"We stayed for 2 nights while visiting the temples. First of all - it was nice to be picked up from the airport. The driver was great and explained things about Cambodia in general and also the town. The hotel is beautiful with a vintage feel, with a nice swimming pool to think about while sweating in the temples all day. Breakfast is delicious- a la carte but you can chose more than one thing so its more than enough. The free 15 min spa treatment is a great touch. I think the best thing though is the heritage adventures package which allowed us to have a different experience. We were really pleased we had chosen it, would definetly recommend."The Hue House: "Excellent"

After 2 weeks of exploring Borneo this hotel provided the ideal rest and relaxation before flying home. We really enjoyed chilling out in the big recliners and the hammocks. Don't be put off by the initial setting, inside it truly is a gem and the food was the best of our whole holiday. The staff were friendly and the accommodation clean and tidy. "If you want that historical experience then this is the place to get it. there is no luxurious Hilton Hotel room but the charm & historical feeling is all worth it. The room is enormous & the bathroom although has modern shower taps the decor is from the era long gone. service is great & the food was good as well. Breakfast was included & consisted of buffet of fruit & cereals & a la-cart hot breakfast & first time I had a hotel say to me after I had finished my breakfast ""have you had enough, would you like some more?"" The house is also a museum & has daily tours & is very interesting to learn about the history of the house. its close to a lot of attractions including the wharfs & a short distance to all the famous Panang street wall paintings & art. "I have to say they have an exceptional stuff that makes this safari a great experience. They are very professional and they will do the best for your comfort. The tents are GREAT, its a very nice enviroment and eventhought you are in the middle of the jungle (right next to Yala National Park) the accommodation its very clean, safe and comfy. The shower is A MA ZInG... You can shower looking at the starts. The food is very varied and includes many options of Sri Lankan food. Spending the night itself is a great experience. In my case, i did two safaris, one at 3pm and otherone at 5am the next morning, i saw among others animals: Elephants, a Leopard, Buffalos, Deers, Eagles (Grey-headed fish eagle and White-bellied sea-eagle that i can remember of), Ceylon jinglefowl, Indian peafowl Cocodrile, tons of birds (Common kingfisher, Rose-ringed parakeet, among others), oh and of course diverse monkeys. "Among all of the places I have eaten at, Babe exudes an atmosphere that rivals the most energetic of places, with the food sharing that same energy. Chef Jeff Ramsay and his team of chefs and hosts provide an experience that's unlike any other in Malaysia. The food is refreshingly inventive, executed well, and finished off with attentive explanations. I really enjoyed my time here and I recommend the place to anybody who's looking for a good time. "The staff were wonderful, the food was terrific, and the guide was incredibly knowledgeable. Our guide took us to secluded areas of Yala (away from the crowds of jeeps) where we saw leopards mating, leopards sleeping, and leopards messing around being leopards. "My husband and I ended our 14 days in Cambodia with a 3 night stay at the lodge. It was the perfect end to a wonderful trip. The food was excellent and the staff were most accommodating and friendly. The ability to jump into the river right outside the tent, then relax on the recliner - repeat - was fabulous. The excursion to the waterfalls were particularly memorable. There is no wifi service but it was not missed and added to the relaxation. A stay here goes beyond the great food and fun as the owners of the lodge make a meaningful impact to the people in the local community and the environment. "I stayed here before as tourist, this time for business. Both times were great! The atmosphere is magic, the restaurant is outstanding, the staff unbeatable. Rooms very authentic and comfortable. "Lovely people at a lovely spot. The only thing unfortunate was the cold wheather and Thai brick beds. Other than that plain lovely! If you like quiet the slightly steep price is definitely worth it! They organized dinner and a boat trip for us, both very reasonably priced."
