Satri House: "Un havre de paix"
"Arrived for 4 days in Luang Prabang we stayed 3 nights at Satri House. This hotel in the colonial charm only deserves compliments. A very original architecture with large rooms decorated former local objects. You feel more in a big mansion than in a traditional hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean, wooden floors and a large balcony. Very quiet, a nice staff and very caring. The breakfast (Western or Lao) was plentiful and very fresh. 2 swimming pools (a bit small) but with a large green space surrounded by large tropical trees to relax. You can borrow bikes for walking and / or go into town. Would recommend without reservation! "David’s Kitchen: "A true definition of Dinner Experience"
I had never felt so incredibly welcome at any other restaurant in the world! Since the first second I got there, everything was absolutely fantastic! David himself and all the staff put on an enormous effort to make sure everyone in the restaurant is having the best experience a dinner could possibly be. Of course, the food is splendid! I can say without any doubt that I had the best dinner experience of my life! Hats off to these guys! The Apsara Rive Droite: "Fantastic stay"
"Had a beautiful second floor room, facing the river with a balcony. Location was perfect (little bit quieter part of town but easy to walk everywhere). Comfortable room, comfortable hotel, great for a relaxing vacation. Really enjoyed all interaction with all staff, everyone was helpful and welcoming. Included breakfast was delicious, ample free water was provided. We had a couple of yummy meals in the restaurant. Highly recommend staying here. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"Chakrabongse Villas: "MAGIC"
"If you want to see one of the magical side of Bankok, in front of the famous Canal and famous city hot spots, you will find a secret garden with beautiful Villas: the Chakrabongse Villas. Still owned by a member of the Royal family, you can definitely meet elegance, peace, magic and luxury charme with a perfect service. Moreover, is not too expensive compared to other famous Hotel chains nearby.. i definitely recommend to choose it and to dine there with such an incredible view! I will come back for sure."Inle Princess Resort: "Wish we could have stayed longer"
The leg rowers skillfully guide your long boat into the dock and you are then transported to serene peaceful surroundings. We were welcomed by the local Burmese cats in the lobby. Magnificent creatures and very friendly. Our mountain view room was everything you could want, right down to the free mini bar. The property is gorgeous, the meals in the restaurant are delicious. Unique breakfast additions on the complimentary buffet. We sat on the decking gazing over the water and watched the sunset which was beautiful. Our next day we indulged in massages by two skillful young ladies which were heaven. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. The only regret we had was not being able to stay a couple more days to really relax and enjoy it.SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Best lunch in Yangon"
I've read about this restaurant in TripAdvisor and went to check out when my boyfriend came to visit me in Yangon. We loved each part of our Sunday lunch. The restaurant is beautiful, clean decoration, very attentive staff, beautiful lake view and very well organized. I am not sure if it is always like that but there were 2 set menu options available, 2 or 3 courses. We went for the 2 courses: starter and main dish. We ordered a rose wine to go along. The meal started with some lovely amuse bouche and they offered bread. My dishes were delicious and so were my boyfriend's. In the end, we were not sure if we had space for the dessert but we were offered a chocolate dish as house courtesy! We were delighted! The meal and drinks were not cheap but it worth each cent that we paid. The food, the ambience, the staff, the quality, the service, all high standard. I do recommend and I hope to return soon. To the Seeds' team, congratulations! It was a lovely meal and service!David’s Kitchen: "Six star restaurant"
"David's Kitchen goes the extra mile plus a dozen miles more. Truly amazing experience from the moment we entered and met David and all the wonderful staff. Being seated at a table with a personalised greeting card and receiving a rose to celebrate your date night are just a few of the things that David's Kitchen do to make your evening truly fantastic and memorable. It's a beautiful place, fancy yet easy going. The staff are meticulously well trained - so professional yet so warm and friendly, just like a big family. And the food is just as wonderful! The veloute of yellow Japanese pumpkin soup was the best we've ever tasted. The duck breast was cooked to perfection and served with the finest mash. Totally recommend the sticky toffee pudding, made with love by David's wife Prom who's the pastry chef in charge of all the desserts. Great wine list at reasonable prices too. Whether you're a foodie or not, this gem is not to be missed. It'll make your time in Chiang Mai that extra bit special."Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Third visit to this oasis in the Kerala"
This is an eco hotel that doesn't stint on luxury. Just a dozen or so authentic Keralan bungalows in a coconut grove by the sea. Staff outnumber the guests and deliver first class unobtrusive service. Comfortable roomy beds with high quality bed linen. Exquisite food in both restaurants. Yards from the sea where dolphins swim and locals fish. All staff are dedicated to making sure you are happy with everything. Won't pick out any one as they all deserve a mention. Very good spa also. We will be back again next year!!The Governor’s House: "Beautiful unique decoration"
We spent 2 nights there and the decoration and service of the hotel was unique and very helpful. Also the food was very good and tasty, we highly recomend the duck. If one time we get back to Pnom Penh, we will definelty stay there again with no doubt,The Hue House: "Roof restaurant Tops it in Ho Chi Min City"
"This roof top restaurant is a lovely spot in district 3. You wouldn't know it was there as the front of it looks like an office block. Look for the Masters Building in Tran Cao Van (just around the corner from the Novotel Hotel). Food was sensational together with great service from our waiter Anh Phuc. It has a lovely ambience and decor with a great drinks / food variety menu catering for all tastes. We went there twice whilst in HCMC, highly recommend this restaurant. We didn't book either time and was able to get in easily . My tip: try the Ga Nurong Dan Toc A Luoi - grilled Chicken"
