"We love this place, especially for breakfast or lunch or just a cup of coffee. Look out over the river and relax. We went here with my son of 6 months, they are very baby friendly. They provide a high chair and baby bowl. The staff is very helpful. The food is very good, we had breakfast there and that is great. Choice of different types of breakfast. All of the dishes were delicious. The fried beef jerky with kaffir leaves was very interesting and addictive. The masaman curry and another red curry also both excellent. It's a casual place but very tasty food. Would return and recommend if in the Thonglor area.The Apsara Rive Droite: "A real gem!"
The Apsara rive droite is a lovely small friendly and luxurios hotel. We loved it and had a river view room with a nice terrass overlooking the river. The staff was nice and especially the assistant manager who was so helpsome and kind. We borrowed bikes during the day and took the hotels river boat in the evening. We relaxed around the pool and most of the time it was peaceful and quiet. I was surprised to ser that there were small kids since I had seen on the internet that kids under 12 were not allowed! Of course it 's hard for young kids to talk quitely and not to yell and laugh loudly so I think it would be better in such a quiet place not to let kids stay there. When you travel without your kids you don't want to be awakened by other kids and you want to have breakfast and other meals in quiet surroundings. It could be old information but there still is information on certain sites that kids are not allowed. It's a super nice place and I really recommended it!Cuca: "Our all time favourite restaurant"

Their service is always impeccable. They revamped their breakfast menu and it's amazing. Apart from healthy options, they added fancy options like truffle quiche. You must try their freshly baked croissant too... you will not regret it. It is literally the best croissant I've ever had. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind from the busy city life. Surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains and the forests and ricefields and plantation. The public areas are very well appointed, having taken pains to fill the clubhouse and the bar/lounge with vintage, period pieces. The staff is always helpful and polite. Excellent service by everyone. We even had a private tour of the coffee plantation where we were introduced to the flora and fauna of the place, the organic garden, the coffee area and once more given traditional snacks and more coffee and jamu. One can spend an entire day just lounging by the infinity pool by the jungle. Or playing billiards in the lounge. Or walking around the extensive estate. The spa/hamman facilities and menu are also top-notch. I can't say enough good things about the place. It is a very, very gracious place full of hospitality, warmth and the beauty of nature.VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Holiday in heaven"

My girlfriend and I booked a 24 safari with Leopard. We are two single moms travelling with four little girls and this was a highlight of our three weeks in Sri Lanka. The staff were amazing - treating us to snack, beverages and the most delicious outdoor dining experience we've had. Our daughters were pampered, which was such a treat for the moms! We appreciated Leopard's desire to harmonize with nature, thoroughly enjoyed our hot shower after safari and even saw a family of leopards on our last treat out.Satri House: "A pleasant stay"
"We stayed here for four very comfortable nights...a quaint hotel, comfortable rooms with a balcony....very antique furniture collections from all over the world...and some special touches. It's not hard to find yourself lost here with all the different walkways to different rooms etc. took me a couple of days to finally get it right!!! Service was excellent.... In the afternoons a knock on the door with a small snack....mini bar restocked each day. Wifi good. Easy access to the town...not far to walk. No tv...which is a plus to relax and enjoy. There is a library! Full breakfasts were lovely...we had cooked every day..starting off with a large fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. Staff and management were friendly and helpful. We paid the bill and received a farewell gift. Thank you Satri House."
