What a beautiful mansion and a fantastic guide. There are 3 tours a day (11am, 2:30pm and 3:30pm), which means the tour is busy (the only way to see the mansion) but also the guide knows exactly what she's talking about and is fantastic! Our guide, Pat, was super informative and also a lot of fun. It was also fantastic to see all the photos of the restoration work which they took great care over. "A really special place in Bangkok. Unlike nearly every other hotel there, this is a low rise, colonial style hotel which is super relaxed. Located perfectly for exploring trendy Sukhimvit, you will have a wealth of great places to drink and eat within 15 min walk (again unlike many hotels which are often quite far away any cafe/bar/restaurants) Hotel itself has a real personality, feels like you've stepped into a time-warp back to 'French-indochine' times but is very nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely hard wood flooring, huge windows. Restaurant is good for dinner, breakfast nothing special but fine. Staff very helpful, but never too pushy. In short, it's a very nice, very quiet place to hide away from the noise, smoke and general madness that is Bangkok."Dewakan: "Hidden gem"
Yes it's not on the beaten track but well worth finding. This chef is a genius at combining flavours in creative ways. Presentation & service were also 1st rate. If you're in KL & looking for amazing cuisine seek this place out.Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Paradise"
"We arrived at our third hotel on the island which was sea dance on the 23rd March, we were met by Tum who made us feel very welcomed, we were taken to our villa which was out of this world with its own pool and fantastic setting. The staff all called us by our first names and were all so fantastic. We eat in the restaurant and the food was delightful, My only words are Paradise, thanks for a fantastic stay and we will be back next year Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"David’s Kitchen: "Wine tasting and apps to match each"
Absolutely fabulous!!!!! All the wines were great and the finger food, yum yum. Lamb lollipops, scallops, shrimp and pork. All terrific. The tasting cost 900 tb per person and well worth it. We're going back and have checked out the menu and have picked a 7 course tasting. We figure without wine it will cost 4,000-4,500 tb. Very expensive but we hope worth it. This is a beautiful, well-maintained, and unique property that really felt like an oasis in the midst of busy Bangkok (but still with easy access to the rest of the city). We stayed in a balcony suite, and it was one of our favorite hotel experiences - we're still talking about the thoughtful design touches throughout the property and how magical the experience felt. "Stayed here with my wife and daughter for two nights. Stayed in two amazing rooms overlooking the river. Really couldn't get any closer to the river without being in it. Magical setting. Had a great welcome by the manager. Soaked in the hot spring filled hot tubs. These were perfect during this cooler time of year. Had great food...nice multi course asianfusion style dinner with great bottle of Pinot noir. Breakfast was good but suggest adding some crepes or pancakes as an option. Did a village and bush walk despite the rain and had a great time. Service here is excellent! Highly recommended!"Labyrinth: "A great introduction to Singaporean flavors"

Außerdem das view ist voll natürlich,man kann vier Seiten von Saigon umschauen und Sonnen genießen. Werde mich nochmal kommen,ich bin der Koch auch. Villa Song really is an impressive hotel, set in pristine grounds on the banks of the Saigon River in District 2. My family and I had the most divine stay, which coincided with both of my parents' birthdays. In addition to the accommodating staff who were considerate of my family's needs, my parents were treated like royalty and were each presented with a beautiful bunch of flowers and a cake at breakfast. The rooms were fabulous and plush, the free mini bar was a really nice touch. We took the extremely convenient shuttle speed boat to the centre of town along the Saigon River and we also enjoyed an afternoon relaxing by the pool in luxury. Highly recommended place to stay, thank you so much to Ms. Thuy and all the staff for helping to make our stay so memorable.
