SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "A Meal to Remember"
We dined here about two weeks ago. A truly fantastic meal and incredibly beautiful outdoor space. It is expensive but well worth the cost. My only complaint would be I hate it when the owner of a restaurant stops by the tables and asks how your meal is. I guess some people might like that, but I'd prefer to be left in peace. Anyhow, this was the best meal I've had since an incredible dinner two years ago in Madrid.Cuca: "Worth the hype. Great lunch – next time dinner"
"We went here after getting a recommendation from someone staying at our hotel in Nusa Dua. We went for lunch and it was. Wet quiet on the midweek day that we went. I think the place would be buzzing for dinner. We sat inside in the Air-conditioning and we were served by great staff who explore menu very well and gave recommendations on how to get the best out of our experience. Drinks and cocktails were awesome and the food was perfect. My 8 year old was well catered for and we had ample food, cocktails and a couple of beers, kids meal which came to about $130. We will definitely go back but for dinner next time."Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Well looked after"
Stayed in April. Our lodge was comfortable, food excellent and the staff and owner very friendly. We were well looked after. Highlights included the resident birdlife and the possibility of seeing the leopard who roams the area. Best of all, was the sunrise casting a pink glow over Fishtail mountain and the others in the Annapurna range. This only happened one of the mornings we were there, nevertheless it was awesome.Locavore: "Simply amazing."
We made a specific trip to Locavore after being recommended by a few friends to make sure to visit. We had the set 7 courses but you get even more than is listed on the menu! Each course had an ingredient we had not heard or tasted before, which made the experience even more special. Each course was mind blowing. Food, staff and service was amazing. Would definitely visit again! Make sure to book in advance!4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Very tranquil visit"
"We had a great time at 4 Rivers Koh Kong. There is no air conditioning or wifi here, but they had enough fans in the room that it really wasn't much of an issue. They did not provide lotion in their toiletries. When I asked if they had any, they let me borrow some of the staffs personal lotion for my skin. The resort is very remote and charming. One of the chairs and the umbrella were broken on our patio, but it didn't hamper our stay. We really enjoyed our tours with Robbie and Wee, many of the guides are local and still learning English, so it was fun to talk with them! Everyone was so friendly! They had a good selection of food options. The food ranged from average, to good, but nothing was exceptional. My only disappointment was that they have so many local fruits, but only offered orange juice from a box for breakfast. I think that if they had a juicer and could offer an option of local fruit juices that would be a nice touch. I'd highly recommend spending 2-3 days here and just enjoying the beautiful sunsets, and swimming in the river and just being ""off the grid"". The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"Maison Polanka: "Sublime. The perfect balance in every respect"
Maison Polonka blew me and my friends away. Very rarely do you walk away from a hotel stay speechless at the friendliness, the serenity, the service, and the ability to go above and beyond. From the gardens to the pool, as well as the stunning rooms, Maison Poloka has nailed it. But beyond that, the service was extraordinary, from the first pick up, through to helping get a flight delayed so we would not miss it (!!). Yes, that happened. Attentive without being smothering; friendly and absolutely genuine. I would normally keep such a place a secret, for fear of it getting swamped and me never being able to stay there again - but when it's this good the world needs to know about it and they deserve every booking they get.Amata Lanna: "Diamond in Chiang Mai"
Lovely Boutique Hotel in great location. Staff is very knowledgable, kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and coffee house next door. Pool is so lovely and refreshing. This hotel is a gem in the heart of Chiang Mai!Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "I loved it"
