Le Passe-Temps: "Highlight of our trip"

Review by: Dewulf_sarah | Source: Trip Advisor
We were on a family holiday in Khao Thong for 2 weeks with my husband, our 2 kids, my dad and his girlfriend. We contacted Olivier via email to make a reservation for dinner. They sent through the menu and price for that night and we arranged a time for someone to pick us up. Arriving there was breath taking, the setting, the atmosphere and then that view! simply stunning! The kitchen normally doesn't open until 7.30 but they suggested serving our dinner earlier as we had 2 little kids with us. We had a cocktail on the beach while gazing at the sunset with our feet in the warm sea water, followed by a lovely dinner served family style. Portions were on the smaller side but they give many dishes so we never went home hungry. Everyone who worked there was so lovely, spoke English and French very well and so accomodating. We went back once more for dinner and one morning for paddle boarding. Will definitely consider this resort to stay at next time we come to Krabi!!!

villa mathis: "Impeccable service in a stunning location"

Review by: Fred w | Source: tripadvisor.com
"I stayed overnight at Villa Mathis (lombok room). The room is huge and very beautiful. The decor is sumptuous. My room had an office desk, which is perfect for laptop (work). The restaurant and the gardens/houses are interesting : there are statues, curtains, giant chairs and stone chess boards, as well as reading areas. - So much space!! The gardens are impeccably manicured. The staff is experienced but at the same time they are discreet. Breakfast is huge (too much:) and they have decent coffee. The bungalows are in what they call a ""villa""; grouped around a pool and open space living area. And everywhere you look, you can discover museum-like items.I didn't venture into the other areas but I understand that each bungalow is different. I was in an area called ""maison rouge"". Definitely a great romantic hotel. "

Supanniga Eating Room: "Supanniga Cruise Menu"

Review by: Donna A | Source: Trip Advisor
Wow! What a nice surprise. This was my first river cruise in Bangkok, and I never really expected a Thai gourmet dinner. The food was very good and beautifully presented. There was: Taittinger champagne and an Amuse Bouche of fried Thai mackerel wrapped with Chaplu leaves, an Appetizer of 3 minced pork stir-fried with garlic and peanuts, pomelo salad with grilled prawn and spicy minced chicken salad, a Soup- Thai spicy soup with jumbo prawn, then 5 main dishes- pork, crab, fish and "Son-in-law" eggs, Dessert- mango sticky rice (the mango had been shaped into a flower) and to finish Petit Fours and Tea. All outstanding

Inle Princess Resort: "Exquisite"

Review by: Handeonthego | Source: Trip Advisor
"The place was soooo breath-taking in a peaceful way, we did not want to leave the room for going around. Elegant in design, perfection in details, the service quality is top-nudge, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, thoughtfully designed (we loved the shower outdoors) and simply beautiful... This comes in the heavenly view to the lake, which is isolated from the touristy crowd, and they made an effort to reduce the noise as well by not allowing the very noisy motors of the boats to run at a certain distance... (If anything, wifi strength in the rooms was deviating; but then again, all connections outside of bug cities in Myanmar is tricky; and I was happy to be disconnected for the 2 days, just to enjoy the beauty of the location) Simply gorgeous"

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Relaxing and 100% natural environment"

Review by: Archiettz | Source: Trip Advisor
Resort is located at the river, you can feel the movement of the stream. As it is surrounded by forest, you can enjoy sound of birds/insects/other animals. Service is excellent, staff is nice and helpful. Luz,the resort manager, introduces all facilities in the resort in very clear way. You can ask her any questions about the resort and she will kindly answer you all. There are no air-cons in the whole resort ,Fans are provided in the lodges and there is breeze,so you will feel very comfortable without any hot feelings. Food provided is mainly western style, taste is ok. Atmosphere of the restaurant is nice , guitar songs(recorded) are played in the restaurant area. You can enjoy swimming, fishing and canoeing in the resort. There are several tours provided in the resort e.g. Tatai waterfall, sunset tour etc. I have chosen trekking in Cardamom mountains areas. It will cost you around 8hrs but you can explore in a rain forest. If you are lucky, you can meet some wildlife during the tour. WiFi is not provided by the resort during my stay,so I have bought a 4G data card by myself in airport , it is from metphone(ISP), signal is downgraded to 2G in the resort area , but it is already enough for whatspp, skype and email. Luz said WiFi will be provided by resort very soon.

VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Old School Elegance"

Review by: William_Genereux | Source: tripadvisor.com
"Wow - what a place. Right on the river. To catch a ride to the heart of District 1, there is no shuttle bus. There is a shuttle boat - a speed boat. You ride up the river, past all the barges and little tugboats - past all the major waterfront development as you approach the heat and noise of Ho Chi Minh City. Villa Song is located in an exclusive old part of the city, tucked away on its own - by the water. We had a room overlooking the river. It was amazing to look out and see a container barge floating by so close. The restaurant is world class in my opinion. The chef has some great ideas about ingredients and presentation. The pool is a bit small and cramped but who cares. This is Saigon, baby. The staff were friendly and professional. We had a late checkout - no problem. The experience overall was flawless. Highly recommended. "

Tugu Bali: "Excellent food. Authentic Indonesia Experience. Great Service. Dirty Beaches"

Review by: Mauricio T | Source: Trip Advisor
"Tugu Group has a range of hotels and restaurants in various locations of Indonesia. I am personally a big fan of the owner for his passion for Indonesia arts and culture and you can truly enjoy an amazing experience at any of his properties. The food - both Indonesian and the newly open Japanese - was divine. The daily breakfast is also perfect with a wide range of options freshly made. We also enjoyed an amazing Spa experience -- with the sound of the waves and fresh air. The only problem is the beach -- it is dirty, I repeat very dirty, with trash everywhere. It offers good sunset views though. If you want to experience the best of Indonesia and not looking to spend time at the beach, then You are up to a great experience here. Would return for the great food and Spa, plus lovely service from Jenny, Maria and her team."

Supanniga Eating Room: "So much goodness"

Review by: Daniel W | Source: Trip Advisor
The crab is fabulous, but I can't get enough of the wing bean salad. I know, salad right? But is just so good.

Yandabo Home: "takes your breath away"

Review by: Sumeetbr | Source: Trip Advisor
"when u travel frequently and to many places, u become immune to surprises in hotels..and then something like the yandabo home comes your way..and just blows you away..the product is impeccable..in design, materials and extreme good taste..the location is exceptional..on a bend of a large river..the high roofs..the glass roof light in the shower...and the service and food are great..not to mention the enthusiasm with which the staff takes u around a remarkable remote village of skilled potters..ideal for what is increasingly rare in international travel..a look at the skills of artisans in a genuine surrounding.. Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"
