Jing’s Residence: "Highly recommend"

"We stayed two nights at Jing's Residence and what an amazing experience it was. A wonderful oasis of calm and tranquillity. The traditional Chinese courtyard style of residence with the modern facilities is very tastefully combined. The service could not be faulted. Staff were both attentive and friendly. We had a delicious Chinese meal in the restaurant and a most enjoyable afternoon tea in the beautiful upstairs room/library. Breakfast was very good too. There are many little touches which make Jing's residence unique and which were much appreciated. I particularly enjoyed the honeyed dates. Also enjoyed was the tea (ginger and honey) served on arrival whilst we waited for our passports to be checked. Pingyao is a small walled city and we were fortunate to have a guide who was able to take us to places of historical interest in the vicinity. We would definitely recommend Jing's Residence. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very welcoming. Stayed April 2017, traveled as a couple"

Tugu Bali: "Amazing Karma Mantra Massage"

"Went for a Karma Mantra (Chakra Awakening) massage and what an amazing experience. Very powerful and beautiful space. One of the best massages ever so I ended up booking a second one 2 days later before I left Bali to experience again. Worth every penny. Powerful ceremony after the massage after which time a plate of fruit is delivered. Nice space to integrate the energies. Must try. Also had lunch at hotel and it was amazing. Stayed March 2017, traveled solo"

Rachamankha: "New year"

"New Year count down was memorable ..The fabulous new year count down party are the best ,we never enjoyed and have much fun with all the east meet west as the hotel provide..We love everything the food and non stop Champagne... Will going back soon! "

Villa Song Saigon: "Great riverside hotel in Ho Chi Minh city"

"Highly attentive and professional staff. Really great setting next to the river where you can watch the fascinating array of boats go past. Really great room and a nice pool to chill by when not out sightseeing. Breakfasts are great too. Stayed November 2016, traveled with family"

VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Super Boutique Hotel"

"We stayed four nights in the Art Suite as a family of four with two younger children over looking the Saigon River - Yaeger and his staff were attentive without being intrusive, always on hand to offer help and suggestions. Villa Song is located in the less hectic District 2 of Saigon and 15/20mins taxi and boat ride into District 1 - most attractions are in District 1 but the enclave of District 2 is also interesting with shops and restaurants (catering to the expat community of the area). We did a Saigon Hotpot city tour (highly recommended) and Saigon Street Eats Seafood Tour amongst other major Saigon attractions. Breakfast was sensational with choice of western and Vietnamese by the water and under umbrellas. Do try their Pho Bo and in luxury settings. Didn't eat dinner there but the chef is amazing and menu looks legit. Front desk staff aim to please service even went out of the way with personal help for a out of normal request - exceptional service. "

tugu bali: "Staying in the middle of art and culture"

"We were travelling with three small kids (3,5,7) and Tugu hotel in Canggu was our last stop in Bali after staying in Intercontinental Jimbaran and the villas in Ubud and Lovina. We were looking for something different than the large chain hotels and Tugu hotel turned out to be just the right place. The hotel does not belong to the Small Luxury Hotels, Relais&Chateaux (they do not have any hotels in Indonesia yet?) or Boutique Hotels, so we found it kind of accidentally as our friends had recommended to stay in Canggu area and hotel Tugu is #1 in Canggu. The hotel could easily fit into the quality standards of the small luxury hotels. Although the hotel has a pool, this is not the reason to come to this hotel. There are hotels with bigger and better pools. Tugu hotel is for the guests who love architecture, art and culture, who are excited about original interior design and high quality antiquities and handicraft surrounding at every step: in the room, in the garden and literally everywhere. The service was perfect even on the background of the Balinese being in general polite and friendly. I would like to give special thank you to Pande Dwipa for an excursion in the facilities: Tugu hotel is an exquisite art museum and hotel in one. I can only admire the vision of the hotel owner Anhar Setjadibrata, to share the art he has collected with the guests in his hotels. Tugu hotel is definitely ""worth a detour"", to use a Michelin term. "

Tugu Bali: "Memorable Stay"

"We stayed at Tugu for 4 nights early January and absolutely loved this little gem. Our accomodation was spacious, clean and filled with character and quirky design. My husband couldnt get enough of the indoor/outdoor shower overlooking our resident fish! I also really loved the high stone wall giving us complete privacy. The hotel is unique, for those looking for something with character and originality, you will really appreciate what is created in this little paradise. The whole place takes on a totally magical feel at night when the lamps/lanterns and furniture enhances the already rich romantic feel. We felt transported into another world... a special place we didn't want to leave. The swimming pool had lots of charm, we especially loved the frangipanis dotted around us. Location wise it's right next to the beach which is handy if you like to take strolls on the beach to burn all the delicious food offered! Also right next door is a newly opened bar (The Lawn) that has an amazing vibe overlooking the ocean and watching the surfers do their thing. The Japanese restaurant at Tugu is divine!! We loved every dish we tried and really enjoyed the space - They have done a beautiful job with the layout, again it's like being transported into a different world, all the furniture and decor worked really well together. The only dissapointment was my spa treatment, however the staff were very quick to address my concerns and make sure I was happy so in the end it wasn't an issue. We felt really welcome at Tugu and felt that the place had a really positive vibe. Service was definitely 5 star, giving attention to lots of little details, even giving us a little farewell gift! By the end we felt like we were leaving our second home. We will be back one day without a flicker of doubt... although I hear the Tugu Hotel in Lombok is also really special so we might have to visit there first ;) Thank you Tugu, for helping make our holiday a truly memorable experience. Sea Dance Resort: "Far from the crowds but close to everything. A beautiful, peaceful, friendly boutique resort"

Sea Dance Resort is a newer property near Choeng Mon town, a less crowded area of the island.It is close to the airport but out of its flight path so it is convenient but very quiet. My two, twenty-something daughters and I were ending our two week trip to Thailand and Siem Reap here and wanted an uncrowded, peaceful place to relax before we headed home. We found just what we were looking for at Sea Dance and spent four nights there. We loved our pristine pool villa as well as the resort's infinity pool and bar. The beach is absolutely beautiful there with plenty of covered and uncovered seating. The place is simply gorgeous, but it is the staff that make a stay there so unforgettable. Art, Faith, Helen, Ping at front desk (may have name wrong), Danny, Kwan and Gome couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. Kwan and Gome helped find my daughters when their paddle boats drifted beyond our line of sight! By the end of four days there we felt like we were leaving our family. This boutique hotel is luxurious without being ostentatious. The staff is genuinely friendly and sincere. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Pindaya Farm House: "Just Wonderful!"

"We completely endorse all previous comments. Having driven thro a patchwork of colourful fields in rolling hills, we were warmly welcomed. You can hear the silence here. Very comfortable beds, excellent bedding (warm too luckily, it hit freezing at night!) and high class shower and bathroom fittings. Midday saw us sitting on our balcony in the sunshine drinking in the view. The owners can arrange all sorts of trips and treks, but don't miss the weaver in the village up the road. Our only small criticism, which didn't bother us too much, or detract from our enjoyment, is that the sound insulation between us and our neighbour was not very good. It certainly helped us get to know, and make friends with them quickly! We hope it improved trans Atlantic relations"

Tugu Malang: "Tempo Doeloe in East Java"

"A great hotel to experience Java in its true character and beauty. The hotel is right in the centre of Malang and the staff will do anything to make your stay a great one. Their English is very good, the food is amazing (wide choice available incl traditional Indonesian and western) and the decor of the hotel is stunning, a must see and hard to describe, just check out the photos and you will see. We stayed for the weekend with two young children and just chilled out in the room, spa, pool and with an occasional stroll to the nearby bird market. Stayed January 2017, traveled with family"
