Supanniga Cruise: "One of the highlights of our trip"
This cruise exceeded our expectations. Its not the cheapest cruise on the river but the reward for paying a bit extra is a great service & six delicious courses of food that is personally delivered to your table with an accompanying description of the meal on offer. We loved the traditional with a modern twist, classy but funky vibe of the cruise all set against the stunning backdrop of the Chao Praya river at night. This was one of the highlights of our trip & will do it again next time in Bangkok.David’s Kitchen: "A delicious dinner"
My wife and I visited David's Kitchen last night for the first time since we moved to Chiang Mai a few months ago. Our only regret is that we didn't visit earlier! Everything about the evening was excellent - the quality of the food, the wines available by the glass, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and our chat with the proprietor David (who then followed up with an email of thanks this morning). We look forward to returning to experience the re-modelled dining room.Rachamankha: "Lovely – definitely unexpected in the city; quiet and peaceful"
Beautiful Thai decor and ambience. It was very hot when we were there but the rooms were beautiful and cool. Drinking water was abundant and we did not have to purchase water whilst we were there. The design of the hotel is a great concept and interesting to read about in the books scattered in the common area - beautiful design; we would have used this area more had it been cooler. The library was amazing - my husband wants one like it! The pool is lovely, though warm later in the day as it is not sheltered - so we went for early morning swims. Close enough to walk to night markets - about 10 minutes.Rakkojae Seoul: "Hidden Gem"
"This was truly a hidden gem! Beautiful Hanok with modern amenities in a tucked away quiet neighbourhood yet very close ( 8 minute walk) to subway, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The grounds are truly magnificent! we really felt like we were back in time... so serene. We chose the traditional Korean breakfast and are so glad we did..delicious! Thank You Mr. Kim! you were truly a gracious host! We will definitely come back and have already recommended Rakkojae to our friends and family!"Tugu Malang: "Un hôtel musée"
"Le propriétaire présente sa collection d'objets d'art asiatique. Les objets sont disséminés dans l'hôtel. C'est magnifique. Le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse. Au petits soins. Ne pas manquer le thé en fin d'après-midi accompagné d'une quantité de desserts merveilleux. Pour ceux qui arrivent en train, à 5 mn à pied de la gare."Rachamankha: "Location, location, location"
Best place to stay in Chiangmai as its central to everywhere. The hotel is a 5-star oasis to escape from the city yet it is located in the city. The staff are friendly and professional making our stay extremely seamless. The room is exquisite with old Thai charm yet furnished with modern day necessities. We definitely would come back here next time!Inle Princess Resort: "Magically peaceful"
We've been lucky enough to stay in some great hotels over the years, but this is probably the most magical location we've stayed in. We had stayed the previous night in a monastery as we were trekking in the Shan hills. Also magical, but very basic. To then arrive at the Princess Resort by boat - and travel everywhere by boat over the next day or so - was wonderful. We had a villa with an amazing sunset view out over the lake - a a great way to relax at the end of long days exploring the area. Highly recommended!Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Nice heritage to stay"
Its a heritage museum that we stayed over a night.the breakfast tasted good. The building have another mood at night but no creepy at all.this place nearby a lot of night market, try all the local food and all the staff very friendly and nice.we love to come back one day to stayTugu Bali: "Hotel Tugu- gem"
The Hotel Tugu was the best surprise of our two week trip to Bali. From the second we walked into the lobby we were greeted by the most friendly, helpful and beautiful staff. We had just left the Ritz Carlton and already this place was running circles around the staff from the Ritz. It was one beautiful surprise after another. From the room, to the services to the good, proximity to the beach to the furnishings. Hotel Tugu is a gem and not to be missed. The hotel manager is lovely, helpful and has the staff well trained and lovely. Don't miss the Japanese restaurant with a view of the ocean. Cheers to hotel Tugu for making our trip. If you have an appreciation. For aesthetically pleasing things you cannot miss my this. The owner has the biggest collection of Balinese art and artefacts throughout Indonesia.Nam Bo Boutique Hotel: "Superb hitel"
Stayed here for 2 nights in a corner suite. These are the best as they have brilliant views with 3 sets of doors onto balconies. Absolutely fantastic hotel and very helpful staff. Our breakfast was served in the restaurant on the top floor, where we could sit outside. The quality of the food was excellent. Although it was extremely hot the staff found fans to cool us down. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly return.
