Satri House: "Lovely, lovely hotel"

Review by: William A | Source: Trip Advisor
We really enjoyed our stay here. Really friendly staff, from the GM downwards. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Stunning property, and well placed for exploring Luang Prabang, which is easily the nicest place we visited in Laos. We can't recommend this hotel too highly - it's a great stay.

Mume: "Knocked it out of the park!"

Review by: badkao | Source: Trip Advisor
"we ordered 2 appetizers- Oysters and tartlets, 3 small dishes- prawns, waygu tartare and beef tongue and 2 big dishes- amadai fish and beef cheek. 2 deserts - Cucumber sorbet and passion fruit cake. 1 bottle of water and 2 glasses of wine. Oysters and tartlets were both very good. Prawns, tartare and beef tongue were excellent. Amadai fish and beef cheek were nothing short of amazing. Deserts were also very creative and tasted great. I mean when was the last time that you thought of cucumber as a desert ? This is a restaurant that is truly deserving of a 5 star rating."

Talabgaon Castle: "To Check for my upcoming clients"

Review by: IncrediblerealindiaT | Source: Trip Advisor
"Recently I visited this beautiful tranquil place to check for my clients as a new off-beat place to keep in itinerary or not. It is good quite place for long stays, have beautiful pool, good service, very good food, rooms are clean and nice. A beautiful village, to have walk on village street and evening tea in the town with villagers gossip centre could be the highlight of your trip to this village. Love to go again someday...!!! samar: "A Secret Gem"

Review by: dragonshaw | Source: tripadvisor.com
"We booked this hotel because it belongs to the same ""Secret Retreat"" group of the hotel that we stayed at Chiangmai, Thailand. It is not a big hotel. Tastefully decorated and very quiet. We stayed at Room3, a large room but a little bit dark at daytime. For the room is next to the service area on the ground floor and we have to keep the windows closed. Besides that, the service is wonderful. Food is excellent too. Try the massage you won't regret it."

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Peaceful with commanding views"

Review by: Norman T | Source: Trip Advisor
While the drive up to the lodge is challenging, the lodge itself is an oasis of tranquility. Excellent service by the staff (Jhalak was always present to answer questions), and nothing is challenging for them. There are killer views from almost everywhere, and you can spend your time just gazing !! You can see the Annapurna and Macchapucchare ranges from the lodge, with the sunrise views being particularly awesome (we didn't mind getting up early to see it, especially since there was a pot of tea waiting :-) ). We undertook a short trek, and had a very knowledgeable guide about the flora and fauna that we encountered, as well as the region as a whole. The rooms are clean, and the food, both continental and Nepali, are great ! Marcus is an exceptional host.

David’s Kitchen: "Great ambience, lovely host"

Les Maisons Wat Kor: "Calming and traquil setting"

Review by: steve f | Source: Trip Advisor
Beautiful gardens wrapped around central pond/lake overflowing with blossoming lotus flowers ... truly beautiful. Salt water pool, good kitchen and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms but shower recess could be better. Photos evidence a visit by Brad and Angelina Jolie staying here ... this speaks for itself. Quiet retreat at the end of sometimes frantic days.

Talabgaon Castle: "Fascinating place!"

Review by: Karen P | Source: Trip Advisor
We went here on route from Agra to Jaipur! Was a great opportunity to sample Indian village life and get away from all the tourist and city stuff! We were very well looked after and had a memorable camel cart ride through the village, getting to meet lots of the local children! Rooms were immaculate and the food was great!

The Island Lodge: "The Reason to Visit the Mekong Delta"

Review by: J-N_Travelers | Source: Trip Advisor
This is a beautiful property with amazing staff and service! The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, the spa was great, and the property pristine. The owner, Michel, reached out to us directly after we made our reservation and offered transfers from Ho Chi Minh City and back at a reasonable price, which made logistics easy. Michel and his wife, Francoise, also greeted us upon arrival, adding a nice personal touch to our stay. We highly recommend taking advantage of some of the activities offered by the Island Lodge - we did the Seven Bridges Bicycle Tour and it was one of the highlights of our visit to Vietnam. But stay away from My Tho proper, the city really has nothing to offer; just enjoy the lodge, the island, and the river instead. If you are traveling to the Mekong delta, I cannot imagine a better place to stay than the Island Lodge - simply amazing.

The Hue House: "Good choice, reasonable price"

Review by: antonio b | Source: Trip Advisor
"We didn't know what to expect - having been recommended by a friend who recently moved to HCM City to work as a teacher but we were very pleasantly surprised! The menu was in both languages and also had photos also! The employees had been extremely patient and useful and also showed us how you can come several of the meals into the Vietnamese like rolls! The portions were huge and also the food was tastey. We experimented with 3 various dishes and also had 2 drinks as well as the cost was extremely reasonable. if you're searching for a geniun Hue cuisine with good price and nice view, this's the very best option."
