"We stayed at Satri Hotel for two nights for our 20th wedding anniversary. We left the kids at home and it was perfect. The staff were kind and helpful without being intrusive and our stay was wonderfully relaxing. The whole hotel is beautifully presented and tastefully decorated. Our room was a good size and had no TV which added to the old world atmosphere. The hotel is a bit out of town (about 10-15mins walk) but there are bikes you can borrow to get you there quicker. Because of this the hotel is peaceful and like an oasis. We would go back again."Tugu Malang: "Javanese hospitality at best"
"I am truely amazed by the hotel's interior, the service, and the food. If you want to feel what is like to live in a Dutch colonial era of Javanese and Chinese Peranakan culture, then Hotel Tugu is the right place to go. The room is very unique, the service is excellent, you can't ask more from this hotel. The best thing is that the breakfast they serve is literally an ""All you can eat Ala-carte"". You can order anything from their ala-carte menu, literally until your stomach is damn full. What a surprise to find a modern thai fusion restaurant with such surprising dishes in Udon Thani. The two brothers Joey and Noom learned their trade in Berkeley and returned to Udon 4 years ago. Menu with dishes that surprise, very tasty, beautifully decorated, and a unique creative twist to them. And as a bonus a large selections of desserts, which are normally not to be found in a Thai restaurants. No wine on the menu yet which is a pity, but we were told by the owners that they will feature organic wine before long. A must visit in Udon for food lovers.Villa Song Saigon: "Endless smile"
From the beginning we felt hard welcome. You can feel that the staff is wel threated. Very clean rooms with nice decoration with nice extras in the bathroom. Breakfast is exellent! The shuttleservice is easy and is a nice service. The swimmingpool area clean and relax. "My BFF and I went straight to this restaurant for lunch after landing in BAli at 10am. Took us about 45 min to get to Ubud and we walked over from Sens Hotel and Spa to get there in time for our 1pm lunch reservation. Took us about 2.5 hours to finish the multitude of courses! The food was different and oh so very fresh. First time I had deep fried tempura style leaves and other assortments of dishes. I have tried Andre in Singapore before but the way locavore did the dishes were so different. The herb they seem to used allot is Tamarind, it was featured in quite a few of their dishes. Their cocktails were also nice. My friend had the ROJAK cocktail and boy it really did taste of rojak but in a super refreshing way. there are 2 menus only to choose from, either Vegetarian OR Meat & Fish. :) Price difference is about 100K IDR between both."Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Khmai food and hospitality at its best"

As soon as you enter you leave the hectic world behind. Beautiful, tranquil, restful; we've never been anywhere quite like this. Would recommend the plantation tour, afternoon tea and playing croquet on the lawns. All-in-all a fantastic experience and highly recommended.
