Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Just perfect!"
"We stayed for just three nights, if only we had known we would have made it longer. We have stayed in lots if different hotels all over India and I think the staff at neelshewar come top of the pile. We could not pick out anyone as they were all amazing from the manager to the waiting staff to the gardeners. These delightful people made our stay here just perfect. The accommodation was looking over the sea and beach, beautifully clean and comfortable. Tea brought to our room every morning. The food at the beach was amazing with fresh fish with different delicious marinades. The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices and the best fruit so far in India! A complimentary yoga class in the morning, run by a lovely young man, was great. The pool was perfect temperature and fresh drinking water topped up all the time with the usual excellent service. The little shop has lovely pashminas etc with a beautiful young lady assisting who arranged the excellent tailor to make me a lovely linen dress in a day. Overall a most wonderful stay. Just go there! Room Tip: We stayed in Virya which was halfway to everything (7 or 8)"Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Simply the BEST"
"Rarely does one find a jewel like this, where staff and owner are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much. Marcus and his team really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing, rejuvenating. Then comes the view : simply breathtaking. And the cozy rooms in chalets built of local materials, all conscious of the environment and preserving it. And the delicious food : you can have just about anything you feel like, and much of it comes form their own organic garden, simply delicious! Thank you TMPL for a most relaxing holiday, without noise pollution! I will be back for sure."Cuca: "Amazing experience!"
Great meal and a great service! We took the tasting menu and enjoyed every single dish that was served.Villa Song Saigon: "The best hotel in saigon"
"This is probably the best hotel in saigon. The setting on the banks of the saigon river is perfect plus district 2 is set in a peaceful suberb of the city offering a river taxi to the center. Fantastic food and staff made our stay very enjoyable indeed although it is very expensive for Vienam it is well worth it."Supanniga Cruise: "Dinner Cruise"

"Fabulous hotel, loved every minute. After a busy 2 weeks travelling south from Hanoi via Mekong Delta it was a real treat to finish our trip with 2 nights at Villa Song. It was extremely hot in Saigon compared to everywhere else so we used the hotel as a sanctuary to recuperate and enjoy. We got it right! The free shuttle boat into town was great and frequent, so the only trip we made was to the market to finish our gift and souvenir shopping, then spent the rest of the day by the pool. It was lovely also to sit by the river watching the 'traffic', with delicious food and friendly staff. Breakfast was served for most of the morning and was a fantastic way to start the day. The room was great (we had an extra bed put into a twin room) on the top storey - a bit of a climb without a lift but not a huge problem, it's not as though you had to carry your bags or anything! Absolutely top of the list for another trip to Saigon, and maybe next time I will be able to drag myself away from the oasis that is Villa Song and see a little bit of the city!"Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Garden of Eden"
We stayed for 4 nights at Rice and Zen boutique resort. The word boutique doesn't do justice to the tranquil, serene environment that engulfs you as soon as you land there. Michael has created a small paradise away from the city hustle and bustle. It's tucked away in the midst of rice paddies and the majestic mountains. One could stay here forever. Time comes to a standstill. Everything about the place is lovely. Even the meals prepared by Maya, a lovely lady who was always smiling, are simply delicious! One doesn't need to go anywhere. We had the most beautiful time there and we would go there again.Satri House: "Stunning Hotel"
"What a treat ! Such a beautiful ,charming boutique hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights . Everything about this hotel has attention to detail. Our room was so comfortable, could find no fault. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were out for most of the days but we loved going back to our hotel. I would highly recommend to stay here . Treat yourself ."Mathis Retreat: "An absolute gem!"
"Ubud is a very busy place, but once you get through the unassuming entrance on the road, you're in what feels like a very different (and much better) world. We were there for 2 nights in August (sorry for the delay in reviewing!) before going to Gili Meno. Allow for 2 hours travelling time from the airport and Padang Bai; traffic is bad here. The views are just lovely, as are the staff and Manageress, and the food is genuinely outstanding - the chefs are some of the best we have ever encountered, and we've travelled a fair amount. If you wish to have dinner in the hotel, make sure you book a table at breakfast (also very yummy) as it is often booked by people staying elsewhere, such is the popularity. It's not a big place at all though, so don't worry about it being lively. Then there's the Mojitos - oh my god!!! Quite probably the best in the world! The rooms are exceptionally well proportioned and beautifully decorated; the bathroom is VERY luxurious (in an authentic way) too. The beds are supremely comfy, and the air con is good. The hotel operates a shuttle service to Ubud Central, although it is just about walkable within 40 minutes or so; we did this when traffic was at a standstill due to an Independence Day parade. Bugs and critters were not a problem during our stay. Suitable for families with well-behaved children."The Cabochon Hotel: "Outstanding and charming"
Amazingly beautiful colonial style hotel where every single detail has been meticulously thought through. Great staff, beautiful breakfast and the most charming bar with crazy good gin and tonics. Incredible to find such a zen like oasis in the middle of Sukhumvit and all it offers.
