Tugu Lombok: "Heaven on earth"

Review by: daniel b | Source: tripadvisor.com
"We spent a week of our honeymoon at Tugu Lombok and it was simply fantastic. The food is sensational, such a wide range of dishes to choose from. The satay sticks are out of this world! The staff are friendly, from the waiters to the gardeners, and very good with your individual needs and likes. The moonlight spa treatment and meal is a absolute must. highlight of our fantastic stay. The hotel has kayaks and snorkeling equipment which allow a bit of exploring of the local sealife. We stayed in an Aloon-Aloon villa and it was spacious, comfy and the outside bathrooms were perfectly quirky. I cant speak highly of Tugu Lombok, it was 5 star every bit of the way,"

Supanniga Cruise: "One of the highlights of our trip"

Review by: Annie D | Source: Trip Advisor
This cruise exceeded our expectations. Its not the cheapest cruise on the river but the reward for paying a bit extra is a great service & six delicious courses of food that is personally delivered to your table with an accompanying description of the meal on offer. We loved the traditional with a modern twist, classy but funky vibe of the cruise all set against the stunning backdrop of the Chao Praya river at night. This was one of the highlights of our trip & will do it again next time in Bangkok.

Rachamankha: "Oasis"

Review by: Cindy W | Source: Trip Advisor
"We were fortunate to stay here, albeit during the coldest weather in years! This is a true 5* property with wonderfully gracious staff. The location is perfect for walking to most areas you would want to see while in Chiang Mai. Breakfast is more than most would expect and in the evening the food is very good. "

Jing’s Residence: "Paradise in Pingyao"

Review by: katieflack16 | Source: Trip Advisor
While Pingyao did not blow me away - this hotel sure did! My husband and I were helped with the trains by the staff, and they graciously extended our checkout to protect us from the rain. Iman is absolutely wonderful and all the staff treat you amazingly. The breakfast was the best we had in China and all the little touches really made our stay memorable. If you're going to Pingyao, stay here!!

Sanak Retreat Bali: "Little piece of paradise"

Review by: Jon B | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed here for 4 nights and what a magical time that was. We could not have been happier with the service we received by staff of Sanak. The employes of Sanak retreat is what makes Sanak of what it is. They are absolutely amazing. Fell in love this place and will definitely come back on my next trip to Beautiful Bali

Satri House: "Impeccable"

Review by: lovemanger | Source: tripadvisor.com
Excellent is the word to describe this accomodation. We stayed three nights in the junior suite and found everything was stellar, room, food, pool and staff. One thing to mention, among others, is excellent breakfast. Sterling bread, croissants, yogurt and jam are hand-made by an elegant lady at the accomodation, who went to French school before revolution and so speaks French. We ate dinner as well one evening, which was also pretty nice

Dewakan: "Amazing restaurant – GO"

Review by: katieluce | Source: Trip Advisor
"When we watched John Torode's Malaysia programme back in the UK , he showed this place and so we booked it for our last night in KL. I have to admit as it got closer I got concerned that we had made a mistake. No malaysian we spoke to in KL had heard of the place and it soon became apparent that it was on the outskirts of town, a good hour away from central KL and forms part of the KDU campus. I need not have worried however. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. The service was attentive, the team enthusiastic about the food and the food itself was inventive and interesting. We had the 17 course tasting menu and every dish was different and innovative in its use of traditional Malay ingredients. Notable dishes included a perfectly rendered crispy duck skin over succulent rare duck meat, as well as the almost Heston Blumenthal like childish fun of putting together the slow baked red snapper in broth dish. There was only one dish we didn't particularly enjoy, which was the prawn dish and we found the texture of the raw prawns a bit odd, but it was clever cooking nonetheless with the flavour combination. This place is worthy of a Michelin star. My only concern is that being so far out of town and having only 10 tables, it is not getting enough clientele. So please, please if you enjoy inventive and innovative cuisine, go to this restaurant."

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Tranqulity and Amazing Staff"

Review by: wilderfamily | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed at 4 Rivers earlier this week as part of our family trip through Cambodia. Although a long drive from Phnom Penh (5-6 hours given Phnom Penh traffic) the drive lets you experience beautiful scenery increasingly taking you into the rainforest areas before reaching the 4 Rivers reception and a short 20 mins boat ride to the Lodge. Once you arrive it is a beautiful setting with the tents floating on the river and the jungle all around. The tents are well equipped, spacious and private. The first night we were taken out on the river the see the fire flies and the second day we kayaked, swam in the river and took the side trip to the waterfalls which were fantastic. The staff at the resort were a mix of local villagers and the managers were from the Philippines. All of them were incredibly warm, genuine and helpful and simply wanted to ensure you were having a great time. You constantly are amazed and how wonderful the Cambodians are. The food was very good (taking into account you are in the middle of nowhere). I would encourage everyone to go and visit the lodge and the region as my greatest fear is that once relay discovered the area will fall victim to major development. For now it is a wonderful and magic place.

Inle Princess Resort: "Paradise on Earth"

Review by: Wayne M | Source: Trip Advisor
This resort is paradise and we had a wonderful stay here. Attracted since we saw the photos on the Internet BT when we came here, we were shocked with it's beauty. A peaceful place with river view. Very traditional and beautiful. The room is huge with Oriental decor. I love sitting outside of the balcony and watching the life on the river. Best moment of my life.
