Tugu Malang: "Always feels welcome"
This historic hotel is a museum as much a hotel. I have been staying here for around 15 years and the service never falters it is perfect. From the moment you enter reception you are treated like an individual. The staff go out of their way to remember your name and always refer to you by name. The dining at the restaurant is fabulous. The whole experience is one that you must feel for yourself. It is unique in Asia. Recommended to anyoneTugu Bali: "Traditional old world Balinese style hotel"
"Drive through traditional villages and rice fields. Only 30 minutes from Seminyak. It is a lovely drive and sometimes people want to see the rice fields without spending a day driving to Ubud. Arrive at Tugu, lovely old world traditional hotel for a nice lunch. A couple of hours of your time well spent. Relaxing, peaceful and educational. "Tugu Lombok: "Amazing"
"Thank you for making our stay exceptional, absolutely stunning. We felt welcome since the moment we stepped intro the hotel, even covered By dust from the Rinjani trek! Food has been excellent, but above all the staf have been the most friendly and helpful I have Ever come across."Villa Song Saigon: "Great Villa Song Sai Gon"
Villa Song SaiGon set up nearby the waterfront was a great and beautiful spot on SaiGon river. This villa has a very nice pool which is long and large enough to go swim and relaxing. My daughter and my wife loved it. We had great time being with the whole family on vacation. My daughter is 8 years old said she loved the pool very much where she was able to learn how to swim. We had a raining swimming day in the pool that we had never had before. What a Nice and great memory we had ! The restaurant facing right on the river which gave a very cooling breezing. Dinner was great. The F&B manager was very nice guy. Breakfast is OK with a la cart food choice. Receptionist were very welcoming ! Bellmen were good who took care our family well. This villa has scheduled shuttle boat on Saigon River where you can view the city at the sunset and nightlight city when in dark.Cuisine Wat Damnak: "6 course vegetarian menu for $26 — reserve way in advance"
What a treat for vegetarians to enjoy a set menu at a fine dining establishment. We reserved way in advance and even then could not get the date we wanted (my birthday). Plan ahead. Food and service were excellent.Tugu Lombok: "Awesome"
Lombok is a fantastic mix of warm people, wondrous scenery and amazing sea life. Stay at the Tugu and you can add fabulous staff and service with a wonderfully quirky resort. A great destination complimented by a resort that exceeds expectations highly recommended for all types of activities.Pindaya Farm House: "Amazing stay at the farmhouse"
Had an unforgettable one night with my family of 5 adults and 2 kids several weeks ago. Amazing serenity surrounded by beautiful mountainview and farm, in which the property host raises various kinds of fresh veggies and herbs. The rooms were equipped with comfortable beds, and the modern style shower was a pleasant surprise! My favorite part of the property...tugu bali: "Can’t keep the secret"
"My wife and daughters spent a few days at the Tugu in 2015 and could not wait to return again, this time with me. They were right to be so positive. The hotel lives up to all expectations with lovely traditional Balinese style rooms with many novel and attractive features. The exclusive hotel garden provides direct access to the beach and uninterrupted views of the sea and the stunning sunsets. A very short walk along the beach leads to some friendly and pleasant beach bars serving a range of food and drinks. A good tip would be to plan a visit soon as the Canggu area is developing quite quickly as more people discover this lovely section of the west coast. Finally, a word about the staff at Tugu. A very special group of people who work very hard to ensure that the guests have a perfect stay. All in all a very high recommendation for those who do not want to stay in large and impersonal hotels in the more well known Bali tourist areas. "David’s Kitchen: "Amazing food – David has created something truly special in Chiang Mai"
"We were lucky enough to get a table at this amazing restaurant and enjoyed a fabulous meal, and a warm welcome from David who is a legend indeed. The venue is beautiful and spacious, and the menu both extensive and mouth watering. We shared appetizers in order to experience a range, and 3 of us fell for the waygu beef cheek. So meltingly delicious that we went above and beyond ""satisfied"" to well and truly filled to the gills :-) David also recommended our wines and his advice was spot on. Thank you David for making our visit so memorable. Big thanks to Bruce and Rhiannon for an incredible treat!"Manda De Laos: "Excellent Lao Food Overlooking Water Lilies"
What a treat to eat a dinner here overlooking the Lily Pond! I got the Luang Prabang pork sausage to start and then the duck with tamarind sauce, both of which are excellent. They had a wide variety of wines and cocktails as well to complement your meal. Definitely worth a stop if you are a foodie in Luang Prabang!
