Sandat Glamping Tents: "Perfect"
"We stayed for 3 nights during our honeymoon. The ‘tents’ are luxurious and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much. They offer a free shuttle into Ubud which is very convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport is reasonably priced. I’d recommend for ease to use them as the vehicle is comfortable for the long drive. The declarations throughout the ‘resort’ are carefully thought and eclectic giving an almost grand feel. The food is lovely as are the drinks! For anyone coming to Ubud I’d recommend nowhere else."Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Absolutely Lovely!"
We treated ourselves to a night at Tiger Mountain after a trek in the Annapurna region. The combination of a stunning location, gorgeous stone cottage accommodation and an excellent level of service sets Tiger Mountain apart from other places in Nepal. We were very impressed with the knowledge and service level of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the excellent food provided. Two of us decided to do the morning guided bird watching tour, which was excellent. We saw an amazing assortment of birds on a short walk around the property, including a very pretty scarlet minivet. The views from the property are superb!Tugu Malang: "Quite charming and well worth a visit"
This is a lovely little bijou hotel, filled with Indonesian and Chinese antiques and art, conveniently situated right in the heart of the old town facing a pleasant open square. The architecture, like the rest of the hotel, is slightly idiosyncratic and charmingly individual, which differentiates it from the usual run-of-the-mill ‘international’ hotels. The staff in reception, housekeeping and the restaurant are exceptionally efficient and helpful in a relaxed, friendly way. The restaurant has a wide selection of cuisine – Indonesian, Chinese and international – which often spells trouble, because it is difficult to keep such a range of ingredients fresh. However everything we ate in a week-long stay was fresh, delicious and cooked to a every high standard. If you visit Malang, I would definitely recommend this as a most enjoyable place to stay.Cuisine Wat Damnak: "A must if visiting Angkor Wat"
We had a recommendation and made a reservation (recommended as the restaurant was full). We each had different tasting menus and both were excellent - great flavours and well presented. A good and not too expensive complimentary wine list so for the quality it was well priced. The staff were friendly and interesting to talk to the owner/chef whi visited all the tables.Muang La Lodge: "relaxing and wonderful experience"
"It was the best hotel reception and introduction from the staff I received in years. Charming, relaxing, and unexpected activities. The hotel staff, dinning experience has been a delight. I would recommend to stay at least 2 nights, have time to appreciate the food, unique hot spring bath, and trips proposed by the hotel..."Talabgaon Castle: "Unreal Experience"
"My wife and I recently visited this resort on our trip from San Francisco and could not have been happier with our stay. It is a beautiful property and the staff could not have been more hospitable. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. We stopped here for a night in between Agra and Jaipur. It is in the countryside so it is a very tranquil and peaceful setting when compared to the city. We were treated like royalty at this 200+ year old castle that was recently restored to this beautiful resort. The resort sits on 100 acres with expansive lawns, a pool, gardens, and a polo field. It is a perfect place to spend a night or two to unwind and get way from the hustle and bustle of India. 5+ stars across the board. Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Excellent place to relax"
4 Rivers Floating lodge was an excellent place to relax. Calm, peaceful and blissful. A large variety of activities, from kayaking, jungle trekking etc. The staff and manager were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely visit again.Satri House: "Just perfect"
My friend and I have just had five fabulous days in Luang Prabang, Satri house was just perfect the hotel is just stunning mixing old charm with beautiful gardens and is just so peaceful. We had a room near the small pool on the ground floor which was very comfortable and well serviced with a lovely large bathroom. All the staff were so helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble and everyone took time to talk to us each day. We felt very welcome and at home there. We used the spa which was very relaxing and the restaurant, where the food was amazing, but more expensive than the good places in the town and very quiet. If you want peace and quiet and the bonus of being able to walk or jump in a tuk tuk for the short ride into town then this hotel is ideal. It doesn't have super modern bathrooms and shiny TV,s or an expansive breakfast buffet with endless services. However it has wonderful staff with great service in a beautifully decorated boutique environment that more than exceeded our expectations. I know what I prefer and we will be back because of this.Reverie Siam: "Favorite place we stayed on our honeymoon"
"This resort is truly phenomenal! This place embodies elegance, comfort and class. Not only are the grounds gorgeous, but the service is fantastic as well. We checked in and were greeted with drinks and a tour of our room and the facilities. The hotel had a very quick transport service to drive us into the city whenever we needed. The beds were really comfortable and our room had wonderful locally made toiletries that smelled like freshly peeled ripe oranges. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We ate at the Silhouette Bar & Restaurant every morning for breakfast and once for dinner. The presentation was beautiful and the food was fresh and tasty. When I think back to my honeymoon, I will always think about this beautiful retreat in Pai!"MesaStila: "Perfect!"
"The architecture, ambience, landscape, surrounding, view, amenities, facilities, service, all perfect! We stayed at the Ambar family Villa which has beautiful view to the mountains & lush greenery. I & hubby particularly enjoyed the in-house coffee plantation tour."
