Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Truly boutique!"

Review by: Steena J | Source: Trip Advisor
"I visited this property while on work and was totally floored by the excellent service and the look and ambience of it. Quaint thatched roof cottages (some with their own private swimming pool and jacuzzi) are named uniquely after emotions like Peace, Love, Joy. Amazing sea views and a sandbar between the sea and the lagoon had me clicking away at my camera!!. The infinity pool faces the sea and looks inviting. The staff from the spa therapist to the restaurant stewards took very good care of me..As a single woman traveller, they made me feel safe and very comfortable. The resort does NOT use mineral water bottles at all! Water is served in glass bottles or copper jugs. The rooms also DO NOT have televisions so it is perfect for a digital detox holiday. The Common Room has a TV for those who cannot do without their daily dose of television bytes......There are two restaurants..One of them has a great collection of books which guests can borrow to read. A WOW experience I would love to repeat with my family! Room Tip: Choose cottages with the sea view...lovely to wake up to the sound of waves!!"

Villa Song Saigon: "Lovely little gem"

Review by: F K | Source: Trip Advisor
We travelled with our family. The hotel is a little oasis in an over crowded city. Its a boutique hotel on the river. It is away from the city and the hustle bustle. The hotel staff is very attentive. There is only one restaurant but the menu is quite vast and everything we tried was really good. The hotel is very good about directing you to nice restaurants in the area if you prefer to eat out.

Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "Easy and elegant hotel, lovely to return to after a day roaming Bangkok"

Review by: Valerie B | Source: tripadvisor.com
I like every thing about Cabochon, but mostly the serene and peaceful atmosphere. Despite the very obsessive attention to design details, the overall atmosphere is of ease and friendliness. The food at the restaurant is good. Breakfast is a bit cramped and the small buffet could/ should be improved - the fruit section in particular. One small thing this time the music in the public areas was rather loud, and we had to ask if it could be turned down a little. But these are details. I stay at Cabochon every time I go to Bangkok and I love it.

Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "A lovely hideaway from the loudness of Bangkok"

Review by: Glen K | Source: tripadvisor.com
"A really special place in Bangkok. Unlike nearly every other hotel there, this is a low rise, colonial style hotel which is super relaxed. Located perfectly for exploring trendy Sukhimvit, you will have a wealth of great places to drink and eat within 15 min walk (again unlike many hotels which are often quite far away any cafe/bar/restaurants) Hotel itself has a real personality, feels like you've stepped into a time-warp back to 'French-indochine' times but is very nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely hard wood flooring, huge windows. Restaurant is good for dinner, breakfast nothing special but fine. Staff very helpful, but never too pushy. In short, it's a very nice, very quiet place to hide away from the noise, smoke and general madness that is Bangkok."

Tugu Bali: "An amazing oasis in the chaos of Bali"

Review by: Thermopolye | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed in the ground floor room with a private pool. One of the highlights of the room is the amazing bathroom which opens up onto a beautiful koi pond. The staff are wonderful. They are very friendly and extremely accommodating. They all speak great english and they can arrange any tour, transport or dinner you request. We were surprised to find out that you can have your breakfast anytime before 5pm. This is a unique and extremely practical situation. Highly recommend this hotel. The gardens, the pool and the decor are sensory delights and you always feel like you are in a balinese paradise.

The Hue House: "Unforgettable night at The Hue House"

Review by: Chu Nhu L | Source: Trip Advisor
"It was our 1st year anniversary yesterday. My boyfriend booked a table at The Huế House for this special occasion. The restaurant is on the rooftop 10th floor of an office building where we can see Saigon at night time. We came in the afternoon & catched the sunset - very romantic atmosphere which is suitable for us. The food was very delicious. Very nice decor as well. The restaurant owner was very nice to us, when he knew about this special occasion, he prepared us a cake as a gift. Thank you very much. This place is highly recommended "

Tugu Bali: "Unforgetable wedding ceremony"

Review by: Magdalena D | Source: Trip Advisor
Absolutely amazing place with very helpful and polite staff. Thanks to the manager And my dear friend who organized it I had the best small and informal wedding ceremony that I could ever stean of. Eventough It's pred expensive It's definitely worth the visit at least for the ambience and very nice appetizers.

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Floating luxury"

Review by: Thatinalux | Source: Trip Advisor
"This highly unusual hotel consists of 12 luxury tents, actually floating on the river and surrounded by nature The tents are very spacious. Many of their ""walls"" can be rolled up to provide panoramic top-to-floor ""windows"" consisting of mosquito-proof netting if you prefer a view to privacy. Each tent has a private veranda with loungers and direct access to the river. There is a nice sitting area, several fans that can be adjusted to your own comfort, a DVD player (and a choice of DVDs from the reception) and rain coats (which unfortunately we needed). The bathroom has a barrel shower, which we thought was fun. Breakfast is served à la carte and staff was extremely flexible to adapt to special wishes and changes. For dinner, there was a choice of set meals, but equally a large à la carte menu. The lodge offers a variety of excursions against payment (boat trip to the waterfall, canoeing in the mangroves and visiting a local school, hikes in the rainforest, sunset cruise) as well as a short free boat trip to see the fireflies after dusk. We were unlucky with the weather, as it was raining all afternoons and thus we were not able to do the canoeing or the sunset cruise. We experienced great hospitality and particularly appreciated that management was permanently around, actively engaging with the guests and supporting all staff. There is no wifi apart from an emergency access via the phone of the manager. We stayed for 4 nights."

Slow Villas and Spa: "Fantastic Slow"

Review by: Vivi_Li | Source: Trip Advisor
"No doubt they are the “#1 of 148 Specialty Lodging in Gili Air” here. Everything & everyone was great. You got to try it out yourself to feel that kind of amazing experience that everyone here were talking about. Thank you Slow Team for the fantastic stay."

The Cabochon Hotel: "Charming Boutique Hotel"

"Amazing! The decor and building have so much character. The staff was extremely attentive. This was a relaxing retreat in the middle of bustling Bangkok. Breakfast was incredible and something we looked forward to each day. Convenient location near a BTS stop. Would highly recommend. "
