Cuca: "Michelin starred"

"Excellent!! Great food and friendly chef All ingredients sourced perfectly with balance of flavours and an open kitchen Had a 7 course veg tasters platter and with a couple of complimentary dishes thrown in couldn't finish any of it The chef was at every table chatting away and seemed so passionate about the food. Had a great experience Must go"

The River Resort: "Wonderful surprise"

Stayed several days at The River Resort. About as nice an experience as one could imagine. Food terrific, staff wonderful, rooms very comfortable... a great place to stay if you are visiting southern Laos. This is a unique and special resort, one that you won't regret.

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Very peaceful place"

"We stayed three nights at 4 Rivers and we have enjoyed every minute. Beautiful location and friendly staff. The tent is very spacious and the bathroom is fully equipped. All tents have a lovely terrace with 2 sunbeds. We went with Mr. ""W"" Mr. ""Rambo"" to the Tatai Falls and to the Fishing Village and both trips were wonderful. Every night you can go out to watch the fireflies; beautiful! The only downside for me personally was the heat in the tent. The days we visited 4 Rivers it was very hot. There are 2 mobile fans in the tent, but that doesn't make any sence in that kind of heat. Satri House: "Charme et raffinement"

"Nous avons été séduits par cet hôtel situé à qqs minutes du centre ville. Calme absolu dans un cadre enchanteur. Bel espace piscine, très bon restaurant. Des bicyclettes sont mises à disposition. Personnel très aimable. Nous recommandons vivement."

Sandat Glamping Tents: "Gem of a property – Truly peaceful"

"A magical, beautifully landscaped property with eco-architectural designs... Exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the Ylang Ylang tent for 4 nights. The tents are secluded, comfortable and very well decorated, each with its own private pool and stunning jungle views. We enjoyed the in-room massages. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The shuttle service into Ubud town was useful. The owners will be adding yoga facilities to Sandat in the near future. A truly perfect place to unwind. I looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you!"

Mathis Retreat: "Very nice place just outside Ubud"

First night in Bali. Very nice place. Driver from airport (slightly overpriced) arranged by Mathis stopped at coffee plantation demo. You can skip that stop. We enjoyed walk along rice paddy (not along busy road) in the morning. Did not care for busy Ubud - preferred other parts of Bali. Hotel provides shuttle to/from Ubud. View of rice paddy from hotel is very nice.

The Island Lodge: "Everything you need plus more"

"We stayed here as part of the Les Rives Mekong Delta two day tour and found the Island Lodge a wonderful experience . On arrival we were greeted by Michel and given a refreshing welcome drink .Our room looked over the pool and the river and was decorated in an airy tropical relaxed style . There were guidebooks and magazines on the desk which I thought was a nice touch , although we didn't have time to read them ! After a swim in the gorgeous pool , where we found towels and sun hats thoughtfully laid out , we headed downstairs for dinner .The bar area was lovely and the staff very polite and efficient . Our dinner was beautiful ( we had chosen from the menu on check-in ) , every mouthful was delicious . A lovely Beaujolais complimented the food beautifully . Breakfast next morning was from the a la carte menu and we were told we could have as much as we wanted . I would recommend the Eggs Benedict ... Checkout was smooth and efficient , I would have loved to stay longer ! Being a guest at the Island Lodge was a relaxing experience from start to finish. . Thank you to Michel and staff - we'd love to return one day . Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"

Villa Song Saigon: "Saigons Gem"

This hotel sited amongst the old colonial French homes of District 2 is worth the short drive from the centre .... surrounded by lush gardens, riverside dining, pool and spa all make this a gem to stay in away from the hustle and bustle of Saigon

THE SAMAR: "Fantastic place"

Stayed here with with fiance, what an amazing place, great food great hosts and perfect location. We had 2 superb weeks and the weather was amazing. went all over the area and saw lots of interesting things. Would definitely book again.. 5 Stars.

Muang La Lodge: "Amazing small luxury resort with top service and food in an splendid setting"

"We were more than pleasantly surprised by this amazing small luxurious resort in the mountains of North Laos. We felt welcome and special. Top service, very friendly staff and general mananger. Top room with view on the river. The hotel organized for us 2 amazing tours to the mountain tribes. It was a real adventure and we were touch by the people in the small mountian villages. Excellent guides and driver of the 4 x 4. Wonderfull breakfast and really amazing diners ! This is really top food. This resort is in fact too good to share with others. Thanks for a wonderful 3 days. We enjoyed it !"
