Nam Bo Boutique Hotel: "The sort of place where an author could hide away and write a best seller!"
"This is a simply appointed, French influenced, comfortable and very convivial Boutique Hotel with 9 spacious suites just across the road, pier and gardens from the Mekong. Actually, the establishment is more of a restaurant than an hotel because the lower two floors are given over to everyday dining and the rooftop is host to L'Escale, a discreet eatery offering more sophisticated fare. It's also serves Breakfast to guests. Watching early morning activity on the river, we agreed with fellow guests that both breakfast and view were stunning. The two lower restaurants were constantly busy however the sounds of diners having fun did not reach our rooms on the upper floors. You can't please everybody all the time of course and doubtless some will want plushier surroundings, however for us Nambo met key criteria for the Delta: Cool, Quiet, Tasty, Friendly and Reasonable! Internet trouble: no problems; no fuss - Receptionist showed up with a dedicated router - Service with a friendly smile!"Tugu Bali: "Funky and Gorgeous and Romantic"
"This is a very colorful, unique hotel with a very funky Japanese restaurant that feels like a Shanghai opium den. The rooms are beautiful and romantic. Lots of antiques everywhere, great photography and generally all around wonderful service. Right across the street from a great, bright and spacious restaurant called Old Man to have lunch at with a young and gorgeous surfer crowd. The lobby is huge and dramatic, they have dance performances on certain nights that are beautiful and entirely non- cheesy. Can't recommend enough. You feel like you are in a movie. Jenny, the manager, is a delight and super helpful. We had friends come and visit from an hour away and they said it was worth the trip just to see the hotel. Stayed March 2017, traveled with friends"Reverie Siam: "THE place to stay and dine in PAI"
"Sublime comes to mind. I have stayed here before, I have dined here before and I will again, I almost don't wnt to share this good news with you all as it is getting harder and harder to book but well it's a place that has to be shared. From the family that designed, built and manage Reverie to the team the take care of you they really cannot do enough to share their home with you...and what a home. There can no better place to be than sat in their bar and restaurant, enjoying a long cool drink looking out across green fields to the river and mountains beyond and slipping into Pai time...truly a place for reverie. I joined a dinner party by the river here too, 40 of us, a demanding crowd no doubt but faultless service. Delightful setting, great food (you have to try their tapas) and a superb musician to accompany dinner - guitar and keyboard player, brilliant...actually Pai has quite a lively music scene, even one of the owners at Reverie is a drummer with a local band."MesaStila: "One night stay, beautiful srroundings, will return"
"The resort is set in beautifully landscaped grounds with views of volcanoes in every direction. They also have a small coffee plantation onsite and the coffee itself is only available in the hotel. Rooms were huge and nicely fitted out. Would loved to have stayed longer, but was following a tight itinerary through central and eastern Java. Will return for sure.
Stayed June 2016, traveled with family"tugu bali: "Excellent service and homely feel"
"Absolutely fantastic service. I have never experienced more genuine and attentive service from our arrival to departure. Simply flawless. Love the maze like garden with canals and fishes. Rooms are good a bit run down, but all is made up by the fantastic staff! Well worth a visit!! World class service in a stunning surrounding. "Rachamankha: "Amazing"
The staff here were super amazing I would reccommend staying here Location was great and very comfortable with a great breakfast The staff were sooo easy to get along with We had one incident with the washing but clothes are cheap enough that it was funny in the end Cheap and awesomeRachamankha: "The best place to stay in Chiangmai"
"This must be my 8 or 9th visit to rachamnkha. It is such a great place to stay. The manager, Paul, is without doubt one of the best hoteliers I have ever met. And the praise doesn't stop with him. The staff are 2nd to none. The rooms are excellent, and the garden setting that the hotel is situated in is an oasis in the city. The breakfast is the best I have ever encountered in many years of travelling, and the lunch and dinner do not disappoint. If you are staying in Chang Mai, stay here. If you are not staying in Chiang Mai , then change your plans and stay here. It's worth the trip. Without doubt, and pound for pound, is the best place you will ever stay in Thailand. "Maison Polanka: "Great place!"
"Had a lovely time with my wife and 2 daughters, staff... food...room... everything was perfect to the end. Having a restaurant in France, I know all the trouble employees and managers are going thru to make everything perfect, and it was a success thanks to all of them. Keep the good work! And definitly see you next year! Best regards. QUÉGUINER Erwan."Les Maisons Wat Ko: "A little Gem"
Mairon What Kor is a very cozy, nice hotel with a beautiful garden, a pond and well-kept rooms. It's is located on a nice and quit spot, outside the city. We had the honor to sleep in the "Angelina Room", The Frangipane 1. (My husband didn't want to leave the room anymore, haha!) The hotel and its restaurant is so nice located that we decided to have diner at the hotel during our stay. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderfull. With special thanks to "Mr. Peach". He is a very nice and friendly man. He makes our stay also very special and and we wish him all the best with his study.Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
