The food is to die for and Chef Kevin Churkas has assembled a classy team in the kitchen to deliver outstanding food. "Awesome tapas restaurant in Jimbaran. We came here with a group of about 15 and did the tasting menu. We chose 9 dishes and they made sharing portions for all of us. The portions were perfect - everyone left full and almost all of the food was eaten. Standout dishes were the scallops, pork bun, and fried chicken. Overall, our whole group was happy with the meal which says something! The menu also had some items we didn’t see other places in Bali which was refreshing. The ambiance was pretty lively and the service was good. The pricing was also very reasonable, we paid around $100 a head including tip and we had a lot of nice alcohol. "Amazing hospitality experience at Tugu Malang! Once checking in, it felt like family. And the hotel staff did a better job of remembering my name than any other place I've ever stayed. Was sad to leave. Hotel has great combo of modernity and style. Fantastic three-course fresh and healthy breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed the suite; the historical paintings led us to do some internet research and learn more about the colonial history. My annual visit to Siem Reap is not complete without coming here - Brilliant concept, always faithfully and energetically executed. The two tasting menus are always well thought out and balanced between sweet, sour, savoury, and spicy. An elegant and exciting way to be introduced to the flavours and ingredients of the region within the western template of a tasting menu, at frankly a brilliant price. "Ein kleines Schmuckstück im nirgendwo! Wir haben die kleine Auszeit zwischen vollgepackten Tagen in den größeren Städten sehr genossen! Die Zimmer sind unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Service war schon fast unangenehm gut;)... es sprangen so viele Service Personen um uns herum aber trotzdem diskret wenn wir unsere Ruhe haben wollten! Frühstück war für uns das beste in ganz Myanmar! Auch das es kein Internet gab fanden wir eher sehr positiv! So habe ich mal die Zeit nutzen können alles erlebte in Ruhe aufzuschreiben! "A fabulous 2 nights, expert rangers Noel and Sajith, amazing leopards and bird life, wonderful camp. The Sri Lankan food was the best we had in our two weeks so we can highly recommend. "We actually stayed here in October 2015 and took the risk of heading up into the mountains to go see what we can find. We came across this special peace of Bali and could not have been happier. The location is stunning and the concept is magical. True Balinese warmth makes this retreat a little slice of heaven. A true experience of all senses and one of the highlights of magical Bali. It is a little trek to get here away from the main coasts and hustle and bustle of Ubud but it is worth it.
