"his was our second stay in 2015 at the Samanea Beach Resort. And once again we were not dissapointed. This stay was for six days in December 2015, and what a time we had!! The Samanea is by far the best choice in Kep, also compared to the fancy more downtown place. Here at Samanea Beach you get our own individual house in a lush tropical garden. Our house was again VERY comfortable. Huge king bed, sofa arrangement, dresser, wardrobe and in general very spacious living. All amenities from a 4-5 star hotel. The bath room is almost the best part. It's situated en suite but outdoors in your own totally private yard. Very nice, romantic and comfortable. Restaurant, pool area, private beach, private pier - hey just look at the pictures. It's just a WONDERFUL place. The staff is great. Especially the guys working in the restaurant are just fantastic! Great location, relaxed environment in a quiet seaside town. Crab market and seafront by short tuk tuk ride away. Resort restaurant had very nice food especially the cinamon toast at breakfast. Pool was nice and lovely waterfront views from jetty.Tandjung Sari: "Wonderful old style Bali hotel"
We loved our week at the Tandjung Sari - barefoot luxury - that we didn't leave the hotel all week - except for a quick shop up the road at Biasa. And we're going back. If it is total relaxation you are after then this hotel is perfect. The massage facilities are superb and very reasonably priced, breakfast on the beach or dinner watching the magnificent sunsets all add to the enjoyment. With ample space in the pleasant grounds for all guests to either be alone or in the company of fellow guests, this hotel offers a totally relaxing experience. All villas are superbly equipped, we were positioned very close to the swimming pool which for us was perfect.Villa Song: "A perfect retreat after the trip"
Our two nights at Villa Song provided a relaxing start to our ambitious trip. The hotel is stylish, airy, comfortable and as lovely as it looks in the photos. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the banks of the river -- delicious, hearty Asian or Western options accompanied by an entertaining view of the boat traffic passing by. The hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating and kind (we had a member of our small group with a foot injury and they switched her to a larger room on the first floor at no extra charge). The showers are outstanding, the amenities top notch and they're generous with the bottled water (and the free minibar). Right in Bangkok but you feel as though you are miles away. The hotel is cute, peaceful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful Our room was spectacular and clean. The food quality and selection was very good.Villa Song Saigon: "Great stay"
We had a very pleasurable stay at the Villa Song. The hotel is beautiful and clean, located in the quieter district 2, by the Saigon river. Staff is more than helpful (restaurant booking and recommendation, helped us a lot on various occasion, if possible they will let you have early check-in and late check-out, etc). Breakfast in the garden by the river is delicious, great choice of dishes. Last but not least, the boat shuttle to downtown Saigon is an amazing experience, gives you kind of a James Bond feeling cruising on the river. Highly recommended stay!
