The Island Lodge: "Fabulous"
Stayed for 3 nights. Beautiful relaxing place to stay. Service excellent and very attentive. Would highly recommend. Good value. More 5 star than three. Arranged transfers direct with them. All worked very well.Supanniga Eating Room: "Awesome food and service!"
"We went back to Supanigga (Sathorn area of Bangkok) on our return to Bangkok, as it was our favourite restaurant of a two-week holiday. The food is fantastic, the restaurant has a good atmosphere and the service is quick and friendly. Staff also speak good English. The staff even flagged a taxi for us outside the restaurant to Chatuchak market. For people who want tasty, reliable and authentic Thai food at affordable prices, Supanigga takes some beating. Please note there are three Supaniggas in Bangkok and they are well spread out so don’t forget to book the closest one."Tugu Malang: "I didn’t stay here but had 1 lunch, 1 dinner, and the hotel tour with Ibu Poppy"
"If there's one regret I had in my Malang trip is NOT booking this hotel. It is Super amazing. You see, I've travelled in Indonesia extensively for work and play and one of my woes is the lack of seamless service beyond Bali. Well, Hotel Tugu Malang meets superb global standards and more. The minute I stepped in (flabbergasted from the icky Rumah Makn Inggil) I was warmly welcomed by Ibu Poppy. Even if I wasn't staying she warmly invited me in to the lunch area. I took photos around the beautiful hotel and she volunteered to give me a tour of the hotel and tea after! Everyone speaks impeccable English. Food arrives fast. Yes this is a big deal in Indonesia!!!! If you have been here Long enough you'll understand my delight. Thank you so much for everyone's warm hospitality, the reasonably priced yummy meals, the free tour and tea. Malang is not easy to get to from where I live, but if I go back to Malang - it's Tugu Malang or nothing!"Reverie Siam Pai: "Luxury stay at Pai"
"This property is really astonishing. Very beautiful and fully equipped room, luxury restaurant and 2 nice pools. A shuttle (some sort of Rolls Royce golf caddy) from the hotel picks you up and drops you off again at the bus station. The shuttle drives you to town every 30 mins. Reception ladies really helpful and friendly. Only thing that was a bit less: the cocktails were rather expensive and more ice then Cocktail. The hotel has some home infused gins, so we had to try that one out. But after one, we called it a day. Too much Baht for that amount of drink. I guess its a bit a normal standard in this kind of luxury hotels. But that is really the only downside I can think of."TIGER MOUNTAIN POKHARA LODGE: "The Top notch Jewel of POKHARA"
"This hotel is super impressive situated on a Hillside of Royal Mountain amazing views of the Mountains Hills listening the Birds music the beautiful individual villas are just stunning as good as the View the service provided was unbeatable to any where else that I were experienced in Nepal food was well presented & tasted the Best ever lovely courtyard to sit on & listen Marcus's stories & contributions for the tourism industries of Nepal is really appreciable & this lodge deserve to be the Top notch High end resort apart from just a Hotel to visit it is very homely & so authentic this property is beyond any stars if you would consider what star this could be look at the Stars on the skies at Night & Count yes indeed a full star Hotel Hands Up to Tiger mountain lodge for Keeping its glory truly a place to visit once in a life time would love to return any time soon THANK YOU ISWOR BASNET manger & all the team really appreciated "Dewakan: "Amazing fine dining experience"
We had the 17-course menu and loved every course. The dishes were beautifully made up and each had delicate flavours. It was great to experience a combination of real western fine dining (finally, a restaurant that gets it) combined with Asian flavours and ingredients. Service was great. So was the wine. The staff can give you good wine pairing advice. Don't hesitate, just go here - it's worth every cent! And yes it's a bit far out, but it is definitely worth the traveltime as well!Muang La Lodge: "formidable"
Great room overlooking the river. Magnificent bathroom. Raphael and Mathilde are enough for their guests. high-end kitchen, we feasted. The activities are very interesting, beautiful walks in the forest, great track for minority ethnic groups and the descent of the river Nam Ouh is superb. Dream stay at this property which employs people from surrounding villages.Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Paradise"
I spent few days in Golden Buddha in December 2014 and I plan to come back there soon. Here I discovered yoga and I was very motivated by excellent yoga teacher - Alex. Until today I practice yoga at home and at work. Golden Buddha is perfect place to relax. The staff is very friendly and surrounding nature is just amazing.Satri House: "Great Hotel"
Satri House in Luang Prabang is a terrific hotel. Colonial architecture and Indochinese furnishings are lovely, and the placement of Buddhist and Hindu statuary throughout the grounds provides serenity. The rooms are spacious, pool is a lovely area, and the restaurant is especially good. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Top notch!Reverie Siam: "Perfect Getaway"
Chose this hotel based on tripadvisor and was very pleased. It is truly a quiet, restful, peaceful place next to the Pai River and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Pai. The villa room was spacious and very quiet, with a huge bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The restaurant is the best in town--regardless of what you may see on tripadvisor! We ate all our evening meals but one on a 4-night stay and were happy with all of them. The made-to-order breakfasts were more than we could eat and very tasty. The only problem we had was with the internet on the last day which seemed to block most of the websites we use, including Fox News!Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
