Inle Princess Resort: "Wonderfull days"
We hade two days at this amazing Hotel resort😘and we can recommand the Hotel. Beautiful spa and cottages verry nice food and friendly staff. We loved every minut. The lake and The resort are special and very ecological. Please preserve your beautiful nature and enviroment.Mie Cafe: "Do not miss this restaurant"
We went here on our first night straight after arriving in Cambodia. We stayed at Le Meridien which is only a 5 min walk. The food was great. Of course had to try the fish Amok - best fish amok I had in Cambodia. All the food is prepared by the kitchen staff with utmost precision which you will notice back in the taste. Half open kitchen and very pleasant staff. The chef came and visit all the tables personally to check if all was good. This restaurant has impressed me - must go to even if you stay a bit further away.Villa Song Saigon: "Beautiful little classical hotel."
If you're looking for a hotel in Ho Chi Minh city, i recommend you Villa Song Saigon, the hidden gem only 10 mins by car or you also can take the private free boat into the City. The hotel is by the Saigon river, nice view for breakafast and afternoon tea.Try the eggs benedict for breakfast, won't disappoint you. Nice...Mie Cafe: "Wonderful experience!"
"A dinner in this restaurant was amazing! The food is interesting, very well presented, and creative! Clear that the chef knows what he is doing! It was a pleasure meeting him and have a little chat. Even the rain didn't ruin the experience, and may be made it even more special. Extremely recommended!"Satri House: "Authentic Experience"
"Satri House delivers on its promise of being ""a historic destination, a unique design"". The original house was run as a hotel since 2002 and was extended in 2008 reflecting the original architecture. We stayed over Songkran for 4 nights and were warmly welcomed by Jacques Mury (General Manager) and Navinda Imbubpa (Guest Experience Manager). On arrival to the room, we were impressed by the handwritten welcome note from Jacques. Whilst it is true that the hotel is located close to a fairground (the source of techno music correctly referred to in the previous review), we understand that Luang Prabang is always tranquil and that the volume we experienced was limited to this New Year festival only. We reflected on the importance of a pre-visit study. Notwithstanding this, Satri House is an amazing hotel. The renovation mirrors the original house perfectly. The Satri House team is attentive and caring. Key takeaways: # the staff is incredibly warm and greet you with sincerity # the housekeeping and gardener teams are amazing # the breakfast is plentiful. We recommend the freshly made noodle soup # the restaurant is terrific. We ate in many restaurants during our visit and will review them separately. We found the quality of the food at the Satri House restaurant to be equal to our better dining experiences # we love the two pools. Whilst we agree that the main pool could do with more lounges, we note that there are additional lounges at the second pool # the hotel is not located in the centre of the (small) city of Luang Prabang. It is in fact a 15-20 min walk to the city centre. The hotel does provide complimentary lockable bicycles with baskets that will get you there in 5-8 minutes One suggestion is to resolve the positioning of the Google Maps location pin. I am confident that when return to Satri House outside of the New Year festival, we will rate our experience as excellent."Sukoon Houseboat: "Best houseboat: 5 star category as a houseboat.."
We stayed there for one night... but that one night was the best night for us in Kashmir... Room, bathroom, hotel staffs, foods all were up to the mark... we really had a great time...probably best houseboat in dal lake... houseboat's Shikara is also a big & beautiful one...must recommend for high budget tourists....Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Beautiful experience, relaxing stay"
"I think Neeleshwar Hermitage is a wonderful place. The atmosphere is magic, is quiet and relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has an open courtyard inside, it's really an authentic idea! There is an infinity pool and the beach. The food was great and we find an excellent staff, also in the restaurant the waiters were really lively, friendly and really good-mannered! So we really enjoy the Tim there, unfortunately we stayed there only one night. But I hope to come back soon. Highly recommended."GLENBURN TEA ESTATE: "Mrs"
"Our adventure was with our two best friends & our four children. Be prepared for a bumpy ride to get to Glenburn but once you make it, it's like your very own piece of Eden! The bedrooms are exquisitely decorated with beautiful Indian material & very comfortable all with electric blankets & glorious white cotton sheets. We stayed in the Planters suite which boasts a huge four-poster bed as well as a single bed for our 3 year old daughter & Glenburn provided a travel cot for our younger daughter. We were all very comfortable & warm during our 3 night stay. The staff are exceptional & will stop at nothing to help make your stay the best it can be. They are charming & polite & were fantastic with our children. We even managed a child free day when we did the 2 hour walk to the river & stayed for a leisurely lunch while the children were looked after by the team. On our return they were all happily exhausted from a day of outside playing & two very content couples had a peaceful night! The food is utterly delicious, with lots of it grown from the beautifully kept Glenburn garden - I definitely put on weight over my 3 night stay! One of Glenburns other charms is being able to enjoy a delectable 3 course dinner in the lovely dining room in the company of the other guests who are from all over the world. It is so interesting sharing travelling stories & hearing others different experiences. All in all I cannot rate Glenburn more highly & hope very much that I will return again. Many thanks to you all at Glenburn for making our stay such a happy one - we all loved it! "Yandabo Home: "Don’t just go for 1night"
Great hotel and an imaginative way to help regenerate the 2 local villages. The rooms are built to a very high standard, with filtered water at the taps, wet rooms and some of the largest beds I've experienced. Great food for dinner and breakfast...right by the river...you'll love it!Amata Lanna: "Excellent in every aspect"
Stayed here for 4 times, really had great time. The room was clean, adequate and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly, and informative on places to go. The location was great and easily accessible by all means.
