Reverie Siam Pai: "A Truly Relaxing Paradise in Pai"
Our stay at Revere Siam was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect getaway, surrounded by nature with a mountain backdrop in a peaceful area of Pai! We went with the elegantly designed villa that had a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, and a big private garden. From the second we entered our villa we could clearly see they put some love and serious thought into designing this stunning hotel. To be honest the entire property was just breathtaking! The staff are friendly and the environment is peaceful! We spent most of our time in Pai at Revere Siam relaxing by the pool, enjoying the Jacuzzi and eating delicious meals (Lamb & Salmon dishes are top notch delicious, so is the breakfast) at their Mediterranean restaurant instead of exploring Pai. This resort is truly a paradise. We will definitely come back here again, no doubt about it!Misool Eco Resort: "Wow"
This place was amazing. It's truly hard to describe the beauty of this place, and what they went through to make it available to the (discerning) masses. Everything was perfect, from the check-in, to the food, to the rooms, to the scuba-diving / snorkeling. I couldn't dive due to a lung issue, but trust me, I saw and experienced just as much. Even got to see some manta rays at the top of an underwater mountain. Calvin, who headed up the diving / snorkeling trips / PADI courses, and has a marine biology degree... very helpful and great instructor, with the added benefit that he's an actual scientist. Even gave a preso on his work with the manta rays. And I'd like to give a shout-out to my snorkeling guide (Nelson i.e. "Son") as well. He's a local, and used to live on a pearl farm... he dove down seemingly without effort 20-30 feet deep to search out cool things to see. I'm not even sure the guy needs scuba equipment. And the reefs in their 1000 km square "no take" zone were in amazing health (which is surprising given all the press about the decline of reefs in other parts of the world right now) - we saw tons of stuff. My favorites were the nudibranches - I saw about 5 or 6 kinds. We also saw a herd of "bumpheads" that apparently National Geographic was trying to get pics / videos of a few weeks before but couldn't find. The amount of biodiversity is truly astounding... the fish stocks and schools were absolutely amazing. Corals too. I also liked the "eco" theme of the resort - they really take it to heart. Our room had air conditioning, but it was only within the mosquito netting above our bed - I thought this was a clever and very energy efficient way to do it, because you really only want it at night when you're sleeping anyway. Also, they're trying to figure out how to do solar, just working through the details right now. One piece of advice: Just bring adequate cash to tip with (preferably IDR, but they can exchange USD or Australian $$ pretty easily) - and not because they expect tips (they don't) but you'll want to tip everyone when you're done, just because of how well they treat you.SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Neues Spitzenrestaurant in Yangoon"
Wir haben ein hervorragendes Dinner in einer wunderschönen Umgebung direkt am See genossen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und kompetent.Villa Song Saigon: "Great place to relax"
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The building itself is beautiful and our room was spacious and felt very luxurious. There were little touches that we really loved such as the free water and beer in the mini bar which was refilled daily and a daily snack brought to your room in the afternoon. The hotel is out of the city centre, but there are regular boat shuttles to take you in to the centre of town. The pool area is a great sun trap or you can sit by the riverside. The breakfast and dinner area is outside looking out on the riverside and the breakfast is extremely tasty. The best thing about the hotel though was the team who ran the hotel. They were so helpful, giving us great restaurant and activity recommendations and helping us with any questions we have. I highly recommend staying here and you will leave feeling revived! The Hue House: "Amazing authentic Vietnamese food and service"
My partner and I visited this restaurant around 6pm, staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Also has a beautiful view of Ho Chi Minh City! And the food was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be back!Tugu Lombok: "Beautiful location, excellent service"
"Spent six nights at Tugu Lombok and can thoroughly recommend it. The beach location is fantastic and the staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for us. If you want a real get-away-from-it-all holiday it would be hard to beat, you can just enjoy the views, swim and laze. But if you want more activity you can go on excursions - the snorkelling trip to the Gilis is probably essential for most, but we did decide against the trekking! The rooms are amazing, we had our own 'bungalow' with a huge double bed, veranda for sitting outside and a small private courtyard if required. But best of all was the bathroom open to the outdoors! The restaurants offer great food and plenty of variety, and we must thank the staff for their friendliness, and helpful service, they made us feel very welcome. The last night send-off was most unexpected and touching. We've stayed in some lovely places but this is hard to beat. "MesaStila: "Java at its best"
"MesaStila is one of those places that blows you away. So many things about our trip far exceeded our expectations. The food was awesome. The rooms are beautiful. A highlight was the Easter Egg painting hunt that the staff ran for our two little boys. Yokyo (maybe not correct spelling) was sweet and made sure our little ones felt special. Thank you. We hope to be back. "The Cabochon Hotel: "a Heaven in Bangkok"
"it is no doubt my most favorite hotel in the globe. there are anything in here which I expect for shelter escape from daily hard work, nice and beautiful building by style of old era, the high quality amenity , exotic smell from Lemongrass aromatic oil, charm of china ware , beautiful view of orchid flower ,and many many, but the best point for me, a smile , grace , warm coming from all of hotel staffs, it is friendly keeping polite manner . Cabochon it is my home in Bangkok , staffs also my family in Thailand. Room Tip: every rooms are charming , choose it by occasion ,purpose etc"Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant: "Champagne and snow"
"This place is an absolute must. Chef Ton is a magician, he gave me 3 types of watermelon as an amuse bouche. I tasted sea bass with lime snow( Devine) There were oyster sabayons, pickled gourd, river prawns and everything was cooked with a light modern touch and confidence. The service was smooth, and slick.Every dish and wine was fully explained. The decor is minimal, the location is down a small alley next door to namsooth bottling plant. The booking was done via Mr Tao who squeezed us in. Many thanks to the entire team . I will return"Inle Princess Resort: "Eine Institution"
Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"
