Sukoon Houseboat: "Excellent place.."

Sukoon literally meant relaxation...one of d best houseboat in whole dal lake..they make sure u r pampered all along...any request for anything available is ready within minutes...and the staff is always welcoming with a smile...I stayed fr 2 days and me and my family enjoyed it thoroughly...keep up the good job.

Muang La Lodge: "formidable"

Great room overlooking the river. Magnificent bathroom. Raphael and Mathilde are enough for their guests. high-end kitchen, we feasted. The activities are very interesting, beautiful walks in the forest, great track for minority ethnic groups and the descent of the river Nam Ouh is superb. Dream stay at this property which employs people from surrounding villages.

Tandjung Sari: "12 Days at Tandjung"

Our stay was very close to perfect- we selected a garden villa as our home base for the family holiday. The staff at Tandjung were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Starting each day with a shower (in the private outside villa courtyard) then having breakfast on the beachfront was a daily highlight for me. The villa and the grounds and the facilities around the resort were immaculate and the security staff at both ends of the property added to a sense of exclusivity. And lastly, Tandjung is great value; a similar quality room at a Seminyak resort cost my cousin more than double the rate. We will come back to Tandjung Sari for sure.

Tugu Bali: "Cultural evening"

Incredible. Everyone who visits Bali (canggu) should check this out. Blown away by the dancers tonight. The skill and expertise was really amazing.. thank you tugu hotel for putting on such a wonderful evening.

Villa Song Saigon: "don’t wanna tell anybody” kind of hotel"

The quiet river view makes you feel you are far away from the lively life of HCMC. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel so much. It was a relaxing experience, especially the boat riding in the afternoon was so wonderful. Spa and swimming pool was also nice. Quite a memorable stay.

Chakrabongse Villas: "Relaxing days in bangkok"

We stayed four days in the amazing riverside villa. Starting with a very friendly and warm welcome by the manager Ms.Atom, our stay was as good as we had expected. An oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city of Bangkok. You will feel like prince and princess in former times, to whom a perfect breakfast and dinner will be served in a beautiful location.The whole staff did their very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much Atom and all the others, it was a great start for our journey and we will definitly come back!!

Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "Only one word: OUTSTANDING! A 5-star experience in Myanmar"

"After our trekking trip from Kalaw to Inle, we desperately needed some comfort, nice food and a good night sleep....and we couldn't have asked for more during our stay at Inle Heritage! This was - by far - the best hotel we have stayed in during our 2-week trip in Myanmar. The rooms are spacious and furnished with great taste and top standards, the view on the lake is stunning. There are only 6 rooms in the complex and the staff is extremely lovely and super-attentive. Importantly...the food is absolutely STUNNING: we had 2 dinners and breakfasts during our stay and everything we ordered was outstanding - I don't think you can find a restaurant with such high quality anywhere else in the country. Vegetables are taken directly from several lovely gardens cultivated by the staff and you can really feel the freshness of every ingredient. There are several other ""luxury"" accommodations on the lake, but none of them offers such a high level of hospitality and food - combined. We would choose Inle Heritage again and again!!! Yes, while in the room, you can hear the noise of boats passing by, but this didn't disturb us at all and the noise significantly decreases after 8-9pm in the evening. The hotel also offers complementary ear plugs so we could sleep like babies during both our nights. Last but not least, Inle Heritage is a non-profit organisation that looks after the cultural and natural heritage of the Inle Region, aiming at developing tourism while maintaining the original Burmese culture and way of life, and respecting nature. Given how quickly the lake is developing (with both pros and cons...) we were very happy to stay in a place that is run in a sustainable way and under these grate values. Don't miss it!!! Villa Song Saigon: "We saved the best till last"

"This was superb! Had a lovely suite (206) and the lay out was very impressive. Mini bar items were complimentary and there was an Apple TV supplementing the normal TV. We booked dinner for 8:00pm and were a little perturbed with the number of noisy children in the restaurant. The Executive Chef, Kevin Marchetti, stopped by to welcome us and wondered if we would be happier dining outside. We hesitated as we were nervous of insects as we would be sitting next to the riverside and he suggested we spray ourselves with insect repellant which he produced quite promptly. We accepted his suggestion and were very pleased that we did. The Menu came on an iPad and there was a photo of every choice which was very helpful and not tacky like some places we have eaten at. The meal was superb and it was a pleasant evening to be sitting outside. And no bites! The next day we took advantage of the boat shuttle into Saigon which was prompt and a pleasant experience. There was a wedding scheduled on our last day and it was laid out really nicely. As we were leaving, the Hotel were very accommodating and found comfy chairs where we could wait for our pick up taking us to the Airport. All in all, a superb experience."

Tugu Bali: "One of the Most Romantic Hotels in the World"

It is amazing that within 10 days on this property we barely saw no other guests and the only people were part of the army of helping hands that are around every corner. It is a little patch of heaven. In here. We were living in the villa in the middle of the lotus pond, bridges connecting to our house. We wanted to take a batch and suddenly the bathtub was prepared and orchids swimming on the water. Our private swimming pool was maintained throughout the day, and we didn't even recognize how and by whom. It feels that the helping hands are hidden behind every door and will make every of your wishes come true. It is truly amazing.

Maisons Wat Kor: "Gorgeous place to relax and have great food"

Gorgeous place, with tastefully decorated traditional Khmer houses around a pond filled with waterlillies. Excellent food, cosy chillout corners and a saltwater pool. The place is run by a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable Cambodian couple. It is a 10 minute tuktuk ride from the town center, or a pleasant walk.
