Villa Song: "Singing praises for Villa Song"
Room upgraded and flowers for my wedding anniversary, personal service put a smile on my dial. Absolutely nothing to fault with our stay. Meal in the evening was great as was the breakfast. The complimentary speed boat to the city was fantastic too.4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Great Service!"
"This is an awesome place to go. Can't fault it at all. Definitely do the waterfall excursion as well for some more natural beauty. But besides all of that, I just wanted to say what amazing service the staff delivered. The resort manager is a man called Adonis, and he really did go above and beyond. I ended up dropping some red wine on my beige trousers during dinner and I was leaving the next day. I didn't have the time or the right washing materials to get the stain out. Adonis said he was doing his personal washing that evening and very kindly offered to wash my trousers for me too. He used some stain remover, some other washing stuff, gave it a good hand scrub, and even managed to get them completely dry for me to take back the next morning (stain free). This was not part of any laundry service and he personally did this as a favour...thank you Adonis! Really great service all round. An awesome experience and would highly recommend staying here."Tugu Bali: "Amazing! Best Hotel and the original hotel in canggu"
"Wow what a place this hotel is very very special... the rooms are incredible! The whole hotel is like a Indonesian museum, it's got some amazing artefacts and antique furnishings throughout the whole place, the owner is the largest collector of Indonesian artefacts and antiques in the world, its such a special place to just walk around... part of the restaurant is made out of a 300 year old beautifully carved family temple that was saved by the founder of Tugu hotels dismantled then shipped to Tugu Canggu where it was restricted and became the interior of one of their fabulous restaurants within the hotel... the hotel is as much a museum as it is a hotel... We stayed in the rejang suite which has a awesome bath and views over the sea... the bed is one of the comfiest beds I've slept in I love the pillows, they equal the standard of the four seasons or ritz Carlton bedding... basically it's more than comfortable!! :) We loved the grounds which are all beautifully kept as is the Lilly ponds and there's large beautiful fish swimming through the little rivers that run throughout the hotel grounds... it’s very calming and peaceful environment. The staff were all so kind and friendly we were given a full tour of the hotel and showed around all of the Indonesian artefacts and antiques that the owner of Tugu hotels has tirelessly collected over years... there’s some really amazing things here if your into your culture and history this is a really special treat! The JI restaurant has some awesome sushi we had a evening snack and then came back lunch the next day as the sushi is just amazing! On our 2nd night we attended their cultural evening and had dinner in front of the whole performance it was amazing, the show was beautifully performed and the food was to die for! Cocktails are pretty decent too!! We had a fantastic two days at the Tugu hotel and were really taken back by the beauty of this hotel it’s just really stunning! I you want something unique and special but also luxurious then Tugu Canggu is your best bet! Thanks to everyone who made our stay so special at Tugu Hotel! "We stayed here after a grueling six day trek, and what a welcome reward it was! From the moment we disembarked from our jeep, up the steep driveway to the property, our entire group was awed. Literally perched on a mountain top, you have sweeping views from both sides of the mountain. The villas scattered around the property work to maintain privacy, while the beautiful common area has little nooks for privacy, or you can choose to sit on the beautiful verandah, to take in the views, have a drink and rest. The dinner, meanwhile, was delicious, with the tables elegantly set in a non-pretentious way. The villa was beautifully decorated, and again, after our hard work and life in a tent on the trek, the luxurious bed and bathroom was so welcomed! It is truly a retreat - either from the demands that wonderful Nepal asks of you as her traveler, or from the demands that your daily life asks of you. I will certainly return - and might just take in one day in Kathmandu, then come directly back to Tiger Mountain Lodge for three days of beautiful relaxation and rejuvenation."Slow Villas and Spa: "A little piece of heaven on earth"
"Slow Villas is simply stunning! We stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all we needed, the bed is super comfortable (we loved the blanket!) and the kitchenette a nice little extra. We also enjoyed, that the water in the open-air bathroom is not only hot - it is also absolutely not salty (rare on the Gili islands). The staff is nice, the breakfast choice stunning and the private pool and garden are true gems. We loved it - we will be back! Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"Tugu Lombok: "Above and Beyond Expectations"
I had researched this hotel and recommended it to two friends despite not actually visiting it myself so I had high expectations. Finally, I got to visit and I was not disappointed, and I have been lucky enough to stay in many luxurious hotels around the world. This hotel is a gem. From the minute we arrived we all felt...4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Become one with the jungle"
"This was really good: you are picked up by a boat where the road crosses the river and then you get 30 minutes to slow-down and get into the rhythm of the jungle. Each room is a huge double tent on a floating dock, connected to each other via a walking bridge. The tents have a luxury interior: double bed, closets, TV set - although not working, but who cares? - a lot of fans (no airco) and a jungle-shower. But the most pleasant is the terrace from which you can jump in the water for a swim. Diner is at the riverside or in the tent-restaurant, with super quality food and drinks. Breakfast idem: super! From this place you must visit the waterfalls of Tatai where you can jump of a cliff, swim and get nice food, prepared by the guys on the boat, Room Tip: If you are looking for a place to get some rest, go here"Villa Song Saigon: "Amazing experience"
We have just finished 3 nights here at Villa Song before departing on a river cruise and we wish that it could have been longer. This is an old French colonial house right on the Saigon river. The rooms are beautiful as is the grand winding staircase. We arrived on a flight at 11 pm and we're quickly shown to our room which was very spacious with a great bed and bathroom. The next morning was a wonderful experience as I walked down the stairs and onto the foyer to reveal an amazing view of the restaurant and outdoor dining on the Saigon river. Food was great, staff were superb and overall a great experience. This hotel is in a quiet area in district 2 so is a fair way out of Saigon Central, but hotel car runs frequently during the day to Central Saigon and finishes at the Opera House. But anyway even though it's a huge bustling city the taxi fare is around $A10. A wonderful stay.4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Wonderful location, and purpose to build eco tourism in Cambodia"
Gorgeous location, and the resort working with local villages to support a sustainable economy and environment we were impressed with. The waterfall close by is lovely and being able to kayak and paddle off your tent deck, whenever you want was lovely, peaceful and good sunsets as well. Food was good and the transport both ways was easy, and well organised. The staff were always extremely helpful and cheerful which really added to the experience.Tugu Malang: "Wonderful and Amazing Heritage Hotel"
"I really love this hotel. It's so amazing and wonderful. They have a lot of etnic equipment. Every room has difference style. Here they have equipment from Oei Tiong Ham, the very rich people in 1900. All the staf is kind dan very helpful. some of staf could be a guide for the guest to explain each room, each equipment and others. Like visit a museum. There are a lot of story here. Very recommended hotel if you go to malang. If we have could not stay here. They have melati restaurant which is open 24 hours."Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
