Amata Lanna: "Cutest boutique hotel"

Review by: Soph_13B | Source: Trip Advisor
"We visited Chiang Mai in April and stayed at this beauts hotel for 3 nights! The hotel is tiny, not many rooms but it was just perfect! It is so unique and quirky! Morning breakfast is served around the pool and the evening market with lots of food places is a short walking distance away. Staff were wonderful, we would definitely return to this hotel and the beautiful Chiang Mai! Thank you!"

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "PERFECTION, PERFECTION, PERFECTION"

Review by: kostam2000 | Source: Trip Advisor
"I've been travelling to India for many decades and over the years I have stayed in some amazing places, from Maharaja palaces to colonial mansions. What I can honestly say is that Neeleshwar represents the absolute perfection when it comes to resorts. We stayed for 4 nights and I only wish we could have stayed here for months! The location is heavenly, on the most magnificent, endless sandy beach one can imagine, completely unspoilt by any kind of development. The feeling of peace and quiet is mesmerizing. The architecture and layout of the resort is a model of good taste and sensitivity, with extremely comfortable a/c bungalows in the pure traditional architecture of rural Kerala. Open air bathrooms, supremely comfortable beds, high ceilings, shady verandas and cool interiors create a heaven of understated luxury and calm. This is barefoot chic at its best. The swimming pool is vast and crystal-clear, with plenty of comfortable pool beds and with a lovely view of the ocean. When it comes to food, I can only say that it is simply out of this world: Fantastic and huge breakfasts where one can choose from extensive menus, both international and South Indian. For lunch and dinner there are two exceptional restaurants, especially for seafood -perhaps the best prawn curry I ever had- plus a wide choice of vegetarian dishes and soups that change every day. The Ayurveda massages are truly top notch, and they use only natural organic ingredients. Quite simply, they are the real thing. Very highly recommended! Last but not least, I feel that I have to praise the hotel personnel, that are all impeccable: Extremely polite, eager to help, efficient and professional at the same time. I owe a very special ""THANK YOU"" to the General Manager, Mr. Jayan, who attended to all my needs as if he was an old friend. I am especially interested in the unique Theyyam ritual of northern Kerala and I was planning to publish an article about it. Mr. Jayan did all the necessary enquiries and found out the performances that were held in obscure villages during our stay. He also organized transport and even joined us on one of the late night Theyyams, which was the most amazing, otherworldly, intense experience. Therefore Neeleshwar is not just about having ""the rest of your life"" but also about experiencing a very unique aspect of real India. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and I would encourage anyone to spend a few -or more than a few- days in this Indian paradise"

Sanak Retreat Bali: "Un délicieux séjour"

Review by: Stephanie J | Source: Trip Advisor
Living in Asia, we found this hotel through SHANTI Bali who organized our stay on the island. Travel and perfect organization from beginning to end, which ended in Munduk. Frame, home, architecture, room, meals, walks in the rice fields. EVERYTHING is able to Sanak. THE next "wasted away ALL" that the wi-fi jumps and there is no activity around bcp. To do to relax and enjoy the sublime and soothing views, all complete with a hot stone massage very successful. We recommend Shanti Bali travel and hotel Sanak

Nimmu House: "un hôtel chaleureux"

Review by: AJP D | Source: Trip Advisor

Sanak Retreat Bali: "Peaceful stay in the middle of the rice fields"

Review by: Zzzabou | Source: Trip Advisor
We really enjoyed our stay at the Sanak Retreat. The villas two bedrooms are comfortable in the middle of the rice fields. The food is excellent, the spa is amazing and the staff is friendly. I recommend a trek of 3 hours to the Banuatis waterfalls.

Villa Song Saigon: "Sanctuary by the Saigon River"

Review by: DavidChallinger | Source: Trip Advisor
"This is an outstanding hotel. Beautifully refurbished former French colonial mansion with about 25 rooms. We stayed in a Sanctuary room on the top floor. High quality dining at tables beside the Saigon river. Rooms are beautifully decorated with every facility. Loved the TV that rotated 360. The hotel's own speedboat runs a shuttle service to the city centre. Staff excellent. Attention to detail (eg anti mossy spray on dining tables) My wife had a birthday while we were there. Bouquet of flowers and special cake unsolicited. "

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "BACK IN SEVENTH HEAVEN"

Review by: momoN4738LR | Source: Trip Advisor
"No other way to describe Tiger Mountain Lodge. Spectacular setting. I said I would be back and yes, a very long way for a short cut but worth all the extra miles for my second visit. And my room back. Just like coming home. Great welcome. Nowhere else will ever be able to come close to the pampering given to all from morning wake up coffee right through the day. Pre dinner drinks and nibbles get the taste buds going. Also a good time for a chat.with Dol Raj and Jhalak. Wonderful imaginative food. Lalu and his team should start cookery lessons. My attempt at masala rumble tumble went straight in the bin! Hari has infinite patience and steady hands when out walking with non trekkers. Who needs mountains to climb when TMPL is so close and comfortable? Yes Saga clients seriously miss out. Such a pity as a two night stay on main tour plus three night extension would be well worth it. Marcus and team. Very many thanks for yet another fantastic stay. I will be back, even if under my own steam. "

Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Luxury Retreat For Nature Lovers Looking For A Break From City"

Review by: Unpassa | Source: Trip Advisor
If your looking for a place outside Chiang Mai with excellent hospitality, stunning views, luxury villa and a place to really kick back and unwind then Michael's place is the one. Easily my favourite place to stay in the Chiang Mai area.

Maduzi Hotel: "Good, Privacy, Clean Hotel, Friendly & Helpful Staffs"

Review by: Jessica A | Source: Trip Advisor
"I was there fron 6 to 10 May 2016. We got 2 rooms for myself and my family. We were there for 4 nights. Both rooms have different layout. We were given upgraded rooms. My girls loves the rooms, bed and of cause the bath tub... especially after a long hot day.. From BTS Asok, you can walk along the shelter linkway or from MRT Sukhumvit exit 2, walk into Interchange 21 to 2 or 3 level up, walk along the same linkway into Exchange Tower and escalator down to the lobby. From Exchange Tower to hotel is just 1 to 2 minutes under the sun. Pros... - Gate closed 24 hours except for taxi to come in to pick the guests. - Rooms are big. - Beds are big and comfortable. - The staffs are friendly and helpful. - 1 welcome drink at bar each.. - Free flow of coffee and tea at the bar. - Coffee machine in each room, mini bar snacks and drinking water are free too. - If you need hot water, a small water kettle can be asked and send to the room. - Late check-out is FOC. Cons.. - The lifts are warm as mentioned by others. - Breakfast sets are fixed throughout our stay but very nice.. But when we had 4 sets each day and having the same for 4 days, by the 3rd morning, we were tired on the menu. If you are staying there for 1 or 2 nights, I recommend to take their breakfast but when you are staying longer, you may want to just take 2 days and the rest of the days, eat out. - Some TV programmes / channels in one of the rooms are not clear. As this hotel has privacy, is small and cozy.. I will recommend couples and families to stay.. I will stay there again when I am back in Bangkok."

Muang La Resort: "Doesn’t get any better than this"

Review by: RoBertie | Source: tripadvisor.com
This is a beautiful small resort that has everything from hot springs, saunas, massage, trips, etc. It is located on the river with natural hot springs where the villagers come at 5:00 to bathe. Besides these public springs there are two large hot tubs on the property. There is great attention to detail here from the citronella candles, to infusion teas, to well appointed rooms. It is really a magical place to sit and relax. Try to spend 3 nights so you can enjoy the facility as well as go on some excursions to the temple and villages in the surrounding area. The food is a set menu ( 5 courses for dinner) and excellent. Home made yogurts and sorbet and local Lao dishes with locally sourced ingredients. If in Laos, come here!
