My wife and I were able to dine here for my birthday. We enjoyed excellent personalized service during our entire visit. The staff used our names several times during service and the food was excellent. Some of the highlights were the pumpkin soup, rack of lamb, and chocolate souffle. David personally stopped by our table multiple times during the meal to check in with us and chat a bit. With a full restaurant we could tell that David really cared about the people in his restaurant and created a sense of eating at a friends house...if your friend has amazing food!Villa Mathis: "Excellent time at Villa Mathis"
My wife and i stayed at La Villa Mathis in Bali and this was one of the best experiences we ever had, not only due to the beauty of the place (it was paradise on earth) but the way the stuff did everything they could in their power to makes us feel home. The prime examples was the great help they provided me to plan for my wife's birthday and they even allowed us to stay longer after the check out time so that we do not stress for our late flight with access non-only to our room but also all the facilities they had on site until before our flight. The highlight of the place were the amenities (different luxuries pools and salons where you can hang out as well as Jacuzzi and massage rooms) but the service with a smile was above and beyond what we ever experienced in any other luxury hotels/villas. A big thanks to the lady at the front who helped us plan every single day of our stay and to the excellent management provided by Frank with the help of his staff.We will definitely come back soon.Villa Song Saigon: "Outstanding"

"This was the second time at CFTM. The last was 15 years ago, and it was a much smaller operation (I don't believe the backyard and pool were in operation back then and it had fewer staff), but it has lost none of its charm. The house itself is absolutely magical, a perfectly restored and preserved piece of Penang history, and it's an amazing privilege to be able to stay there. The staff are wonderful, and little touches like personal notes and gifts of sweets make the stay even more charming. "We stayed here for a week with my family and friends. We were picked up from the airport and was greeted warmly with a big smile. Our first day was filled with good food, relaxing times and good memories. Especially when my kids played with the rabbit at the garden. The chef was great! She cooks very tasty khmer food. The home made cocktails are also good to try. My wife loved the charmjng garden they got and there's green everywhere. We also had a great time with the tuk yuk driver and the tour guide. Thdy were very helpful and very keen on explaining the history of the place"
