Glenburn Tea Estate: "10 Person Photo Group from the USA"
"Some of the reviews are missing the point. If you want to spend your time whining about the road, then don't go. On the other hand, if you think of each destination as an adventure and you want to experience a wonderful property having only eight rooms, with great food and warm hospitality, then go to Glen Burn. You will not be disappointed! Even though the tea factory was idle, it was still an interesting tour through the plant to see the equipment and to listen to the story of Glen Burn Walking the nearby villages with a Glen Burn guide was perfect! So many fantastic shots!!Because of a previous trip to Glen Burn, our I-Phone teacher (Karen Divine) said it was an absolute must destination being so close to Darjeeling. Stayed February 2017, traveled with friends"talabgaon castle: "Family owned Castle in the Indian countryside"
A group of four friends on the way from Jaipur to Ranthambore stopped at this magical place. It was like stepping back into time, when life was slower, and more elegant. The hotel is the generations old great-house of a noble family from Jaipur, who also happen to be some of the best polo players in India! The grounds include a polo field, gorgeous pool, and lots of little paths that criss-cross the gardens. The family treats you like a guest and like a member of the family — while we were there we were treated to a beautiful supper on the grass in the late afternoon sun — magical! All the rooms have been renovated and have amazing marble floors and fabulous baths, each with its own unique series of nooks and windows with amazing views of the countryside. The little village that is just outside the gates of the castle is charming too. What a delightful contrast to all the business that is India. A great place to relax and experience life at an Indian family 'home.'Neeleshwar Hermitage: "A resort well deserving a mention on trip advisor"
"Excellent staff lead by a very competent manager who made an effort to speak to guests at breakfast. It gave an opportunity to voice any outstanding issues in person( not that there was any ) Fine breakfast esp Indian food. Appam (indian pancake ) was made on request. Rooms were very clean well looked after . Every evening the room was turned over , mosquito coils set up and water and a bottle of local drink provided. The ambience was of a rural setting with soft lighting to guide us at night to our cottages. Tastefully decorated to a high standard. The landscaping was very appealing. Fine clean clear blue open air swimming pool that was just right for cooling off and swimming. The waiter service was infallible . Very polite English speaking staff made it all the more delightful. Very good avurvedic treatment with in house doctor for advise. In house tailor who can complete a shirt in lass than 24 hrs. Security was good day and night as I found out when walking alone by the beach. Crows are regular visitors at breakfast time and by the swimming pool. But well kept out the guests tables by a very astute guard who used a special technique to scare them away without any harm . The sandy beach is very hot to sun bathe . The sea water is a little unclear but warm and safe to swim. Sometimes the waves can be bigger than usual and hotel uses coloured flags to inform the safety condition of sea to guests. A few go to swim as most stay by the pool. This is a hotel worth a visit . Recommend at least a week for peace and sanity ! Room Tip: Facing the sea single cottage"Tugu Bali: "Authentic atmosphere & impeccable service"
Hotel Tugu in Canggu, was by far the best hotel experience I've had in Bali. Its location, property (rooms, pool, seaside, etc), details, in room features, everything was exceptionally good. Not quite like the modern-designed contemporary hotels, more than that it has a unique authentic atmosphere but a world-class and warm service.Hotel Tugu Malang: "Fantastic home away from home"
"Currently staying here with my family in executive suite for 5 nights. I usually wait awhile before doing reviews if at all, but I needed to do this. The hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Malang. Originally a colonial house that was renovated and expanded into the current 5 star hotel. Very centrally located in Malang. The decorations are very unique and truly a different feel with the various antiques and furnishings that have been collected by the owners over the years. Took a tour and hired a professional photographer to take pictures of us throughout the various spaces where the antiques are. Art, Ceramics, statues, ancient pottery, furniture, and much more. Staff are friendly and always very prompt and trying to help. My kids actually prefer to just stay in hotel rather than go out to see city and other attractions it’s so comfortable here! Rooms are clean and Well maintained. Spacious. Good mattress and linens etc. Well worth the stay and price is great for a true 5 Star hotel! Will stay here again no doubt."Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Delicious and beautiful restaurant"
Food is amazing! It's a degustation menu with a lot of plates, each one more exquisitly prepared than the other. Particularly the roasted caramelized pork was unbeatable! The place is beatiful and service quite good. The wine options had good wines for reasonable prices. And the cost: 31 dollar per person! Unbelievable! DO NOT MISS IT !Hotel Tugu Lombok: "This is a Must Go To Experience!"
"This Hotel makes you feel so welcome that you almost feel out of place. The rooms are nothing but absolutely beautiful, and you feel like walking into Indonesian palace! This hotel, which specializes in old style Indonesia has lots of old antiques all over the place, and you can probably walk around the premises for several days just mesmerizing over all the decor, statues and never get tired of it. The staff and service is flawless. Henry, and the rest, were nothing but smiling, funny, and incredible nice. They hotel beach is clean and beautiful, and they have an infinity pool just by the restaurant which gives a very relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The food is impeccably delicious. We also got a complimentary massage, and boy, do those girls do wonders! Magic hands who were able to find every knot and tight muscle, and you left them feeling good and refreshed for hours! All I can say is that we regretfully only got to have one night at this place, but next time it will be for longer. No doubt! 10/10 would visit again!"Villa Mathis: "magnifique établissement"
our last hotel in Bali. We ask reception for a quiet room and the hotel manager tied indicates that we can choose our room as we are the only customers. QUIET in effet..Superbe establishment run by a French garden and épouse.Magnifique Okay entretenu.La room is very large and includes dressing room, indoor and outdoor bathroom plus a large terasse.l'hotel has 4 swimming pools one at the foot of the villa .Very good stayVilla Song Saigon: "Fantastic stay"
"Would highly recommend Villa Song. Quiet location, lovely rooms, great food very helpful staff. We would definitely go back there if in Ho Chi Min again. Not right in the centre of the city so took longer to get to places but the setting was worth the travelling Stayed April 2017, traveled with family"Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Spectacular"
