Inle Princess Resort: "As before, just excellent"
"My most recent stay at Inle Princess Resort was, like all my previous ones, wonderful. I find everything at the resort just excellent, the chalets, restaurant, spa, bar, gift shop and again, above all, the people. Several staff members speak some basic German and Spanish and I encourage guests to give them a chance to practice their language skills. The resort is beautiful (a swimming pool was almost completed when I was there), but I find it a very good experience to take a bicycle and to explore the countryside, nearby villages, markets, or the winery, just ask at the front desk. The food, whether Burmese (e.g., curries, Mohinga, home made ice cream) or Western (e.g., BBQ Chicken on Steamed Pumpkin), was always delicious. My secret, I simply followed the recommendations of the chef (Nwe Oo) or of one of her assistants (Mo Kham). Very impressive is the social responsibility of the resort owner family, supporting the local population in many ways (e.g., health, orphanages, schools, education and more)."David’s Kitchen: "Top cuisine"
Absolutely fabulous delicious dinner, we noted the great attention to every little detail. A real fusion of Thai and European food, excellent service, great location.Mie Cafe: "Fancy, delicious and still good value for money"
"I had the gourmet menu and was very satisfied with my choice. It was fun to try oxtail and the first starter with shrimp and avocado was amazing. The chocolate fondant for desert was perfect. Would recommend this place to anyone. Even if you're on a tight budget, it's worth a visit and 24 dollars well spent. Staff was very friendly and attentive too. Food was served quickly. We took a tuktuk here from the night market for USD3 and decided to walk back (halv an hour)."Inle Princess Resort: "Fantastic experience on the lake!"
Unlike other hotels on the lake, as your motor boat nears the resort, the motor is stopped and a local rows the boat in using his right thigh! That was definitely a unique experience for us but it also contributed to our resort being quiet and restful. We were greeted warmly and escorted to our private chalet, which had a beautiful living area, a veranda overlooking the lake, a large bathroom with bath tub and an outdoor shower. We definitely felt pampered during our one night at this wonderful resort. The dinner and our buffet breakfast the next morning did not disappoint. Truly a great experience for usThe Governor’s House: "Boutique hideaway in the city"
I stayed only 2 nights at the hotel but Yin Yin and her team really looked after me and it felt like I was a guest in their house. The hotel is beautiful with its antiques but manages to integrate modern amenities. Breakfast and lunch were delicious, with big portions I thought. Although the property in on a boulevard it is secluded enough not to be noisy. It's in walking distance to downtown and its main attractions, so it was the perfect fit for me.David’s Kitchen: "Great food prepared with love"
We ate at David's kitchen twice in a week. Discovering David's Kitchen was a wonderful treat! Lovely food and great service! Thank you David to you and your staff for a great culinary experience .Sea Dance Resort: "Best Stay Ever"

It's always a pleasure to be back.Friendly & helpfull team, great & peacefull surrunding.U can even go out and check on the Fisherman village or stay and listen some life jazz music in the resort. It's my paradise 'bubble'.Only 1regret,I never stay long enough...Goldhen Budha: "Our happy place"
"We have spent 6 days at Golden Buddha in December 2015 and it has been one of the best Holiday experiences so far. The location is fantastic, the staff and the management are very friendly and the whole atmosphere is very familiar and relaxed. Food, drinks and services (e.g. Thai Massage) are great and our Baan was also stunning. Hopefully we can come back one day."Mrauk U Princess Resort: "Fabulous Food in a Fabulous Setting"
We were not staying here but came to look at the resort and eat a late lunch after four hours of visiting ruins on bicycles. We were hot and sweaty so definitely appreciated the cool, open restaurant. Delicious drinks. Delicious homemade bread, along with chilled cucumber soup, chicken sate, banana leaf shrimp salad, potato curry, and ice cream for dessert. Excellent service provided by Kyaw Soe Paing and the staff he was training. An expensive treat to ourselves but well worth it!Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
