Хотела бы вернуться сюда ещё Stayed March 2017, traveled with family"The Island Lodge: "Small and Beautiful"
What a delight to stay here after three weeks in large cities in Vietnam. This is a first class property with great food, staff, and rooms. Beautiful pool overlooking the Mekong river. Could have stayed longer.SANDAT GLAMPING TENTS: "Enchanting stay at Sandat Glamping Tents"
"We stayed only 1 night with friends in suite tents. The place is really what you can see on the website. Just fantastic, no insects, clean place, good food, nice deep private pool not too cold. Will come back when in Bali again "Locavore: "Not just for the sophisticated palate."
At first blush I didn’t think I would enjoy this refined restaurant experience. But what an amazing evening it turned out to be. We chose the seven course meal without the wine pairing but we only made it through the first five before we were too full to continue. The waitress talked us into the five or six part dessert which was unbelievable. Please refer to their website for a complete description of the courses I would never do it justice. It is a must stop if you visit ubud Bali. thank you so much to the chef for all his hard work and to the waitresses for the service beyond compare.Villa Song: "An amazing oasis of calm"
HCMC is a crazy, busy, polluted, energetic, frenetic place to visit and Villa Song is a gentle oasis of calm on the river where you can unwind from a busy day in the city. If you want to be right at the heart of the city, this probably isn't the place for you, as it's some way out... but having said that, they have a private boat service to take guests into town that operates throughout the day. I found it far better to be out of the city and to have a quieter place to stay instead. The spa is good, the pool is fab and the views, accommodation, food and service are totally worth the premium. Thoroughly recommended!Nam Bo Boutique Hotel: "Excellent"
Lovely little hotel, great dining options and excellent breakfast. One night stop en route to Cambodia. Very nice town, room very spacious and comfortable. Can't go wrong. Beautiful wooden floors, staff very attentive and helpful.MesaStila: "Amazing MesaStila"
Just spent an amazing weekend here for our wedding anniversary. Lovely and peaceful, with views of Mt Merapi, in the middle of a coffee plantation. Beautiful Dutch colonial buildings and traditional Indonesian houses, fantastic food and wonderful staff. Tour of the coffee plantation was fascinating. Only 1 hr drive from Semarang airport (or 2 hrs from Yogya), so great for a weekend away from Jakarta!Villa Song Saigon: "Great place to relax"
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The building itself is beautiful and our room was spacious and felt very luxurious. There were little touches that we really loved such as the free water and beer in the mini bar which was refilled daily and a daily snack brought to your room in the afternoon. The hotel is out of the city centre, but there are regular boat shuttles to take you in to the centre of town. The pool area is a great sun trap or you can sit by the riverside. The breakfast and dinner area is outside looking out on the riverside and the breakfast is extremely tasty. The best thing about the hotel though was the team who ran the hotel. They were so helpful, giving us great restaurant and activity recommendations and helping us with any questions we have. I highly recommend staying here and you will leave feeling revived!Villa Song: "Absolutely amazing"
"We stayed at this wonderful hotel as a splurge to ourselves at the end of our holiday that was to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, from the moment we arrived every single staff member was amazing and the hotel absolutely beautiful. We had a quick check in and we're told about breakfast and everything else we needed for our stay, they give you a map and even highlight the taxis that tourists should use. After we went to our room we went to explore and the lovely Yega introduced himself to us and asked if we were happy with our room, of course we were it was beautiful he later asked if we would like a free upgrade and would we like to see the other room as they had had a cancellation , oh my goodness I thought our other room was beautiful this one was absolutely amazing, as Yega explained no room in the hotel is the same as any other, I could have cried our room was that special , I don't think it would matter what room you got they would all be amazing . The rooms are super quiet and have great blackout curtains. The walls are nice and thick so you can't hear the people next door. The bathroom have great toiletries including toothbrush and paste, razor, loofah and sewing kit.I was very happy to see scales in the room it made checking the weight of our luggage so much easier. The room is also equipped with a pod coffee maker, kettle and teapot and complimentary mini bar which included juice, water, soft drinks and beer. It was lovely to come back at nighttime to a turndown service and a yummy little bedtime treat, The boat to take you to district 1 is so much fun and the driver was lovely and took our photo for us and pointed out things of interest along the way. Breakfast was delicious, you choose a hot beverage, a fresh juice and your meal, I had the full breakfast and my husband had the eggs benadict and both were lovely. The pool was glorious and the water much cooler than others we have swam in on this trip, the pool chairs and pods were very comfortable and the pool boys were great, The bell boys were so helpful they were happy to get taxis for us or if we were using Uber they checked the number plate on our phone and kept an eye out for our car for us, and they would always open the car door for us when we arrived back to the hotel. The waitstaff were very friendly and has a chat to everyone and made everyone feel comfortable. Whatever room you get at this hotel you would be happy and we cannot wait to come back and we will bring our family with us next time. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful."Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Terrific food and lovely service"
"Cuisine Wat Damnak came highly recommended by friends and it truly didn't disappoint! We were fortunate to be warmly greeted by the proprietor chef, Joannès Rivière; a super nice man - and fantastic chef! We had the 6 course tasting menu (there were 2 options) we were able to mix choices from one menu with the other. All dishes, including the amuse bouche, were a great combination of flavours and textures, unquestionably Cambodian in origin but with some subtle execution. Wine list was good and Joannès made a great recommendation of a William Fevre Sauvignon Blanc from Burgundy - highly unusual but a great match to the food. All dishes were top-notch but the Mekong langoustine grilled in cassava leaves were stand out as was the desert; Mango cashew nut crumble, green mango jelly with vanilla and white chocolate cream! Unbelievably great value at US$31 for the 6 course tasting menu, and total bill including the wine and water came to less than $110 , not including optional tip/service. I think a visit to Siem Reap without dining here would be as incomprehensible as coming and not visiting Angkor Wat!"
