Tugu Malang: "Warm friendly and so much Character"

Review by: Carole D | Source: Trip Advisor
"From the moment we arrived ,we were greeted with the most warmest of smiles. It didn't take long before the staff greeted us by our Christian names. Our room was beautiful and on the bed a welcome post card, a nice touch. Everything about this hotel is amazing, the service the cleanliness, the amenities , and the spa was divine. We took an organised tour through the hotel as it is very much like a museum. So much art and wood carvings, the walk down ""The Love Avenue"" towards the Sahara room was simply beautiful. The food in the Resturant, you just cannot fault, 5 star all the way. Afternoon tea is provided each afternoon with some traditional Javanese sweets. We had booked for 2 nights only but extended another night , just really couldn't leave. If I could give this place 6 star, I would. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay in Malang very enjoyable. "

Maduzi Hotel: "Actually 6 Stars"

Review by: StephaneHug | Source: Trip Advisor
"I feel that normally tripadvisor contributors are too generous with giving away 5 stars. This hotel however, deserves even 6 stars! Good price, very nice and spacious rooms, fantastic kitchen by Japanese chef. Delicious breakfast with many choices you don't see anywhere else. Very nice and attentive staff. Flexible check in / check out times. Free wifi Free minibar and free coffee/tea room service. You rarely see a hotel like this!"

Reverie Siam: "Nostalgia at its best"

Review by: bchaug | Source: tripadvisor.com
This place is so dreamy, everything about the resort screams perfection. Magnificent staff treat you like family! Upon arrival we were greeted with ornaments to hang on their Christmas tree. The staff took care of us when we got sick, delivering medicine to bedside as well as cold water & other herbal remedies. Honestly.. If you stay here the only problem is you may never want to leave! Brilliant!!!!!!

Sanak Retreat Bali: "Beautiful Retreat in the Rice Fields"

Review by: Martine M | Source: Trip Advisor
"Beautiful hotel, villas, common rooms an gardens are extremely tastefully decorated. Nice pool, fantastic spa, very good food (best breakfast on Bali so far). We can recommend a trip to the base camp from the hotel with the possibility to drive with buggies further into the mountains. The view from the basecamp (eg sunset) is fabulous"

Cuca: "Wow, wow and wow"

Review by: metters1 | Source: Trip Advisor
This is an amazing restaurant. The location, the atmosphere, the simple yet classy architecture and the wonderful knowledgeable staff. The food is to die for and Chef Kevin Churkas has assembled a classy team in the kitchen to deliver outstanding food. This restaurant will stay in the memory bank for a very long time.

Manda De Laos: "Romantic dinner by the pond"

Review by: BeenThereAlready_12 | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed at Maison Dalabua (same property) and were lucky to get reservations the first night of our stay. Great food (Laotian with a French touch). Good cocktails and all at very moderate prices - maybe not for local standads (one can eat cheaper in town) but considering the quality of food very reasonably priced.

David’s Kitchen: "Delicious!"

Review by: Julie E | Source: Trip Advisor
I joined friends to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed impeccable service and delicious courses from start to finish. From the lovely dining room to the finishing touches on how each dish was presented made for a perfect evening. Favorites included the gazpacho, Tasmanian salmon, Wagu beef cheeks, and duck. We finished with Sticky Toffee Pudding. Yummy!

Tandjung Sari: "12 Days at Tandjung"

Review by: David V | Source: tripadvisor.com
Our stay was very close to perfect- we selected a garden villa as our home base for the family holiday. The staff at Tandjung were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Starting each day with a shower (in the private outside villa courtyard) then having breakfast on the beachfront was a daily highlight for me. The villa and the grounds and the facilities around the resort were immaculate and the security staff at both ends of the property added to a sense of exclusivity. And lastly, Tandjung is great value; a similar quality room at a Seminyak resort cost my cousin more than double the rate. We will come back to Tandjung Sari for sure.
