Rachamankha: "A Jewel of Tranquility"

Review by: pjandd300 | Source: Trip Advisor
What a lovely architectural masterpiece, making a simple but classy and tranquil base during our visit to Chiang Mai. Beatiful rooms, lovely swimming pool, fabulous event dining room and bar. The buildings and the grounds combine together to give charming and interesting views of well considered artifacts and decoration. Teak doors and furniture within plain white walls. Ceiling fans in open areas and AC in the lovely rooms. Great en-suite.

Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Wonderful safari"

Review by: Liz M | Source: Trip Advisor
"My husband and I had the most magical 2 nights here and absolutely loved everything about it! We had been warned that the Sri Lankan safaris were very different to African ones and so had tempered our expectations, but there was no need as we had the most amazing time and saw so much wildlife. Sajeet, Praneeth and the whole team were exceptionally knowledgeable and a font of fascinating information and we learnt so much. My husband is the bird enthusiast but after 4 drives spotting the most beautiful birds, I felt the start of a new passion! We were incredibly lucky to see some wonderful leopard sitings, made more special and exciting by the fact that we had two drives without seeing any. However those two drives were just as thrilling because of all the other wildlife that we saw - elephants, land monitors, crocodiles, star tortoise, mongoose, monkeys and the most stunning kingfishers, wood peckers, fish owl, fly catchers to name but a few. The tents were surprisingly comfortable and an evening open shower by moonlight was very special. The food was absolutely delicious with good wines and very atmospheric drinks before dinner and the most charming and friendly staff. Couldn't fault it and highly recommend this camp! Huge thanks as well for the wonderful photos taken by Praneeth that Sophie forwarded! Such great photos and so thrilled to have them as iPhones really don't cut with wildlife photography.... Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"

Villa Song Saigon: "Heaven on earth"

Review by: mandai | Source: tripadvisor.com
We spent 3 nights here and loved every second of it. A short (complimentary) speed boat takes you into the city, good for a look around, but this hotel is perfectly out of the hustle bustle. Like a little oasis away from the noise. Not that theres anything wrong with noisy city hotels but having spent the rest of our trip admist the madding crowd we decided to try some peacefulness before heading home. Though Saigon was not our favourite destination on the Vietnam visit, Villa Song is most definitely our number one hotel! You won't be disappointed staying here. I wish I could stay forever! Thank you Villa Song.

Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "A small peace of Heaven here in Ko Samui"

Review by: Florentsen | Source: Trip Advisor
"A funny story about this resort. My partner and I were at Ko Samui for the first time 3 yrs ago and found this place – a small piece of heaven here on earth. We were actually the first ones ever to check in to Sea Dance who just had opened. This resort has since been on our favorite list. Now 3 yrs. later we were able to have another stay here and it’s still as amazing as last time. They had since last time added some more bungalows (all hidden behind hedges you can’t even see them) they also had a new reception and a Spa department. It all looks so great. As Scandinavians we love the design of concrete together with wood. We both tried the oil massage and yes, it’s more expensive than the one you get on the beach – but then again, it’s so much better. Coming here I strongly suggest that you try their food in the restaurant. I had their Fish Taco – the best one I ever had. We got to talk to the chef and they even make their tortilla bread themselves – and trust me, you can taste that. As a final request to the reader planning to go there – you have to try their Passion Fruit Mojito (no words needed) Would I go here again, NO DOOUBT. We love this resort and their staff."

The Village House: "A little piece of paradise"

Review by: frydayuk1 | Source: Trip Advisor
"As the location is quite far out from Kuching we decided to rent a car from the airport which made more sense and was cheaper then taxi's/organised trips. It was a little hard to find when you arrive as the place has no signs. However the location on google maps is correct it just does not look like it. The whole place is stunning. The pool is great, staff are friendly, well decorated, rooms are lovely and the food was delightful. We had the 7 course tasting menu which is expensive for Kuching but the flavours were delicious. They laid the table beautifully with flower petals and it was a really nice way to spend the evening with my partner. They have a selection of wines too. It is nice to stay somewhere which is in a local village and off the tourist trail. They have clearly thought about the place and we could not fault it. The beach is nice to see but the water is dirty and there is not really anywhere to walk too. We only stayed 2 nights and one day we drove to Bako and the other we stayed around the pool. We then stayed two nights in Kuching to be closer to the Orangutans which we visited twice. A must stay place if you are in Kuching and want to get away from the city."

Cuca: "Wow, wow and wow"

Review by: metters1 | Source: Trip Advisor
This is an amazing restaurant. The location, the atmosphere, the simple yet classy architecture and the wonderful knowledgeable staff. The food is to die for and Chef Kevin Churkas has assembled a classy team in the kitchen to deliver outstanding food. This restaurant will stay in the memory bank for a very long time.

Sukoon Houseboat: "Sukoon House Boat refined luxury experience"

Review by: Peter Simon M | Source: Trip Advisor
"We were greeted at the airport with an experienced and very knowledge local guide and immediately made to feel truly welcome and at home, A unique experience to be transported on your personal Shikara (small decorated row boat) across Dal lake to the luxury Sukoon House Boat. The welcome at your boat include cold towels, welcome drink and monogrammed pashmina. The decor, fittings and layout of the boat were all high quality and were complimented with a very strong environmental theme. The food was prepared by a professional chef who always checked with your personal tastes and was served by friendly and professional staff. There was nothing that they would not get for you. A truly relaxing stay in luxury. "

Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Southern Thailand Island Beauty"

Review by: EllaTravels | Source: Trip Advisor
"We arrived in a monsoon to Koh Samui - an island with a harmonious blend of lush tropical nature, pristine beaches and friendly people. We stayed for four nights at Sea Dance Resort - an intimate boutique resort featuring thatched roof bungalows with private pools and garden cottages located at Hanuman Bay, one of Koh Samui’s most tranquil locations. Our ocean front villa with private (!) plunge pool was an oasis of luxury and calm. The main pool was also lovely - we arrived just at the end of the rainy season so the resort only had a handful of people staying there so more often than not the we had the pool and loungers to ourselves. The food from the Sea Salt Restaurant was fresh, local and delicious. We loved putting our palates in the hands of the chef and having him cook his favorites - each meal was better than the last! Same goes for the bartender - cocktails were unique, refreshing and a perfect way to cap off days spent exploring the island. A swim up bar with a passion fruit mojito never disappoints! The physical beauty of the place was only surpassed by the friendliness, hospitality and service of Poy and the team of staff who ensured every moment we spent at Sea Dance Resort was bliss. And it was. Room Tip: Sea Shore Pool Villa is secluded and perfect"
