The Apsara Rive Droite: "ideal location, lovely rooms"

Review by: Harold B | Source: Trip Advisor
"One of the first truly boutique hotels to open on the middle of the old UNESCO quarter of Luang Prabang, it is still going very strong. I was welcomed by a nice basket of fruit. Staff was genuinely happy to see me again. Rooms are very large and decorated in a very Indochine style with a twist of modernity. A lovely place to relax and to use as a base to explore this charming small town. Breakfast is included and is lovely. A choice of Asian or Western with fresh fruit and orange juice. Has a very good restaurant, one of the best in Luang Prabang. Prices are very easonable. Stayed April 2017, traveled solo"

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "THE BEST"

Review by: Andrew G | Source: Trip Advisor
"Just returned from my sixth visit and again it was just perfect. This probably explains why 10 out of 15 bungalows were occupied by repeat visitors. The surroundings are beautiful. The rooms are well appointed. The housekeeping is first class. The Spa experience is focussed on you. The complimentary yoga is a great start to any day. The food is memorable. But it's the people who really make it just perfect. They are friendly, caring, pleased that you have chosen to visit them and totally focused on making everyone's visit perfect. Thank you."

Mie Cafe: "Best restaurant in siem reap"

Review by: Sunrisevv | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed at the city for 3 days and loved the restaurant so much that we travelled far to the restaurant for the second time only to find that it was an off day for them. I'll definitely come back if I had the chance to visit siem reap again.

TIGER MOUNTAIN POKHARA LODGE: "Fabulous Respite"

Review by: Andrea M | Source: tripadvisor.com
"We stayed here after a grueling six day trek, and what a welcome reward it was! From the moment we disembarked from our jeep, up the steep driveway to the property, our entire group was awed. Literally perched on a mountain top, you have sweeping views from both sides of the mountain. The villas scattered around the property work to maintain privacy, while the beautiful common area has little nooks for privacy, or you can choose to sit on the beautiful verandah, to take in the views, have a drink and rest. The dinner, meanwhile, was delicious, with the tables elegantly set in a non-pretentious way. The villa was beautifully decorated, and again, after our hard work and life in a tent on the trek, the luxurious bed and bathroom was so welcomed! It is truly a retreat - either from the demands that wonderful Nepal asks of you as her traveler, or from the demands that your daily life asks of you. I will certainly return - and might just take in one day in Kathmandu, then come directly back to Tiger Mountain Lodge for three days of beautiful relaxation and rejuvenation. "

Rachamankha: "Outstanding"

Review by: 602royd | Source: Trip Advisor
Serene' - the word that best describes Rachamankha at Chiang Mai A beautiful property, lovely staff and an excellent restaurant. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the night markets/walking streets. Would love to come back some time in the future.

Mie Cafe: "The best in Siem Reap"

Review by: bonniew65 | Source: Trip Advisor
We had dinner in Mid Cafe on the last day of our trip. As we had many disappointment in the days before, so we had no expectation but this restaurant surprised us. Every dish there were perfectly cooked and flavoured. The restaurant has very nice setting and excellent service! We highly recommend to book a table at this restaurant during the stay in Siem Reap. We hope to come back again!

tugu lombok: "A little bit of paradise”"

Review by: Valproct | Source: tripadvison.com
"We have just had a 4 night break at this lovely Hotel. It has all of the wow factors and the staff treated us like royalty. It is a wonderful place to have a peaceful break away from the stress of work or city life and highly recommended. A word of warning about travelling to Lombok. Try and get a direct flight. We travelled from Singapore via Jakarta and had to change terminals which was a nightmare. We were given conflicting information about baggage and terminal numbers, which was all very stressful. "

Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Wild at Heart"

Review by: sabrinaMelbourneVic | Source: Trip Advisor
"As we pulled up to the meeting point , we were met with a striking man in safari attire, Danu. Danu (our host) is a much younger Sri Lankan version of Sir David Attenborough-with a dash of Indiana Jones. His knowledge for wildlife is amazing and he has an eagle eye for spotting animals as did our amazing driver who is so knowledgable and we loved hearing about his tiger encounters in India. Both these guys are passionate conservationists but make it really interesting and are very sensitive to the needs of wildlife and safari newbies. My husband and I became so comfortable around then we found ourselves asking ridiculous questions like ""Does that elephant get lonely?"" Danu is a true professional for keeping a straight face when he answered ""Um, I haven't gotten around to asking him""... We are still laughing about but seriously these guys are like your personal wildlife Wikipedia. We booked the normal tents and were absolutely blown away by the luxury. We have been staying in 5 Star hotels throughout Sri Lanka but this was the cleanest room/tent we have ever seen with the crispest sheets and plugs for my phone. I will miss my outdoor shower, there is no better feeling than having an outdoor shower after a big day in the park. I have to talk about the food. It was next level! This was by far the best food I have had in Sri Lanka and what made it SO special was Danu showing us how to eat it like a local. I loved learning about the cuisine and Sri Lankan culture under the stars. The guys who were serving us in the bar and restaurant- a lantern lit space under the stars treated me like a jungle queen! I miss them already and plan to kidnap them the next time I come back. So I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who has a deep respect for wildlife, a love for a bit of luxury in the jungle and those who are wild at heart. Yala is calling for you. Ki and Keelan"

Mrauk U Princess Resort: "wonderful stay"

Review by: marty2406 | Source: Trip Advisor
Lovely room, friendly staff. Much sightseeing in surrounding area. Sights that you would not see elsewhere. Six hour trip up the river from SIttwe was relaxing and very interesting. Stayed three nights. Not your average location but you get a terrific glimpse of the country
