Tugu Lombok: "Amazing holiday at Tugu!"
My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time at the Tugu Hotel in Lombok, it is definitely the most relaxing, rejuvenating place either of us had ever been. The setting on the beach was beautiful both day and night, the accommodation was light, airy and beautifully clean and the service was fantastic. We found the staff always smiling, friendly and helpful and we even got a free upgrade while we were there simply because they had a better room available. The food was delicious, always fresh and a good mix of traditional and western food was available. We will absolutely be heading back to Tugu at some point (hopefully soon!), it really is an amazing place! Thank you to all the staff there who made our stay so wonderful.Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "An excellent experience, faultless"
"This was a fantastic experience, both in the camp itself and in the National Park, with excellent, knowledgeable guides. If you are a keen photographer, ample facilities are provided including bean bags for game drives and guides have a good appreciation of vehicle positioning vs the sun and game. First and foremost, the main reason that I imagine most people have arrived at this page is that they are looking for a good safari guide in Yala. You will not be disappointed. We saw a LOT of game. 5 leopards in total, a sloth bear, 2 tusked elephants (very rare in Sri Lanka) and countless other species. The guides were very enthusiastic and clearly love their work. The commentary on the typical behavior different animals we saw was informative and at times even entertaining, these are really nice people. The experience in the camp was also fantastic - the food was the best that we had on our trip to Sri Lanka, the tent that we stayed in, ""Leopard"", felt very private and to reiterate other reviewers' comments, the outdoor shower under the stars was a memorable experience. Other guests were similarly enthusiastic about wildlife which led to a calm and suitably quiet environment when we were close to game."Maison Polanka: "Our second home"
We just loved how they treat their guests like their own family. We stayed here for 4 days and loved it. Our room is so clean and the best part is that the food being served to us when we go back to the hotel after a long tiring day at the temple is tasty! Over all the place itself is magical. We loved the pool an the garden with a lot of flowers blooming.Mie Cafe: "Great Authentic Cambodian Food"
We recently ate here and had some very well prepared authentic khmer cusine for an extremely reasonable price. The fish amok and chicken amok were wonderfully prepared as was the pork mixed with eggplant and not overly spicy beef curry. Nice atmosphere and good service.4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Prestine and Serene"
One may never fully appreciate the beauty and calm splendor of nature until you have been to one. And 4 rivers floating resort definitely is one such place nestled in nature. Staff and tour guides are friendly and always attentive. Food offerings are a mix of local and international delicacies, almost surely to please even the most discriminate of palates. Overall experience is unique and serenely magical! Can't wait to be back.Samanea Beach Resort: "Good ratio Quality/Price"
I have liked the Quietness, the outside landscape of the hotel, the kindness of the Khmer staff. Cleanliness of room should be improved. Beach is not really bathing beach as sea water at the beach seems not to be appropriate for bathingSlow Villas and Spa: "Just perfect!"
"On our 3 weeks roundtrip through Bali and Lombok my girlfriend and me have stayed 3 nights at Slow Private Pool Villas and it was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. To shorten the story: The Slow was even better than expected! Our private villa was surrounded by a huge and nicely planted garden. The pool was just awesome - perfectly clean and bigger than expected. Furniture, tapware and decoration were beautiful and definitely chosen with a huge amount of passion for the details. The staff was always friendly and helpful - no matter if we wanted to go diving, book a snorkeling trip or had some other questions: there's nothing they can't help you with in order to have the perfect time at Gili Air. The breakfast is definitely another highlight. It's getting served at your Villa at your preferred time and tastes delicious! We can't wait to come back next year! But then for longer than 3 nights. :)"Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Honeymoon Highlight"
"We booked the luxury tent as part of our honeymoon. From pick up to drop off everything was 5 star! We had the most fantastic time and staff went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. The room itself was magnificent and we adored being able to shower under the stars. Everything about the room has been carefully thought out and lovingly handmade. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt safe and secure in the tent. It felt like a tent from 'Harry Potter' as from the outside you would not expect them to be able to fit in so much luxury. The food! Every day we were greeted with a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. We even had private dining under the stars and a cookery lesson. I think my favourite had to be string hoppers and the coconut pancakes. Let's not forget the Safari. We managed to see a total of 5 leopards! (a mating couple, a very large male eating a monkey and a mother and cub on our last day!). Praneeth was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. A big thank you to everyone for making it so special, we will remember it so fondly and really hope to come back very soon! Emma and Matty"Supanniga Eating Room: "Nice atmosphere with great service"
Nice food! And drinks! With a great service staff from the restaurant, and a very conducive environment for gatherings, a must go place for a catch-up for friends and families.Villa Song: "A fabulous escape from the city"
We moved to Saigon about three months ago and like to treat ourselves to a weekend in a hotel now and again. Staying in Villa Song felt like a real holiday and an escape from the city. We loved the peace and relaxation. The customer service and staff were excellent. The room was beautiful and we loved the pool area. Both mornings we were threre it was very quiet, despite the hotel being at full capacity. We ate at the restaurant the first night and enjoyed the food very much and the breakfast was great. The free boat back to the city was fun and a fantastic way to see the city from a different viewpoint, although I was loathed to get off the boat and head home! We will definitely return for another weekend getaway soon.
