Tugu Bali: "Stay at the Tugu Hotel Bali"
"I stayed at the Tugu Hotel with one of my friends on my first visit to Bali. Such a beautiful place with breathtaking spacious rooms with a private plunge pool. The beach is in walking distance just a couple of meters away where you can go for your first surf lession. You are able to enjoy an all day breakfast a la card menu from anywhere you wish on the hotel property. The staff is incredibly caring and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Every Thursday you can enjoy a traditional indonesian dance performance, while eating delicous local food and after enjoying some tasty cocktails on the rooftop bar during happy hour. The spa offers great valued massages and beauty treatments for everyones needs. If you have the chance to try one of the local cooking classes, you should not pass on this opportunity. It is fun, you learn a lot about local herbs and spices and you get to eat everything afterwards. I can not wait to return on my next visit. Thanks Tugu"Anopura: "Still wonderful"
"We returned to Anopura after three years, and enjoyed it just as much as before. The remote setting is wonderful, the accommodation is excellent, and Ishwar and his team provide a wonderful service. Breakfast by the pool, lunch in the shade and dinner under the stars are all delightful, with fresh local ingredients. On a walk with Ishwar we got to meet some of the producers of the food we'd eaten in the days before. After five hectic weeks in Rajasthan this was a marvellous way to finish our trip. We would love to return again. Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"Inle Princess Resort: "Beautiful hotel on the water"
We absolutely loved our time at the Princess Beautiful and large room with a fire lit each night. Stunning view over the lake. Excellent spa treatments. Restaurant was rather disappointing as lacking atmosphere after 8pm. Definitely a 60+ resort Stay here or the AureumVilla Song Saigon: "A gem in HCMC"
Wow! What can I say. This hotel is testament to the power of social media and Trip Advisor. A perfect place to stay in HCMC that I probably would otherwise never have known about to book. The hotel was previously the home of a wealthy local family and has been converted into a boutique hotel and renovated. It has the charm of Raffles, has one of my favourite architectures (French colonial), has a perfect location right on the river and offers all modern facilities. They served my favorite breakfast every day (bircher museli and eggs benedict) and the bircher was trendily served in its component parts so I could create my perfect cereal. Access to a private boat to get to the centre of the city seemed extravagant and for my children (aged 4, 7 and 10) was like an extra excursion that they looked forward to every day. A true gem and highly recommended!Pindaya Farm House: "Warmly Welcomed"
We so much enjoyed our time at Thahara Pindaya that we considered extending our stay and cancelling our trip to Mrauk U! We loved Pindaya and this farm house stay was a big influence on the overall experience. As strange as this might sound, staying at Thahara was a memorable highlight of our second visit to Myanmar. Conversations with hosts Aye Aye and Ko Yangon provided deeper insights to the community we would have otherwise missed. All reasonable requests can be satisfied by the hosts and their extended network of family and friends. The accommodations are well appointed, and the meals are out of this world.Muang La Lodge: "A piece of heaven in the middle of nowhere"
"After a rough first week of travelling and very cold weather, we were thrilled to spend a couple of nights here. Gorgeous room, with HEATERS and hot water bottles, tastefully decorated, lovely bathrooms, with home grown bathsalts. The setting is delightful, on the river, and the infinity pool on its own island was a good place to unwind with a book when the sun comes out. All the little hidey holes have access to drinks and snacks and service is never far away. The spa itself, with the two huge hot spring-fed pools are elevated so you have a view of the surrounding countryside and are a panacea for weary limbs, and the massage sets you up for the next part of the journey! The five course dinner is light and carefully crafted, full of flavour, and the cocktails inventive and yummy. Little braziers kept us warm while we ate, and a large boma-type fireplace was comforting for an aperitif. We had a long walk on our free day round the local Khamu village, and enjoyed seeing village life at a slow pace, the pace it is lived. Excursions can be arranged to nearby hill tribes, but we didn't know about that. Even though the local staff dont speak much English it is good to see the management trying to give back other local community by providing jobs and an enhanced local spa for the village. I can't rate this place highly enough "4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "A fantastic place to stay-"
"It was the best place we stayed in Cambodia. The tents were fantastic with at nice living room and a perfect bathroom. The staff was excellent and did all r´they could to make our stay memorable. The arrange fantastic tours with nice guides, The food was excellent, and they come arround to take our orders in advance, so the food is ready when we get to the restaurant,"David’s Kitchen: "Best food and service!"
I would say this restaurant is the best restaurant that I ever had. I had a high expectation before I go because TripAdvisor award it as one of the best fine dining restaurant in the world. It ended up even exceed my expectation. I like every dishes that we ordered. All the waiters and waitress had very high standard of service. I will definitely come back again if I visit Chiang Mai again! And I would highly recommend my friends to go if they visit chiang Mai.The Island Lodge: "Serenity"
"Recently went here a second time and it pure bliss. The resort is stunning, beautifully designed accompanied by good service and a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. We live in Saigon and we usually travel outside the country when we have any spare time but we make time to come to Island Lodge because it's that's great. We're actually going for our third visit in less than a week. Can't wait. "Les Maisons d’Itac: "Great place to stay"
We really enjoyed staying at this resort. We slept at Maison Ulysse and I really enjoyed the interior and . The resort has a lot of details and it very well looked after. It is hard to communicate with the staff as they hardly speak any English. But Bryan (the manager) is most of the time present to help and give you tipps. Due to the fact that this resort is very small, it has a familiar atmosphere which we enjoyed. We also felt very safe, never looked our hut
