Villa Song Saigon: "WOW!! Lived up to all expectations"
We absolutely loved our stay her. The rooms and hotel was amazing, gorgeous pool, wonderful food, amazing staff. We do not have one bad thing to say about Villa Song. We definitely did not want to leave!! We stayed in an interconnecting room with our three kids.Villa Song Saigon: "Amazing boutique hotel"
An amazing boutique hotel besides the Saigon river. Normal rooms are a little small but the suites are amazing. My spouse and I stayed in a suite with balcony and we truely loved it. Everything is just great. All staff are most pleasant and Freddie at the terrace restaurant made sure we were well taken care of. For my birthday, flowers with a personal card was delivered to our suite; how attentive!. A private boat takes you from the hotel to the city (district 1) and at specified times, the boat will bring you back. We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful hotel and we enjoyed every minute of it!David’s Kitchen: "Amazing food"
Went there last year with my parents. Amazing food and restaurant. David had a nice chat with parents. You need to make a reservation!SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Exceptional service"
The waiters were very helpful and explained in details on the dishes. Food was delicious and well prepared. Atmosphere was good. Chef personally greeted us a few times at the table and even walked us to the door when we left.Sea Dance Resort: "Far from the crowds but close to everything. A beautiful, peaceful, friendly boutique resort"
Sea Dance Resort is a newer property near Choeng Mon town, a less crowded area of the island. It is close to the airport but out of its flight path so it is convenient but very quiet. My two, twenty-something daughters and I were ending our two week trip to Thailand and Siem Reap here and wanted an uncrowded, peaceful place to relax before we headed home. We found just what we were looking for at Sea Dance and spent four nights there. We loved our pristine pool villa as well as the resort's infinity pool and bar. The beach is absolutely beautiful there with plenty of covered and uncovered seating. The place is simply gorgeous, but it is the staff that make a stay there so unforgettable. Art, Faith, Helen, Ping at front desk (may have name wrong), Danny, Kwan and Gome couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. Kwan and Gome helped find my daughters when their paddle boats drifted beyond our line of sight! By the end of four days there we felt like we were leaving our family. This boutique hotel is luxurious without being ostentatious. The staff is genuinely friendly and sincere. I would go back in a heartbeat!Inle Princess Resort: "Heavenly Spot"
This is a spectacular property. From the moment you approach this resort by boat, you feel tranquil and welcomed! To protect the peaceful nature of the resort, it is required that the long boats shut off their motors. You are paddled to the reception dock by a local paddling with his legs. The property is well laid out, with cabins spread out along the property. Some of them are lake view, others are pond view. The cabins are comfortable, with teak woodwork everywhere. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, with an outdoor (enclosed) shower to boot. The service is attentive. Overall, this is a relaxing, enjoyable property that strives to fit in with the local culture. The only downside was spooty internet access, but this is a minor detail which is easily overlooked. Highly recommended.Maison Polanka: "Haven in a garden"
"We had a blissful stay for three nights. Staff was very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. We stayed in the Yellow room which we thought was the best room in the main house as it was private, located right next to the shared coffee/tea making facilty and had a big, light bathroom. We arranged for two temple tours through the hotel and the guide allocated was informative and a terrific photographer. Choose this place if you want a quiet place off the touristy area but close enough to hop on a tuk tuk to Pub St in approximately 10mins!"THE ISLAND LODGE: "Great time in “l’ile de la licorne"
"We really had great time in Island Lodge. It deserves its name of ""secret retreat"". The location is amazing and totally surprising. The hosts really welcoming. They have decorated all the rooms and hotel with great taste. We highly recommend the boat and bike tour that give you unique experience of Mekong Delta. The homemade food is delicious and worths also the trip. Perfect getaway from Saigon...book quick there is not a lot of rooms!
Grazie!!!!! Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Best lunch in Yangon"
I've read about this restaurant in TripAdvisor and went to check out when my boyfriend came to visit me in Yangon. We loved each part of our Sunday lunch. The restaurant is beautiful, clean decoration, very attentive staff, beautiful lake view and very well organized. I am not sure if it is always like that but there were 2 set menu options available, 2 or 3 courses. We went for the 2 courses: starter and main dish. We ordered a rose wine to go along. The meal started with some lovely amuse bouche and they offered bread. My dishes were delicious and so were my boyfriend's. In the end, we were not sure if we had space for the dessert but we were offered a chocolate dish as house courtesy! We were delighted! The meal and drinks were not cheap but it worth each cent that we paid. The food, the ambience, the staff, the quality, the service, all high standard. I do recommend and I hope to return soon. To the Seeds' team, congratulations! It was a lovely meal and service!
