The Cabochon Hotel: "Great service"

Cute hotel, a different vibe to anything else in bkk. Can't fault the service, such lovely people working there! Amazing French toast for breakfast too. Clean and comfortable! Rooftop pool was always quiet and excellent, might just need a bit more shade.

Rachamankha: "Exceptional hotel with a great restaurant"

We have stayed at the hotel for a few nights while visiting Chiang Mai. Location is great and within walking distance (15min) to many attractions that the city has to offer. Room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you needed except they don't give you conditioner so bring your own. I would highly recommend eating at the restaurant, we had snacks and dinner and the food and service were great. Would definitely stay again.

MesaStila: "Best Start to 2017 and Beautiful Resort"

"I stayed at MesaStila for 2 nights with my friend. We took the Borobodur package that the Resort offer and beautiful Villa over looking the volcano. It is very authentic atmosphere, beautiful and retreat place. what make the place is more special and made a huge different is their employee. My friend would like to have ""Bakso"" which is traditional Indonesian beef/chicken ball noodles and it is not in the restaurant menu. Ana the waitress at Restaurant have gone out of her way instead of saying sorry we do not have Bakso but have said to us that let me check with the Chef and see what I can do for you. Been a Malaysian who understand half of their language I can understand very clearly when Ana mentioned to the Chef over the phone and politely mentioned"" please chef try to do something to make our guest happy"". To me that is 5 star service!! Afdi our Driver during our stay, very professional from the day he pick us up from Yogja,took us to Borubodur and drop us at the airport, he been very kind, helpful and very informative by explaining to us on surroundings while driving us around. Reception who check us in ( I forgot her name - lady with short Hair) - she is very good and has given us proper Resort Tour and Room Orientation. Lily - the lady who took us for coffee plantation, she is very knowledgeable about the surroundings and the history of the resort. The therapist - I had 2 treatment at their Hamman Spa and I can only say excellent! Everyone should try the ""jamu"" drinks and met the lovely Ibu who prepare the Jamu. For Improvement: Accommodation - Everything is antique in the room, I think the lighting need to have some improvement as it is too dark and combination of lighting with yellow and florescent does not goes well. other than that all is great. Landscaper - my suggestion when we have guest occupying the villa perhaps the trimming or cutting trees will be done when the guest not in the villa as this will disturb the privacy of the guest when they are at balcony. Pillow - The Resort should set up 4 pillow for the bed instead of 2 very soft one on the bed and the remaining is in the closet. Sometimes the hotel guest will not recognize that the second pillow is in the closet. Most of 4 & 5 star hotel now set up 4 pillow on the bed instead of 2. Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "A little piece of paradise above Pokhara"

Stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of Nepal and it was the highlight of the trip. Having stayed here in 2011 I was looking forward to my return visit and was not disappointed. The staff, as ever, were fantastic. Marcus was extremely helpful, going out of his way to help a couple of our group who were ill (illness contracted at previous places NOT at Tiger Mountain!). The choice of activities on offer is excellent, the food wonderful, the lodges superb - I'm looking forward to a return visit. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The Island Lodge: "Great homestay"

We stayed there to do 2 days and one night trip for Mekong river tour. The homestay is on the small island with good secenery and fresh air. The room is well decorated and we had good service. Love to visit it again.

Tugu Lombok: "Amazing"

Although some might feel the place is too dark and is haunted, my husband and I however loved the quaint interior at the Tugu Lombok. Every piece of furniture or wall carving has been carefully chosen to decorate this hotel. The service was beyond excellent and they had an array of bespoke activities to choose from. I cant wait to come back!

Maison Polanka: "We felt very privileged"

"We felt very privileged to stay at la Maison Polanka. It is not a hotel; no room number, you take off your shoes before entering your room, someone comes to you with a cold scented towel when entering the property after a walk, a waiter brings you a glass of water when sitting in the garden... Everything is organized to make you feel like you are a special guest! Cathy the manager understands your expectations and is totally dedicated to her job and to make you feel special. (...) The house is authentic, full of charm and character. The garden is amazing and the large pool is warm and always clean. Staying at Maison Polenka made us feel very privileged and we would definitely recommend it for anyone who wishes to find a peaceful, tailored-to-your-needs, beautiful and comfortable place! Merci beaucoup!"

Sanak Retreat Bali: "A gem in the middle of the rice fields"

We got to the Sanak Retreat after leaving the busy streets of Seminyak, arriving by foot through the rice fields in the late afternoon, because of a broken down truck on the ‘main’ road... What a feeling and what a view!... we absolutely loved the place - the restaurant is good (but not cheap), staff is helpful and welcoming, swimming pool is great. And do go for a walk in the fields around the place at sunset or sunrise. The most memorable place we stayed in during our 3 weeks’ trip in Bali and would strongly recommend.

Tugu Bali: "Stay at the Tugu Hotel Bali"

"I stayed at the Tugu Hotel with one of my friends on my first visit to Bali. Such a beautiful place with breathtaking spacious rooms with a private plunge pool. The beach is in walking distance just a couple of meters away where you can go for your first surf lession. You are able to enjoy an all day breakfast a la card menu from anywhere you wish on the hotel property. The staff is incredibly caring and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Every Thursday you can enjoy a traditional indonesian dance performance, while eating delicous local food and after enjoying some tasty cocktails on the rooftop bar during happy hour. The spa offers great valued massages and beauty treatments for everyones needs. If you have the chance to try one of the local cooking classes, you should not pass on this opportunity. It is fun, you learn a lot about local herbs and spices and you get to eat everything afterwards. I can not wait to return on my next visit. Thanks Tugu"
