Muang La Resort: "A little paradise in Laos"

"Staying at the Muang La Resort is a pleasure, from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave. The bungalows are well kept, clean and beautifully decorated. Little details like welcoming letters, weather information and slippers make you feel a welcome guest. Dinner is a surprise and never disappointing! Lao haute cuisine!! But what really makes the difference is the staff of the resort and I mean the whole staff! From gardeners to managers, everybody is attentive, helpfull and kind. If you plan a trip to the north of Laos, this is definitely a hotel to include in your plans."

Tugu Lombok: "Brilliant stay, amazing place"

"We stayed at Hotel Tugu for 4 nights and we both came away saying it was easily the best hotel we had ever stayed in! Every whim is catered for, anything you could imagine they make possible, and always with a smile. The food is outstanding, and the location of the hotel is fantastic with a stunning white sand beach and views of the mountains. An incredible place to stay, you won't be disappointed if you book this hotel! Can't wait to return"

Tugu Malang: "Unique, Stylish, & All-Time Favorite Hotel"

I love this hotel. It's an incredibly unique place that's adorned throughout with Indonesian antiques, and it also has an incredible antique shop for browsing or buying (not to mention a very large and well-curated selection of Balinese silver jewelry, both contemporary and vintage). The rooms are fantastic, filled with super stylish antiques, art, and fresh flowers. The hotel also has incredibly cool stationery in each room, reminiscent of grand hotels of the early 20th century. Melati Restaurant, part of the hotel, serves some of the best food in all of Java. This place is truly special and has to be one of my favorite hotels anywhere in the world.

Maduzi Hotel: "Best and Super cozy hotel around schumvit road"

"I am KHUN Kim who stayed for 4 days from January 26th to 30th. As with the last visit, all the staff were friendly and the hotel conditions were excellent. I do not know if you remember me, but I stayed on the M floor. I guess Especially three staff members will remember me. It was a good memory, and I will visit again next time. In particular, can the three people contact me? I would like to have a small present for the next visit. Locavore: "Gastronomic aerobatics and spot international level"

We saw that the schedule of booking tables in Manhattan traditions is full for a couple of weeks ahead. So we tried with a pounce, straight from a tropical rainfall to get to lunch. Day to day it did not work, but we found out about their sister cafe around the corner in the next street and signed up for tomorrow. For lunch too ceremoniously and formally (dishes, not the atmosphere - that's quite a casual one, we met Americans, saddened by Trump at a nearby table), but for a memorable evening, that's it. It offers two sets - large and small. For 5 and 7 meals. And there are options for veggie. The surprise was that to five dishes there are five apetizers and about the same number of digestives. Extremely authored and fantasy, small and incredibly tasty. Yes, another point is that it is necessary to arrive at the appointed time, as all tables are served by simultaneous courses. And the whole ceremony thus stretches for 2-2.5 hours) At this time, you seem to disappear from the noisy colorful streets of Ubud in the mirror world of real flowers and shades of pistachio. Smiles and conditioner. Wow

Slow Villas and Spa: "3 nights – 25-27 July 2017"

I stayed with my husband and 2 teenage children in a two bedroom villa with private pool. I can only describe Slow as, calm, instantly relaxing, bare foot luxury! Stunning bedrooms with lovely outside bathrooms. So fabulous to be in the shower looking at the incredible stars (no light pollution at all!). Sadly we only had a short stay here as our sole purpose for being on Gili Air was to complete our PADI Open Water certification. How wrong we were not to stay longer. Gili Air is quite magical. No cars or scooters. Just horse and cart or bicycles. Slow Villas is situated in the middle of the island 5 mins from the beach. Definitely the best location away from the bars dotted around the coastal path. We had early morning starts and Slow made sure we had lovely homemade muesli/fruit and yoghurt in our fridge the night before so we could have early breakfast. We borrowed bikes every day to get around. Great fun!! Our stay was so short that we didn't have time to try the spa which I'm sure would be equally wonderful. Thank you Martin and the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

The Island Lodge: "Excellent Hotel perfect for relaxation"

"This gem is located within Mekong delta and offers piece and quiet, beautiful ambiente and very helpful and friendly staff. There are a few rooms which ensure no mass tourism. Slow food and tranquility, perfect hospitality and harmony are the keywords. We stayed there for 3 days and enjoyed a pre-paradise experience. Especially the spa with different types of massages is a soul-supporting experience. The rooms are clean with the option to use an airconditioning. The bathroom and shower is clean and showing lots of litte details which sum up to a very special hotel. At every step one finds another detail which makes this hotel a personal little home. We felt at home instantly and will return as soon as possible. For our little lady of the age of 9 it was a paradise. The pool is clean (which we did not spot everywhere in even more expensive hotels in South East Asia). The Coconut Smoothie became her favourite drink. :-) We enjoyed boat cruises and a visit at the next town's pagoda with impressive statues. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - even by Asian standards. The transfer from HCMC to the hotel gave us a good possibilty for a first insight to people and country. We recommend this gem for everyone who seeks piece and quiet in a very special atmosphere within a safe and clean environment. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Island Lodge."

Reverie Siam: "THE place to stay and dine in PAI"

"Sublime comes to mind. I have stayed here before, I have dined here before and I will again, I almost don't wnt to share this good news with you all as it is getting harder and harder to book but well it's a place that has to be shared. From the family that designed, built and manage Reverie to the team the take care of you they really cannot do enough to share their home with you...and what a home. There can no better place to be than sat in their bar and restaurant, enjoying a long cool drink looking out across green fields to the river and mountains beyond and slipping into Pai time...truly a place for reverie. I joined a dinner party by the river here too, 40 of us, a demanding crowd no doubt but faultless service. Delightful setting, great food (you have to try their tapas) and a superb musician to accompany dinner - guitar and keyboard player, brilliant...actually Pai has quite a lively music scene, even one of the owners at Reverie is a drummer with a local band."
