Satri House: "High-end colonial feeling!"
Colonial feeling like in a private Villa. The lovingly furnished interior, the pool, the complete architecture is marvellous, just like the home made-jam,, the Croissants and the Baguette at breakfast.Reverie Siam Pai: "Impeccable service with Kind thoughts from Management"
"The location is situated with quiet surrounding beside the river with a brilliant idea to have a pouch with lots of cushions to rest and wild away your time. The rooms are very clean and concept is cleverly designed with lots of space. Bed is high up and very comfortable get to the town, there are shuttle buggies service so convenient for guests. Breakfast is very good except its should have more varieties like local food instead of western menu.Staffs have provided impeccable service and knows what you want most of the time and always ready to provide a service. But the most most impressive and remarkable intiative that the hotel have provided is their kind thoughts and consideration for the the guests. I have a very unfortunate bike accident coming up to Pai with my wife and this is the first time I do this and unfamiliar with the poor condition of the dangerous and 762 curves. The first thing I checked in at this hotel, the staff at reception asked me whether i need to go to the hospital and will provide transport anytime to my convenienences. My wife and me were so miserable as our holidays was ruined by my stupidity act of this accident and left us unable to ride and go to place of interests. Our low morals is lightened up when the hotel reception staff told us that the Management is willing to provide us a one day tour of places of interest that we wish to go. Such kind thoughts from the management have sincerely touch of heart and we are so lucky in this way that we have no regrets chose to stay in this hotel. My Wife and I wishes the Management and all staff good health and prosperity."tugu lombok: "WOW"
"From the moment we stepped out of the cab my mouth dropped! Tradition, yes and then some! Massive, manicured grounds, Infinity Pools everywhere, your eyes feast from one marvel to another! The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating, they all knew my grandchildren's name in one day! If you wanted to have privacy the grounds are so massive you could have a secluded vacation here! Totally restful and awesome time here. "Reverie Siam: "What a wonderful place!"

We will deffinitely come back with our friends to celebrate my birthday! Martin & AnnThe Island Lodge: "Total relaxation"
"Stayed here near the beginning of our Vietnam holiday, having spent the first 2 nights in HCMC, and it was a perfect place to relax and acclimatise to the new time zone. All the staff were really attentive and welcoming, and there was a very relaxed vibe about the place. It was a nice touch for the owners to welcome us personally on our arrival. On our departure, they also thanked us for staying and gave us a little gift of some chocolates, which was much appreciated. We loved the food - the menu was varied and interesting and also reasonably priced. It was also enjoyable to sit in the restaurant and look out over the continuous activity of the river. As we were there for 2 nights, we were able to do several of the activities on offer, including the bike ride along the fish farm trail. We absolutely loved this, and a special thank you must go to our guide, Khai, who proved a lot of fun and was able to tell us lots about the area. We also enjoyed the pool and the gardens. We shall certainly be back here, as we're already planning our next holiday to Vietnam, and this would make a good stop either at the beginning of the holiday or at the end, particularly as they offer transfers to and from the airport."The River Resort: "Asian paradise"
"Exquisitely decorated with comfy beds, spacious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower Full range of toiletries ,floor to ceiling windows over Mekong Two large pools with excellent restaurant all with great views Eco concious"Jing’s Residence: "Jing’s is an Amazing Experience!"
"Our family of four (kids ages 13 and 11) stayed 2 nights in 2 Courtyard Suites in June. The suites were directly across from each other in the first courtyard off of the hotel lobby. We wanted one room with 2 beds, but all the rooms have only one bed, which worked just fine because the beds are massive. The quality of the rooms and amenities is luxurious. Everything was spotless and tastefully done in a traditional Chinese courtyard style. The common areas of the hotel are fantastic. The hotel is expensive for Pingyao standards, but is a great value when considering the additional service and in-room amenities. The location is directly in the center of old town, but just off of the busiest pedestrian street. It is an easy walk to any restaurant or attraction in the old town. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was very peaceful and quiet. Everyone slept great. The AC worked extremely well. Everything in the bathroom worked well, but was a little tight on space. There is limited light over the bathroom sink. The wifi worked well from our rooms. The service at the hotel is very high quality and everyone is extremely friendly. The breakfast is high quality, and made to order, but somewhat limited. Both western and eastern options are available. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea both days, which was simple, but well done. We had an amazing experience at this hotel and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a unique traditional courtyard style hotel with fantastic service and all the modern amenities. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Pingyao."Maison Polanka: "Maison Polanka"
This is a superior, magical place secluded from the hubbub yet only a few steps away from the main streets and central parts of the city. It's owners and staff are intelligent, graceful and always helpful to give you with the most courteous service. Their attitude is to provide you with memorable visit.Food, accommodations, and grounds are of the most pleasant and tasteful possible. Worth every bit of a visit and repeated stays.Of lovely place to experience and remember. The Cabochon Hotel: "Quite an experience – highly reccomendable"
"We found this unique hotel to be in a good part of Bangkok. Close to the Skytrain that connects you to most of the city and to/from the Airport. Very helpfull staff and overall great service level. As this is a boutique hotel with very few rooms, you really feel you get special attention. Nice rooms, with beautiful decor and a nice bathroom. Our room also featured a pleasant balcony (free minibar and fresh fruit daily by the way! Good breakfast as well) We especially liked the roof top terrasse with the large swimmingpool and stunning views of the city. A+ experience and highly reccomendable for those seeking a luxury feeling at very resonable rates."Manda De Laos: "Great experience, great celebration and great food"
"Went there yesterday evening for my wife secret birthday so emailed the restaurant few weeks ago as we knew we would be in Luang Prabang that specific day. The restaurant manager replied really promptly confirming dates hours etc. The restaurant looks stunning and give you a first great impression. Our good surprise was to find out that the restaurant manager gave us the special table in the middle of the pond so you get your privacy. I didn't know even myself so was really impressed and happy. Makes it quite romantic and perfect for the occasion. Food also was great, we had lao pork meatballs to start to share, for main we had the ribs and duck, was delicious. For desert we were full so shared a lovely coconut creme brulee. Then came another surprise after our desert with staff bringing another desert with candle and singing happy birthday. Such a nice and sweet attention mainly when I did not ask for anything but manager had the note from my reservation it was special occasion. We truly enjoyed our dinner and can only recommend it. Not a criticism as it did not affect our happiness but small constructive information, the cocktail menu has lots of vodka based drinks (all expect one based on whisky). Unfortunately that's the only alcohol my wife does not drink so would be nice to have other cocktail options. The other thing more informative for people who have never been, the food is quite refine and we would usually not go when travelling in South East Asia. It was mainly because it was special occasion for us so if you are like us you might not enjoy it but again all was amazing. It is definitely more expensive than average Lao prices but not overpriced for the service and food we had. Just thought I would mention this as I saw some bad reviews on this place which I think is more due to choosing not suitable place than the restaurant itself not being great. Hope that make sense. Basically just enjoy this amazing restaurant."
