food here there is no reason for you to go out for food in Ubud. The hotel offers an hourly shuttle bus to Ubud (15min). Also try the cycling tour, this very nice tour guides you through the real Bali. They pick you up around 8:30 and you make a downhill tour with max 6 people. Breakfast is complementary but you can better take the hotel's breakfast as it is wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel is you would visit Ubud."

Cozy and historic experience. I can recommend this accommodation to my family and friends with confidence. Penang itself is also cozy and relaxing city. A staff is well trained and kind enough. Especially, atmosphere of night is unique and unforgettable,
