Glenburn Tea Estate: "Fantastic retreat in the mountains"
Having read the reviews, we were not looking forward to the road transfer from the airport up to Glenburn but it really wasn't too bad at all and definitely worth it. We were warmly greeted by Will & Faye and they continued to look after us very well during our 4 night stay. We enjoyed the communal meals and we met some very interesting guests. The location was perfect, amazing views and our room lovely. The food was good and every effort was made to accommodate special requests (we had scones and specially made Portuguese tarts) We did a couple of the escorted walks which we really enjoyed. We also took much advantage of the free laundry service! A faboulous property and we had a wonderful time.Tugu Bali: "Don’t miss the chance to experience this place"
After 10 days of touring in Bali we finally landed at the Tugu. In hindsight I wish we could have spent even more days here. The service was unbelievable, the food was delicious, and the lawn near the beach was just perfection. We can't wait to go back!Rachamankha: "Such a beautiful and a tranquil place to stay"
"Stayed in this beautiful hotel this week and had a perfect family vacation. A definite 'must stay' if you want a peaceful and quiet place to go back to after your afternoon shopping and activities. Love their no small kids policy. All the staff greeted you with a smile every single time. Although one of the restaurant's waiter is always 'moody'. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to all the shops, massage spas, various temples, including 'Wat Phra Singh', Tha Phae Gate, 10-15 mins walk to Saturday night market and 5 mins walk to the Sunday night market. Oh, you MUST spend at least 1 full weekend, ie Saturday and Sunday, in Chiang Mai to enjoy the weekend night markets. What else could you ask for? Just love the place. NASA"Tugu Malang: "Warm friendly and so much Character"
"From the moment we arrived ,we were greeted with the most warmest of smiles. It didn't take long before the staff greeted us by our Christian names. Our room was beautiful and on the bed a welcome post card, a nice touch. Everything about this hotel is amazing, the service the cleanliness, the amenities , and the spa was divine. We took an organised tour through the hotel as it is very much like a museum. So much art and wood carvings, the walk down ""The Love Avenue"" towards the Sahara room was simply beautiful. The food in the Resturant, you just cannot fault, 5 star all the way. Afternoon tea is provided each afternoon with some traditional Javanese sweets. We had booked for 2 nights only but extended another night , just really couldn't leave. If I could give this place 6 star, I would. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay in Malang very enjoyable. "Reverie Siam: "Excellent"
We stay in this lovely resort for 5 days and it was perfect.all The staf are so helpfull and always smiling. Especialy thanks to the owner seb who looks that everything will be the best. We hope to come again next year. This is the best resort in pai.Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Relax in luxury"
"From the moment you enter this resort you start to relax. The resort is well designed so you feel very secluded from other guests. We had a seaview room which was very comfortable. It was spacious and had a nice sit out area which was shaded at all times. The pool is magical with great views over the sea. We stayed for 4 nights and for most of the time we were the only guests as it was the start of the season. I started each day with the yoga, the instructor Anil is excellent and he was patient with this beginner. The food is very good, no western food on the main menu but they did offer to create some for us - but we couldn't resist the local dishes. The do have indian beer and wine but no cocktails or spirits. The staff were very attentive and we were looked after very well. The spa is an oasis of calm and I recommend trying some treatments, the therapists were great. The beach was lovely to walk along, easily accessible from the resort. It's not a private beach so we met some very friendly locals. I only left the resort once, for a short cycle on one of the hotel bikes which was fun. I'd love to return here and could easily stay for a week. Total relaxation in this beautiful oasis of calm."Sanak Retreat Bali: "Beautiful, romantic retreat"
We booked a two-bedroom bungalow and the views of both the sunrise and sunset were amazing. Surrounded by farms, we practically had the retreat to ourselves as it was the low season. The retreat is eco-friendly and offers a range of spa and massage services. Total relaxation, perfect climate and a great place to lounge around the pool. We will definitely re-visit and stay longer. The Twelve Hotel: "Excellent!"
Everything was perfect ! we stayed 3 nights and would certainly recommend this establishment. The welcome after a long journey was very nice, and we were very well advised to visit the city. the hotel is decorated with taste, beautiful rooms, and is well located in a quiet and relaxing. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax at the pool. Breakfast is delicious and the cocktails served at the bar too! In short, excellent stay Thanks! The Hue House: "Unforgettable night at The Hue House"
"It was our 1st year anniversary yesterday. My boyfriend booked a table at The Huế House for this special occasion. The restaurant is on the rooftop 10th floor of an office building where we can see Saigon at night time. We came in the afternoon & catched the sunset - very romantic atmosphere which is suitable for us. The food was very delicious. Very nice decor as well. The restaurant owner was very nice to us, when he knew about this special occasion, he prepared us a cake as a gift. Thank you very much. This place is highly recommended "Tugu Lombok: "Beautiful Hotel Tugu Lombok where you can relax, destress and be pampered"
Hotel Tugu Lombok's hotel rooms are filled with amazing antiques, yet modern with a huge TV and free wifi. Our bathroom was indoor/outdoor and I must say it was a uniquely wonderful experience to take a shower outdoors in a mosaic tub. The open air restaurant serves delicious meals and overlooks the common pool and a view of the ocean. The 15 minute welcome massage was so wonderful that I booked a one hour massage. Along their beach Hotel Tugu has strategically placed double beds (yes beds) complete with sheets, thrown pillows and a food tray. The perfect spot to relax, have drinks, snacks, dinner and when it becomes dusk, candles are lit around the beds. It was so relaxing to lie back and hear the crash of the waves and enjoy star gazing. During my stay I booked a car tour of Lombok and I saw people and places that most tourists did not. If you are looking for a more in depth look of Lombok and its people you will not be disappointed in this tour. I was fortunate to have had my tour with Budi. His English is extremely good and he is a courteous and gracious guide. Hotel Tugu Lombok is what every vacation live up to.Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
