"Our second stay at Tandjung Sari was as wonderful as the first. We were looked after in every way by the beautiful staff at this special Hotel. Our room was perfect, with a comfortable bed and an outdoor shower that is just devine. Breakfast each morning was very good with enough options to have something different each day. If you are looking for a place to unwind, relax and be completely spoiled then this is the place for you. We had dinner in Mid Cafe on the last day of our trip. As we had many disappointment in the days before, so we had no expectation but this restaurant surprised us. Every dish there were perfectly cooked and flavoured. The restaurant has very nice setting and excellent service! We highly recommend to book a table at this restaurant during the stay in Siem Reap. "This is a perfect place for those who are looking for privacy and piece. The villas are very nice decorated, rustic and chic at the same time. Some nice details makes a big difference: the soap is hand made, very nice hand messages around, map full of handwriting messages and recommendations, the baby cot is made of bamboo. They have bikes available to ride around the island, the breakfast is ordered the day before (and it has options for all tastes) and served in the comfort of your Vila. Julie, the co-owner is a sweetheart herself and all the staff is super nice, always willing to help and in super good mood. We felt treated like a family. The only issue was having to log in all the time to the Internet, but when done, it worked quite well. They didn't have a coffee machine when we were there, but it was already ordered. Highly recommend. The price was worth it. And the prices there are quite ok, not overpriced."Villa Mathis: "Toujours aussi magique!"

"If you're looking for an action packed location then this is not your place but if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind then this is the perfect. The Village House is about a 40 minute drive from Kuching in the village of Santubong. It's a beautiful place with nicely designed and comfortable rooms and great bathroom. There's a beautiful pool area to relax in and the food here is very good. I spent two nights here where i relaxed by the pool, read a couple of books, enjoyed the food on offer, drank some wine and just enjoyed this lovely place. When I felt energetic i walked through the village and down to the beach to watch the sun set. The staff can arrange tours and transport if you do want to get out and do things but it is a great place to relax. Beautiful! Peaceful! Relaxing!"Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "The best"
We stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. The individual room is beautifully design and has their own little balcony. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The reception has a great library. It is good to know you are supporting the local community as well. One of the drawback is that given it is so ecofriendly, we kept hearing noises from various animal on our roof which disturb our sleep a little bit.The Island Lodge: "Excellent location, great food, fantastic staff"
"We just stayed in the Island Lodge for a night and we only regret one thing: that we didn't stay a bit longer. The location is simply gorgeous, but we especially enjoyed the special feel this family owned hotel has. Compared to some of the other luxurious hotels and resorts in Vietnam, you really feel at home at the Island Lodge. This is all thanks to Francoise and Michel and their fantastic team. We also had a great dinner here at very reasonable prices. Finally, the massages we got were by far the best we had during our stay in Vietnam. We can only recommend this place if you are around Saigon. Escape the busy city life and come to relax here for a few nights. You will not regret it. Idyllic traditional Cambodian house nestled in a stunning garden in the backstreets of Siem Reap. Staff were charming and efficient and always ready with cold face towels after sweaty trips to the temples.
