Rak Ko Jae Seoul: "Serenity personified"

Review by: Patrick255100 | Source: tripadvisor.com
This was a beautiful experience of a tradition Hanok in the heart of Bukchon. The property is intimate and secluded, with only a few 'rooms' placed around a small central courtyard. Every detail carries style and has been carefully set out to create an escape to a simpler past. The underfloor heating made sleeping on the floor surprisingly comfortable. The service was unintrusive, helpful and gracious, breakfast and dinner served each day with Korean hospitality of generosity and flair. We loved everything about Rakkojae. The location so close to some great historic sites, galleries and design spaces was a bonus!

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Heaven by the beach"

Review by: Paul V | Source: Trip Advisor
"Mr Jayan K.V. and his amazing team at this haven by the beach in Kerala gave us the most relaxing stay, even with 3 teenage sons. The service is impeccable, while the vibe is laid back at this gorgeous resort, the service could not be better, including the staff on the Lotus Houseboat. The ayurvedic treatments are a must, we hadn't gone with treatments in mind but had 1 every day. The free yoga sessions are taught by a master. If you feel wound up or run down, as we were after lengthy travels round India...this place is the cure. Room Tip: Choose 1 of the ocea view bungalows"

MATHIS RETREAT: "Peaceful and refreshing place"

Review by: Mickael F | Source: tripadvisor.com
"Spent 3 nights there with my wife. Beautiful place, quiet, beautiful scenery, very good service. The terra cotta restaurant has a fantastic and huge breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Easy to get to Ubud center by motorbike, takes 10 minutes. "

Rachamankha: "A quiet retreat in busy Chiang Mai"

Review by: minchik2017 | Source: Trip Advisor
"What a beautiful hotel. This hotel has really beautiful gardens with lots of little retreat areas tucked away for you to relax with a book or a refreshing drink. Our room was on the ground floor and was spacious and comfortable. It had a very comfortable king sized bed and a roomy bathroom with luxury bath products. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They performed their duties efficiently and quietly. Breakfast and dinner is served in a beautifully designed courtyard with a cosy feel. Especially at night when the area is subtly lit with candles on each table. We chose to eat in the restaurant each night because of the excellent choice of delicious food. The pool area was also very relaxing and well maintained. We totally enjoyed our stay at the Rachamankha and plan to return in the near future. Stayed April 2017, traveled as a couple"

Sea Dance Resort: "Lovely quiet place"

Review by: Kuencho | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed 4 nights in the sea dance and enjoyed every single day. It's a very charming resort with private pool and wonderful food. The team is amazing and make you stay memorable. Don't miss it, it's a great place to stay and you will love the staff.

Rachamankha: "Amazing- loved it"

Review by: claire d | Source: Trip Advisor
Stayed here for my 30th bday weekend with some friends. Beautiful Hotel, centrally located, amazing pool. Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and complimentary. I will definitely be coming back here! All my friends loved it too. Ask for Paul the GM- he will make sure you have the best weekend ever and will advice you where to go and what to do and send you to the non tourist trap places.

Maison Polanka: "Beautiful rooms, amazing service"

Review by: Soghi | Source: Trip Advisor
Felt like a home not a hotel, from the warm welcome to the beautiful rooms. Everything is spotless, and the staff so helpful, esp with arranging tours . The restaurant is superb, and my wife particularly loved the coffee too! So much care has been taken with every aspect that I really can't fault anything. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay, and we will definitely return.

Jing’s Residence: "Luxury hotel in the middle of an ancient walled city"

Review by: Mashie47 | Source: Trip Advisor
"Stayed here for two night during our tour of China. Unexpectedly luxurious hotel in the middle of Pingyao - also very expensive particularly when compared to any other hotel in Pingyao. Having said the above the service was faultless and the hotel was clean and comfortable - which considering the coal dust in the air must have taken some doing. Breakfasts were OK but the evening meals were very good indeed."

Tugu Lombok: "Just perfect!"

Review by: sjb2225 | Source: Trip Advisor
I simply cannot fault this hotel. The room was enormous, the most comfortable bed ever, lovely bathroom. Food was faultless - breakfast healthy, any time, perfect; dinner delicious, lots of choice, great service. Great cocktails, wine, beer - anytime, anywhere. Beach - white sand, beautiful view, sun beds wherever you want, endless towels. Lovely swimming pools with soft warm water. Staff are amazing, friendly, full of good advice and nothing is too much trouble but no one is intrusive. This is the perfect, peaceful retreat when you need to de-stress, relax and recharge. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and were thoroughly spoilt. Would definitely recommend visiting Gili Meno for a day.

Rachamankha: "Amazing Stay"

Review by: Sophie G | Source: Trip Advisor
"My mom and I stayed at the Rachamankha hotel this fall following a study abroad program I took part in for my graduate studies. What a beautiful place!! The restaurant on the resort is beautiful, provides a huge breakfast, and the dinners there are delicious as well. If it's in season, definitely order mango sticky rice for dessert- you will not be disappointed. We stayed for 4 days to begin and were very pleased. We then left for Phuket for a week and returned to Chiang Mai and the Rachamankha. Our stay the second time was not as pleasant. We had trouble with our overhead light flashing when it was turned off and the air conditioner did not work well. The staff were as helpful as they could be regarding these issues, but because of the language barrier it was sometimes difficult to maneuver more than simple questions. Their recommendations for restaurants were amazing. Definitely make your way to David's kitchen at least once, and also The Whole Earth. You'll need to take a taxi, songthaew or tuk tuk there, but the staff is helpful in arranging them. It's on the opposite side of the old city as all of the markets, but travel is easy to get there. The grounds are beautiful there as well, and very well kept. The pool and library are both impressive. We would definitely stay there again!"
