Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Amazing safari experience"

Review by: Keentraveller1985 | Source: Trip Advisor
"Where can I start?! This place is amazing!!!! The safari itself: saw every animal we were told we would, very knowledgable guides who have such a passion for the animals and are just as excited and keen to see the wildlife as the tourists are. (Praneet and Di Lanka- we love you!) amazing close encounters, comfortable jeep rides with no nausea or any feeling of discomfort at all, we were asked which location of the park we would like to visit, our wishes were always taken into account and the guys just want to please you.... And they are so genuine. A cool box with beers and soft drinks accompany you on safari. The camp: amazing well equipped tents, that are absolutely everything you need, hot shower on request, proper toilet and flush, nice clean and fresh towels, bath mat and all the little luxuries- even shampoo and shower gel are provided. Pathways lit and easy to get about, amazing bar area with bean bags, a fabulous place to chill and have a glass of wine! The food: AMAZING!!! We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of food, we have eaten in 5* restaurants, and we can genuinely, genuinely say that the camp have provided the best food we have ever tasted. A big thank you to the chef. The guys explain what everything is, how to eat it etc. The staff can cater for any dietary requirements as long as they know beforehand. We never went hungry or thirsty!! The staff: the staff are out of this world. They are so smiley, genuinely happy and want to make your experience the best it can be. Thank you to Praneet, Di Lanka and Silva for making our stay with you incredible. The facilities here are incredible, if I had children I would not have any doubts about taking them: any age, their needs would be fully met. This trip was worth every penny..... Would We go back, YES!!!!"

Rachamankha: "Beautiful place to stay"

Review by: Purplebob6954 | Source: Trip Advisor
"On arrival to the Rachamankha it was hard to deny the breath taking architecture and clean calm appearance of the place. After staying at a friendly, family run guest house in Bangkok I did find this hotel to be a little bit sterile and cold at first. However, over the 4 days that I spent here I really warmed to the place. The location way great, being very central to the old town. Breakfast was excellent, with a really good range. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the facilities were very good, especially the pool. The room was also spacious and beautiful. A faultless stay. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"

Supanniga Cruise: "Fantastic boutique dinner cruise experience"

Review by: GandCAdventures | Source: Trip Advisor
"We booked the SC as a birthday celebration whilst family were visiting Bangkok (4 adults in total). We booked the Dinner Champagne Tattinger Cruise package which offers a fantastic selection of various dishes following a flute of Tattinger upon boarding. As five-year residents of Bangkok, we had always wanted to experience a Chao Phraya dinner cruise, but had no intention of joining the buffet-style, neon-light-laden barges with over 500 other ""diners"" queing and elbowing our way around a floating eye-sore. In contrast, the SC setup is a very small, boutique, and well-managed operation, with a limited number of diners in a quiet and intimate setting. The top deck offers great uninterrupted views of the passing river and buildings on the banks. The route takes in many of the river's highlights including The Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun, as well as some of the quieter stretches south of Taksin Bridge. The table service was very attentive, professional (but relaxed) and prompt - there is quite a substantial list of servings to get through in the two hour experience, but the portions are tasty and appropriate. Being fans of the Bangkok outlets of Supanigga, we are aware of the seafood-orientation of the menu, and there was a bit of spice involved in a few dishes, but it is all very nice and very well prepared given the limitations on kitchen (being on a small boat!). The departure from River City is very convenient and well-managed (with booking confirmation phone call earlier in the day). Being able to park in the River City complex is very helpful. We were very excited to see the launch of this endeavour by Supanigga and were very happy and satisfied (and full!) that we chose it for a special occasion. We all thoroughly recommend the experience, and hope to return to take it all in again in the near future."

Reverie Siam: "the best in PAI: eco friendly / vintage / detailed / luxury"

Review by: maymemi | Source: tripadvisor.com
visited this resort at the first time they made an opening and realize that should come back once again because miss all things in this resort. pool is still beautiful, statffs still very friendly, villa is still vintage, cozy, detailed etc. trees are still green. additonal thing that we didn't see it from the previous time from our visit is terrace by the Pai River, where can sit, chill, take some nice shot, chat with s.o.you love. This place can completely fulfill our short vacation and back to work with full of energy. No doubt to visit this place once again when we have vacation in Pai.

Tugu Lombok: "Very Polite Staff and Excellence Service"

Review by: W_Saputra | Source: TRip Advisor
Hotel Tugu Lombok is located near Bangsal port (port from Lombok island to Gili islands). Firstly, I came to hotel just for asking their room rates since I already knew their famous unique hotel in Malang. Surprisingly, their staffs are very polite and informative giving explanation about their room types and also the rate. They also let me and my family to walk around hotel and saw several rooms. Finally we took a rest in their restaurant while enjoying some fresh juices and pizza. Although we didn't stay for this moment, but I will recommend this hotel for their excellence service, friendliness and polite staffs.

MesaStila: "Coffee Plantation in Paradise!"

Review by: Kathy M | Source: Trip Advisor
"What a peaceful and beautiful place to stay! The late Gabriella Teggia worked a miracle when she put her heart and soul into saving this part of Indonesia! The plantation itself is incredible; the food at Java Red and Java Green Restaurants was amazing; the staff are kind and welcoming; and the village walk to Losari and other villages is delightful! We loved the batik we purchased at Batik Losari from the charming owner and her daughter! Munir, our guide for a day trip to Jogjakarta, tried very hard to show us all of the sights. Tia gave us an excellent tour of the plantation itself. In the restaurant, Nur, Ana, Deby, and several other amazing young people did an excellent job taking care of us. We would highly recommend at stay at this wonderful retreat! "

Pindaya Farm House: "Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast with extraordinary views of Pindaya"

Review by: 454jonathonb | Source: Trip Advisor
This is a lovely working farm and small hotel. The owners are delightful people who accommodated our needs, and fed us extremely well. We had heard that this part of the country is called the Tuscany of Myanmar, and it is absolutely true. The hills surround the valley, and the red earth is reminiscent of Italy. The organic produce is spectacular, and the preparation of the food at Thahara Pindaya was simple and delicious. The rooms are comfortable and capacious, while simple, and the views from the decks are splendid whether in the early morning, middle of the day, or evening.

Rachamankha: "Beautiful, boutique hotel, don’t expect 5 bars, a gym & 3 restaurants"

Review by: Vietnamvera | Source: Trip Advisor
A gem of a hotel, hidden away down a side lane in the old city. No noise, 24hr security & an architectural wonder of Thai design. Rooms with covered walkways are all built round open courtyards with paths, palm & oleander trees & pots, joining them to different areas of the hotel. The pool area is beautifully maintained & the library has an old colonial feel with many interesting subjects to browse, particularly travel & architecture. Our room was quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean, with an excellent shower & lovely Moulton Brown toiletries. Breakfast was taken outside or in, waiter served with choices cooked to order. Very relaxing compared to the pandemonium of buffet breakfasts experienced elsewhere. Restaurant evening meals delicious & beautifully presented. Would definitely return & recommend.

Villa Song Saigon: "Perfect end to a fantastic trip"

Review by: Stephen M | Source: Trip Advisor
"What a perfect way to end a fantastic trip to a fantastic country. The riverside setting is an ideal way to relax after the hustle & bustle of the city. We were warmly greeted by the ever so friendly staff who, once again put other countries to shame with their 'can do' attitude where nothing is too much trouble for the guests staying here. We were lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a villa room with balcony overlooking the pool and can recommend this type of room. The bathroom was a little small to be honest but as we spent our time in the city, the bathroom becomes immaterial as you just use it to shower after all. We had dinner at the waters edge on the 1st night and Kevin (the chef) took his time to explain the dishes and the best wine pairing - spot on Kevin! The setting is so relaxing and even romantic and with great food makes it a perfect end to the day. The breakfasts are plentiful and fresh, and eaten either at the riverside or in the air conditioned restaurant. A platter of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed fruit juice, coffee and your choice from the menu - I chose the full English and the eggs benedict during our stay and they were a great start to the day of exploration of Ho Chi Minh City. The water taxi runs about every couple of hours and is a 20 minute adventure to the city where you feel like royalty cruising up the river in the speedboat. This is a free ride and well worth the experience rather than sitting in a taxi. The last boat back is 7pm which gives you enough time in the city to explore the numerous happy hour cocktail lounges after the heat & humidity of the day. Back to the hotel review......staff were amazing and very attentive and the hotel manager even had one of his staff accompany us to the optician to translate for us as my wife wanted to buy prescription sunglasses - the hotel service was second to none. The complimentary mini bar is so welcomed after a hard days shopping that you forget about the amount of dong that you couldn't seem to get rid of on your shopping excursion - everything is so cheap! The mini bar has water, soft drinks and a couple of beers to relax on the balcony with as you watch the sunset over the city. We were allowed to keep our room on our last day until we left for the airport at 4pm which was great as we could use the pool then get showered without having to sit around waiting, and again, this was free of charge even though the hotel was preparing for a special event that evening. Nothing was too much trouble. A thoroughly recommended hotel just far enough away from the city, set in a very tranquil, riverside location where everything was just about perfect (I know I've used that word many times but the hotel deserves it)"

Maduzi Hotel: "Little gem of a hotel"

Review by: Nat E | Source: Trip Advisor
"Just stayed for 2 nights in this hotel which doesn't look like much from the outside & is on busy road but don't let that fool you as it is gorgeous inside & road noise is minimal. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Price is reasonable too especially having come from Shangri-La. It has the right boutique effect in terms of decor & little extras. The tap from the ceiling into the infinity jacuzzi was unique. There was a proper coffee machine in the room which had one of the largest beds I've ever slept in (sheets were amazingly soft too). Can't rate this high enough & I would definitely return if I went back to Bangkok. Great location for night life & a few stops to main shopping malls. Stayed April 2017, traveled as a couple"
