Tugu Lombok: "Amazing food!"

Review by: ronsaw | Source: Trip Advisor
"We were staying at a nearby hotel and thought it would be a nice change to eat somewhere different considering we were quite secluded and this place did not disappoint! Amazing food, great service and quick. Even though they were almost fully booked, they managed to get the food out quick while keeping a high standard. It is a bit pricey but it is a resort but it's definitely worth it!"

Flower Island: "Our favourite place in the Philippines"

Review by: Travelforages | Source: Trip Advisor
"This is the perfect place for people like us - wanting to get slightly off the beaten path but with creature comforts such as good water pressure, comfy bed, good food...and most importantly, a beautiful beach with some of the best snorkelling right off the beach we have seen. (...) The snorkelling was incredible - such a beautiful, healthy reef with tons of fish. We were honestly snorkelling 3-4 times a day and it was always different. I am torn as I sort of don't want to tell too many people about this gem of a place but also want to share the experience as this is what we were looking for in the Philippines. Without a doubt the highlight of our trip in terms of places we stayed and we will absolutely go back. Thanks to all the lovely staff as well who made our stay so enjoyable."

Rachamankha: "Great hotel on great location"

Review by: Cecilia G | Source: Trip Advisor
"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and clean, and so is the hotel. Service is outstanding and all staff is really friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was delicious! Food is so good and inexpensive! Location is great, near the night market (10 min in tuk tuk), but far from the loud areas, which is good for me. My only complaint is the lack of a fitness center. I would stay there again!"

Villa Mathis: "Magnifique et magique"

Review by: Jerome J | Source: Trip Advisor

Inle Princess Resort: "Relax and mellow in this beautiful setting"

Review by: Jan01234 | Source: Trip Advisor
"I rarely choose to review properties that have been so heavily reviewed by others -- but felt I had to given some of the absurd comments. No Wi-Fi! No TV! All I can say is YEAH!!! There are times to just get off the grid. You don't have to be connected 24-7. This is the magic of traveling to destinations such as Myanmar. We had a ""lake view"" bungalow which we enjoyed. The bird guide was nice, but the binoculars were poor (but we had brought our own, so no problem). The air conditioner struggled during the day but was fine at night. Breakfasts were solid, if somewhat uninspired. Dinners (and you're pretty much stuck here) were better than expected and more reasonably priced than we found at comparable sites (i.e. Bagan) in Myanmar. Wine selections, though, were quite limited and very costly. But the cocktails were interesting. The new swimming pool is a welcome addition. Without good road connections, you'll probably be booked here through a tour company. If not, boat access is a key and can be arranged through the hotel. Bottom line -- our favorite hotel of our 2-week trip in Myanmar"

Bassac Mekong Delta Cruises by Secret Retreats: "Excellent overnight cruise"

Review by: SarahWB2013 | Source: Trip Advisor
I agree with all the other reviews that rate this highly. Annie was our guide too (on Bassac III, the biggest of their 3 boats, sleeping a maximum of 24). Annie was a lovely guide with extremely good English. Even though she was a last minute substitute for another guide who had been taken ill, and she had been working herself and was expecting to go and visit her mother, she was gracious, enthusiastic and helpful. I didn't get up to see the sunrise but I loved the visit to the floating market and the peacefulness and beauty of the smaller canal we went along.

David’s Kitchen: "Fantastic experience"

Review by: Sahil M | Source: Trip Advisor
The food, ambience and service are exceptional. The restaurant seems to be single handedly elevating the fine dining scene in Chiang Mai (one would expect a restaurant of this caliber in Bangkok or Hong Kong rather than Chiang Mai). Impressive to see David overseeing the entire operation and one can truly tell this is his passion project.

Hotel Tugu Bali: "hidden gem in plain sight"

Review by: Freya L | Source: Trip Advisor
"i am a vintage girl when it come to property, and i already known tugu as one of the heritage hotels in Indonesia. Never visit the other site tho, but the brand is all about antique and vintage Javanese set up in my mind. And the one in Bali for sure was stunning set up. With all old Javanese furniture in lashes green surrounding. As now, the area is becoming upscale and trendy and hip area, Tugu hotel is seriously get away from modern and chic neighborhood in just steps away. If you like vintage hotel, this is THE one."

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "A haven to rest up and be awestruck by the sunrise"

Review by: Seasonedtraveller142 | Source: Trip Advisor
This is a great place to stay if you dontvwant to be in Lakeside. It's takes a while to get up there but when you do it's a haven of tranquility. The grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms eco friendly. You can be woken up in time to watch the sunrise over the Annapurna range which we did 3 days running with the view improving each time. Awesome place to have breakfast! I was suffering with a damaged back. Marcus, Jhalek and the team looked after us with a nice blend of low key care and concern and practical advice. The food is a clever blend of local and international . They have a good hotline to the local clinic. The longer you stay the more the place gets into your bones. I'm so glad I spent an entire day doing nothing just relaxing the only time on the trip. We would recommend Tiger Mountain to all our friends.
