Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Just the best, if you can stay here"

Review by: Elaine C | Source: Trip Advisor
The care and attention to detail I do not believe can be improved at this excellent place. All the staff, and indeed the owner are at hand to make your visit a positive one. I do not eat meat and was given an array of specially made food for my pleasure. The views on clear days are spectacular and to sit with a cup of tea and watch the mountains is a very special experience.

Nam Bo Boutique Hotel: "Simple hotel with excellent service"

Review by: Roy A | Source: Trip Advisor
This is a small hotel of 7 rooms overlooking the Mekong river. Our suite had 3 rooms all comfortable and well kept. There is no pool. The hotel restaurant is on the top floor and has spectacular views across the Mekong Delta. What sets this hotel apart though is the excellent staff who clearly enjoy having you as a guest.

Reverie Siam Pai: "Excellent resort with a view"

Review by: Shalcy79 | Source: Trip Advisor
"We booked ourselves a mountain view room and was very pleased with it (i.e. decor / amenities and the spaciousness of the room). Our balcony was facing the pool overlooking the mountain and White Buddha view from afar. Good a la carte breakfast with wide selection of wines and beverages. The resort also provide free shuttle (buggy) transfer to and from the bus station which is good enough for us to walk around the walking street area. Credits to their punctuality on the pick-up. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. With all the info givens, we booked a half day tour thru the hotel. We enjoyed the ambience of the resort throughout the trip. A truly hidden gem resort for those who needs a relaxing trip away from the busy city life."

SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "A sanctuary of Yangon"

Review by: Pedro3584 | Source: Trip Advisor
If you seek a retreat from the hustles of busy Yangon, Seeds is definitely the place you have to go to. Not only the unique ambience and very friendly & professional staff convinces every visitor, it's the heart that Luzia and Felix invest into every single detail. The chef's creations are beyond wonderful in taste and decoration, Felix's truffle ravioli another heart melting surprise. Don't miss it and enjoy your meal :-)

David’s Kitchen: "Memorable evening"

Review by: williamb077 | Source: Trip Advisor
Three of us had an exceptional dinner at David's Kitchen where the service was superb, the meals delicious and the evening one which we will long remember. The warm and personal welcome we received from David was the beginning of a wonderful time. The menu was extensive and everything looked so appetizing that we couldn't decide what to choose. But the lamb shank, pork loin and pumpkin soup were done beautifully and served by an attentive, friendly staff. We look forward to going back when we are in Chiang Mai again. Highly recommended indeed.

NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Leopard Safaris sure live up to their name!"

Review by: verve64 | Source: tripadvisor,com
"We saw a leopard! What an amazing experience that was. Having slept in one of the most luxurious ""tents"" Ive ever stayed in, we wined and dined under the stars, had our own personal safari with a fantastic guide. He really knew his stuff and we saw beautiful birds and many other creatures. He showed respect to the animals by keeping back and not 'chasing' them in the jeep like we saw others do. The jeep was great fun and comfortable considering the terrain. The food was fantastic as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful morning and night safari and for the fabulous experience of ""glamping"". "

Glenburn Tea Estate: "Relax and enjoy the views"

Review by: Beaks21 | Source: Trip Advisor
"Its a long and winding steep hill that takes you to this idyllic location. The rooms are wonderful and in keeping with the location. The views are stunning and its is a wonderful place to relax, that said don't miss a trip to Darjeeling a fabulous and busy town. I'd take a day to see it. You can also enjoy a massage. I took a walk into the village and it was great to see. Room Tip: Most rooms are great but I'd try and avoid the room off the main lounge."

Glenburn Tea Estate: "In the Lap of the Gods"

Review by: Bilaspur | Source: Trip Advisor
"My father used to say that the third cup of tea put you in the lap of the gods. Glenburn epitomizes hospitality, beauty, quiet, rest combined with hosts who are enthusiastic and caring, facilities that are beautiful, food that is delicious and views that are incomparable. Our visit was the beginning of three weeks planned to see numbers of our 'bucket list' of hard to reach, but must see places. Glenburn is one of the top. Yes, the road to get there is a Thrill and an adventure but the deep comfort and sheer beauty soon make one not even think about it. The recent strike, which shut down the estate, made the tour of the processing plant quiet and dust free but still very educational. Would that we could return often. Shabash our Dhanyabhad!"

Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Extraordinary degustation! MUST do!"

Review by: lauraelou | Source: Trip Advusor
Greeted by the chef on arrival and made feel welcome like your dining at the chefs own home! Incredible local produce and traditional Khmer flavours, prepared using French techniques. The frog legs were an absolute highlight! Affordable fine dining at its best! Can't wait to return! Thank you!

Tugu Lombok: "Second time…. in Hotel Tugu… even better"

Review by: Ignacio C | Source: Trip Advisor
"My wife and I had the chance to come back to Hotel Tugu, in Lombok... You know that when the first time is memorable, your expectations for the second time might become a bad reference. This is not the case in this hotel. We planned, this time, more than three days of stay... this time it was a week!. We discovered some new and wonderful corners of the hotel; we walked along the wide beach... almost alone, just some fishermen coming back or reparing their nets.... that's only can be experienced over there... all connected to the hotel. The staff remembered our names and, even the type of breakfast we used to have.... that's only can be expected in Hotel Tugu Lombok. Palm trees, green grass and white sand... together with the coral reefs at walking distance! !!.... all the staff led by Elly and Henry do an outstanding job. ... you gave us a lot of happiness!... Thank you all for your warming care.... I hope other travelers are going to have the chance to enjoy as we did."
