Mudanwan Villa: ""
Arumdalu: "An excellent and very luxurious unique experience"
We spent 5 days at this resort on our latest trip to Indonesia. We know the country well so we can be a bit choosy. We had a very luxurious experience at this resort with really excellent food. The accommodation was perfect with bungalows with small pool. The concept with back to nature fit our interest in a sustainable resort thinking. We just loved the whole idea and our stay here!Tugu Bali: "So Relaxing! Right by the beach!"
I loved the ambiance of this place. You feel relaxed the moment you enter. I love how they do a daily coffee and tea with traditional Balinese cakes. The rooms are amazing! You get your own private pool along with a stunning outdoor bathroom. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a romantic getaway.SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Excellent Culinary Experience"
"I have been to Seeds a couple of times over the past few months. It is great to see and feel how the team is growing in experience and professionalism. The Service is very pleasant and attentive, with a good knowledge of the product they are serving. The dishes presented were very innovative and well presented. Fine-tuned culinary creations of high international standard, at times with a slight local twist in flavor! A great culinary experience at the shores of the Inya Lake."Reverie Siam: "Wonderful and fairy tale like oases just outside PAI city center"
reverie Siam lies just ouside Pai, the distance is perfect. Quit, but close to the village. You enter a place with a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful designed rooms/villa's. There are two big (salt) swimming pools. Everything is thought of in this resort. The fruit snacks when you are at the pool, a thai telephone to loan when you are going to town and the list goes on. The WIFI connection is fast (10mb) The a la cart breakfast is very nice, a wide variety of choices. What is best, is the staff. Never We encountered staff in thailand who are so engaged with the wellbeing of the resort en their guests. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 9 nights, that says enough.Bassac Cruises: "An experience not to be missed"
"Boarded the Bassac at Cai Be, a well organised tour, food excellent, the varying scenery of the Mekong terrain makes you wonder how any army (even the USA) would even consider trying to subdue the residents. The was of life as explained by An the guide was an eye opener - they must be 100 years behind the rest of the country. A revelation. Guide An was excellent."Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Excellent say in a period mansion"
"My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights recently in the traditional Nanyang room and the enormous 50's retro rock n' roll style room. The mansion has undergone a superb restoration unlike the mostly shabby restorations seen in similar historic buildings in China. A lot of care and love has gone into this great house. The staff were all excellent and helpful. The breakfast in the superb dining room was a highlight. The food was a basic buffet supplemented with cooked to order choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. Did not try the inhouse restaurant but other guests we spoke to recommended it. Location is excellent. Will come back again."Rachamankha: "Charming hotel"
Rachamankha is a charming hotel with a friendly knowledgable staff and excellent service. The ensuite rooms are well appointed with lovely antiques, are air conditioned and the bathrooms have plenty of hot water. There is also an excellent restaurant that serves Thai and western fare. The hotel has a great pool which is wonderful after a hot day of sightseeing. The hotel is also an easy walk to the Sunday night market. If you are coming to Chiangmai I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.David’s Kitchen: "Wine tasting and apps to match each"
Absolutely fabulous!!!!! All the wines were great and the finger food, yum yum. Lamb lollipops, scallops, shrimp and pork. All terrific. The tasting cost 900 tb per person and well worth it. We're going back and have checked out the menu and have picked a 7 course tasting. We figure without wine it will cost 4,000-4,500 tb. Very expensive but we hope worth it. Well deserved reputation, we'll let you know if it's worth the cash. Bon Appetite!Amata Lanna: "Great boutique hotel"
My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights. We loved the personal experience of staying in a smaller, boutique-style hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were always greeted with a smile. The room was large, traditional Lanna style with a very spacious bathroom. The daily breakfast was a fairly small selection but delicious and still something for everyone (cereal, toast, eggs, bacon, Asian-style porridge etc). We would definitely recommend staying here.
