OMG!!!!! No words to describe this resturant... the only resturant in Indonesia to be in top 50 Asian resturant.. enough said.. word of warning dinner reservation at least 1 month in advance... but the experience on ur taste buds... so totally worth it.. only set course available.... extremely friendly staff, top notch service.. as an Indonesian, so proud of them :) :) keep it up :)Rachamankha: "Classic gem if you are into classics"
"Positives: extra comfortable bedding, in a quiet and nice alley away from busy traffic, professional and helpful staff, pool having the cleanest water I have seen (reminds me of Pissin Molitor in The Life of Pi), lush and immaculate landscaping, included breakfast is delicious, and delicately prepared. Negatives: internet works only half the time, limiting my ability to upload photos and book tours for the next days; room door, bathroom door and shower door are all narrow or half openable, really inconvenient."Satri House: "beautiful antique design"
Stayed few days in this beautiful hotel! The design is antique and it makes your stay special. Great service in the hotel, nice breakfast. 7 min from the night market/center, and free bicycle in the hotel make it faster. Highly recommended hotel in Luang PrabangInle Heritage Stilt Houses: "Exceptional Service and a beautiful setting."
"This meets all the expectations mentioned in other reviews and is an exceptional training facility. Rooms spotless, restaurant deserves all the praise as do the staff. The downside for some who wish to relax and rest rather than be out and about all the time can be the noise of the boats going past during daylight hours as the engines can be noisy, and that to get anywhere you must take a boat as it is on an island not linked to the shore. While this was a not problem for me... it could be for others who travel differently. It is also a 1 hour by car, plus 1 by boat journey from Heho airport so early flights can be awkward. In saying the above.... I would still return for another holiday to the same hotel and recommend it to friends."David’s Kitchen: "Simply Amazing"
"Hard to put into words how much my wife, daughters 11 and 8 and I enjoyed this meal. David is an incredibly generous host, making sure that every single dinner was hapoy and well looked after. We discovered our two daughters share the same names as David's children. I jad the braised wagyu cheek and was blown away. All of our dishes were if the highest order. Price was inline with the quality of food and service we received. Thank you David and staff for a wonderful meal."Inle Princess Resort: "A Magical Place"
From being "driven" into the hotel by a one-leg oarsman to enjoying the palacial dining room, this is a magical place. The contrast between life here, and the abject poverty in Myanmar fomented by years of dictatorship is instructive.Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Perfect Koh Samui Family Trip"
"Wonderful unpretentious small resort, nicely embedded in lots of plants and palm trees. You will be greeted with a very warm welcome and personalized service. They will do all their best to make your vacation special. Food menu is really huge for a small resort and small restaurant, but they surprised me with great quality fresh thai and european dishes. And we are certainly not the least picky regarding food quality. On the menu you will find great thai kitchen to lobster or wagyu burger. For our kids we made sometimes special requests which were all handled perfectly. Some vegetables/herbs etc are organically grown in their garden. Even if you don't stay in the resort, be sure to visit the restaurant. Cocktails are of great quality, lots of gins with fever tree tonic are available. We also did a cooking class with Toy, their chef, and were grateful for the time and effort she put into explaining all the details of thai cooking. The cooking took place outside with a view onto the pool and beach, which was a nice detail! Our two bedroom pool villa had all required amenities and was very clean and decorated with love. There is also a spa, but in the end we didn't have time to try it out. Airport transfers were organized by the resort and were perfectly on time with luggage service etc. If you don't need a huge and maybe crowded resort like the W, Four Season, but prefer a more authentic familiar service, this is the place to go. In the end I can only highly recommend the resort. We will certainly go back one day! Stayed April 2017, traveled with family"Rachamankha: "Luxury Oasis in Middle of Chiang Mai — Superb Value"
The Rachamankha hotel is an oasis in the middle of Chiang Mai, Thailand. My wife and I stayed there for three nights as part of a southeast Asia tour. The hotel grounds are fabulous and peaceful. The break fast was outstanding and a great way to start any day. The value for the price was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.Hotel Tugu Lombok: "What a nice place"
"We (couple with daughter) spent 3 days at this exceptional hotel. Usually we go out to explore the surrounding but this time we stayed at the hotel because it is such a nice place. The staff and management are really motivated to give the guests an unforgettable time. The place is spacious and the rooms are big and very nice decorated. Only downside is the beach. Good for having a relax time on the sunbeds but not so good for swimming. There are some sea urchin. The hotel provides special shoes so you still can go in the water. A better alternative is to go to Gili Air for swimming, diving or snorkeling. It is very close (20 min. by boat). Or just stay at one of the pools and enjoy the very good bar and restaurant. Thanks to everyone who made or stay so nice. We will be back for sure!"The Cabochon Hotel: "Beautiful place, lovely stay"
Had a wonderful stay here recently. The building itself was a wonder, and the rooftop pool a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Breakfast was excellent, as were the staff. Wish we had stayed more than the one night, so will have to return next time we are in Bangkok.
