4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Serene retreat away from the city"

We had a wonderful stay - the staff were fantastic and made us very welcome on this floating camp. My partner celebrated her birthday and as a surprise they prepared one tent for our evening meal, complete with soft lighting, sweet music and then at the end they came to serenade us - very special!!

Tugu Bali: "Amazing accommodations"

"We absolutely LOVED Tugu hotel in Canggu. The location is perfect, the service is AMAZING and the food was delicious. The suites are breathtaking, ours came with a fruit basket of local fruit. The bathroom was half outdoors, filled with flowers and was surrounded by a Koi pond with a beautiful ladle to pour water traditionally. We also had a private pool in our back yard which was a tropical paradise. You have amazing options for seating indoors or out when dining, and the complimentary afternoon tea was diving. "

Great venue overlooking the lake, lovely tasty food, friendly staff. An exceptional Christmas lunch.

Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "A step back in time not to be missed: gorgeous place"

"Absolutely amazing place! This was the house of a rich Chinese merchant which is/ has been restored to its former glory. We stayed for 3 nights in 2 different rooms: they were both gorgeous, dark wood/ white walls, Chinese furniture - all well appointed. Comfy beds. Breakfast was good and varied, some buffet items with other dishes on order (included in price). Small but perfectly formed pool area, with some rooms having direct access. There is a small museum as part of the hotel and tours are free for customers. Great staff too. The location is good for the city centre, about 5mn walk. There is a night food market next door with about 30 different stalls offering different foods: just grab a table, do a tour and order food - they will bring it to you. Entertainement is provided and well fun. Strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again!"

Tugu Bali: "Excellent performance"

"We didn't stay at this hotel. We walked in off the street and were completely drawn in by the decor. It's gorgeous! We walked around, saw the store downstairs, the beautiful swimming pool and grounds, walked around every floor and saw the amazing views. There were lovely air-conditioned rooms with individuals working at their computers so I think this would be a great place for folks with computer work to do. We were told there was a free performance with dinner so we stayed. The performance was 3 different dances with men playing gongs and the gamelan. It was a wonderful evening in a fabulous space. We met an Australian couple who were staying there and chatted with them for a while. They said the rooms were wonderful too. Also a great place to stay or for a special evening for couples. Inle Princess Resort: "Simply wonderful"

We loved every single moment of the 4 days we spent in this resort. The place is so beautiful and peaceful that you have impression of living in another planet. Great rooms (lake houses are top), super service, excellent food - all is perfect. The architecture of the place is amazing and the decoration has been done with great taste.

Tugu Malang: "A hotel stay surrounded with beauty"

I had been told this is one of the 100 most beautiful hotels in the world. I do not know about the other 99, but this,indeed is supremely beautiful with priceless artworks wherever you look and a lovely pool surrounded by tropical gardens. We were given a tour of the whole premises and heard of its interesting history and saw the magnificent special rooms and areas. On top of this, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we felt like honoured guests and lovely touches like fresh flowers and little poems in our rooms each night. A lovely aray of toiletries in our bathroom too. It has been Amoy to stay here.

Manda De Laos: "Quaint and charming"

"If you go here make sure you go for lunch or before the sun sets because the place is beautiful and at night it's lost The food is amazing and lovely taste of local food and the service is 5 star I loved this place, the setting the food the atmosphere. Everything!!!"

Slow Villas and Spa: "Wonderful time"

We stayed more than one week at this amazing place and enjoyed every moment. The privilege to jump inside the pool from bedroom door is just fantastic. It was an unforgettable stay for us and if I could I would come back one day!

Heritage Suites Hotel: "Incredible genuineness, a real gem!"

The Heritage came up in almost list of top boutique hotels to stay at in Cambodia, so I knew it would be a good choice. Getting picked up at the airport in a vintage Mercedes was amazing, such a great way to start off the experience. Having the adventure company in the hotel helped a lot, they organised 3 customised tours for me which were all equally amazing. All three were well worth it. I stayed in the Orchid suite, which I could of hid in during my entire stay and would of been really happy, the steam room was a pleasant surprise. Had breakfast and two dinners at the hotel which was also very good. The thing that left such an impression on me was the staff. There was this incredible genuineness to everyone I met. The hotel supports Sala Baï, a hospitality school for young underprivileged Cambodians, which they also helped organise a visit to. Heritage helps train and hire students from the school and offers them placement at the hotel, with everyone I met there, especially the students coming from Sala Bai, there was this genuine pride in working in hospitality and at the Heritage. As a guest you felt not only very welcomed, but that you also contributed to giving back to the community and not just taking from it. Kudos to the entire team at Heritage. I work in travel and hospitality and can honestly say this is one of the most unique and best offerings I’ve come across. I can’t wait to visit again.
