Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Silent and luxurious"
"Amazing property.. Lush green and by the beach, endless pool, good spa, luxurious cottages, extra large size rooms, well equipped baths, hammocks beside each cottage, good food and super courteous staff.. Neeleshwar hermitage was as good as it looks in the images.. Since restaurant is only for guests and not open to the public, There are limited food options, but you can pre order what ever you like, and they will prepare it for u.. Food is a Lil expensive, so you can take a package inclusive of all 3 meals! Just 8 kms from the railway station, A cab will charge you rs. 1000 for drop from the station to the resort (which is expensive, but cheaper compared to the rs. 1800 this resort charges) We stayed here overnight.. And thoroughly enjoyed the stay.. Show less"Arumdalu: "Great experience"
The best resort on the island, the beach at the back of the resort is totally private, feels like i owned the beach by myself, food at the resort is great, just abit pricey for belitung island... But so far this is the best experience …Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Free & Ease to Penang"
My friend & I had enjoyed to stay at The Blue Mansion. Staff are helpful & friendly, hotel room is big and comfortable and you can place order for your breakfast. For Dinner, you can walk to Red Garden Food Centre next door, there are wide ranges of food for your selections.Reverie Siam Pai: "Wonderful resort in an ideal location for motorcycling"
"My wife and I were on a 7 days motorcycle tour around Northern Thailand. When we got to Reverie Siam we liked it so much that we decided to stay 4 nights instead of two. The nearby roads and scenery offered some amazing day trips on the motorcycle and our afternoons and evening in Pai and especially at Reverie Siam were the perfect complement to busy (and hot) riding days. The staff were wonderful and we loved the pools (2), bars (2) and restaurant. Felt like we were back in the roaring 20’s. Drinks by the (cool) pool was a welcome afternoon treat. Not sure how our stay could have been nicer. We loved it."Tugu Malang: "A unique museum hotel"
I was staying here after a long motor ride from Surabaya and spoiled myself with all the beautiful interior furniture that has been chosen carefully. Some vintage and antique wall wood working and painting make this hotel looks like a museum with all the art being put there. Every room and chamber has its own design. Mixture between Javanese, Balinese wood furniture and old colonial building. A unique bathroom with vintage stainless bath tub and sink, also nice packaging of the amenities put another credit for this hotel. Some of the room is made for a real museum with all the ancient chinese ceramic pottery, bronze sculptures, silver dining set, small statue aged hundreds years which decribe the owner must be a filthy rich collectors. But I don't really like the part of the hotel which made as mediteranian middle east concept that seems bland and unmatch comparing to the other parts of the hotel. In the afternoon they serve various local tea and coffee, herbal drink and traditional snack for free for the guest staying in the hotel. Overall, I am quite satisfied staying there even only one night. Worth the value of money.Villa Song Saigon: "Sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle"
My sister and I ducked over from Singapore for two full days.We were always treated like we were the only ones there. In fact we were the only ones on the motel speedboat on both days in and out of the city at the times we requested to leave and get picked up,maybe busier in the high season. We felt we got to feel the entire vibe of Ho Chi Minh City between the taxi from the airport, the boat into town and nearly two full days just walking(without getting run over) around. The pool is great and the day spa compared to Aud standards was more than affordable .It may not be the cheapest accomodation in town but treat yourselfVilla Song Saigon: "elegant colonial house"
We booked the imperial suite and didn't regret it. Huge in size, wonderful bathroom with riverview and 2 balconies, one on the river and a smaller to to poolside. Villa Song Saigon is a peaceful retreat in an elegant area full of colonial houses. We loved the whole interior of the house, this french colonial style, bright and airy. The front desk arranged a private trip for us to the cu chi tunnels, the tour was organized well. Both days, we took the shuttle to town (only bus available when we stayed there), it was a short ride about 15-20 minutes and comfortable. Breakfast was good, also our asian lunch. Snacks are also available by the poolside. We loved our stay here, although it was a bit far out of Saigon Center.NEELESHWAR: "Exceptional in every way"
"My husband and I did the 7-day detox package, which includes yoga, meals made to suit our constitutions and health requirements, and 2 luxurious Ayurvedic treatments a day, plus consultation with their Ayurvedic Doctor. There's no doubt we've never felt better, but on top of that we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, the kindness and attentiveness of the people who work there and the stunning gardens, pool and sea views. And the food is an art - fresh, creative, flavourful and satisfying. Truly a first class experience, with every detail attended to beyond our expectations. What makes this place special above all are the wonderful people who will make your stay more than just a vacation, but a lifelong memory. It may seem expensive, but it's worth every dollar! If you go, be sure to take their free bicycles out for a ride in the village! "Discover Muang La | Visit Laos | Luxury & Boutique Hotel: "Probably the best place I have ever stayed"
"My family and I spent two nights in this hotel as part of our trip around Laos in early January. I was immediately impressed by the homeliness of the hotel and the warm welcome we received from the lovely Dutch manager. The pool is absolutely stunning and the hot pools are so nice to spend time in. My only qualm is that the water in the hot spring is normally far too hot so it might be slightly better to mix the water with some cooler water. The staff are all very attentive, however the a la carte nature of the meals means that it can often take a little while for your coffee to arrive. The quality of the food is Michelin star. The dinners are amazing and I love how they involve so much local food. I would say that there is possibly a little too few carbohydrates for my teenage brother and I and some bread on the table would not have gone to waste. The rooms are really very nice, the shower was really warm unlike some of the other places we had stayed in Laos. The things I like most about this hotel are the ways in which they think about everything you could need. For example they offer to clean your shoes for you after a day of walking around the mountain villages or how they place towels by the hot tubs so you don't have to remember your own or how they create a little fire pit next to your table at dinner to keep you warm. My favourite must have been when we came home from dinner the first night to find a hot water bottle in the bed. Absolutely amazing! The activity that we went on was really interesting. Our guide was very well informed and answered all our questions. They were also very willing to adapt to our requests such as visiting the local health centre."The Apsara Rive Droite: ""
Superb lunch sat with gorgeous view over Nan Khan river. Quiet street away from the busy old town. Beautiful presentation, fresh unusual flavours without too much added spice. We tried the yellow pumpkin, eggplant, bamboo, green bean curry- wonderful. Also lemongrass and coriander fishcakes on cucumber salad. Delicious.
