"Amazing stay at Maison Polanka. You step into a luxurious garden and a heaven of tranquility here. Everything is done to make you feel welcome; from the unpretentious French owners and their insights on the local life to the kind and attentive staff. The room (actually a fully detached house with a private outdoor living room) is decorated with incredible style. The food is worthy of any great restaurant in town. They helped us book experienced guides to visit the temples and had a Tuk tuk on stand-by for all our trips. A must stay place to visit the area! "The island lodge is a very special place. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like welcomed guests. We did the bike/boat tour with Michael through the banana plantations and seeing the locals going about their daily life, not another tourist to be seen. Every body is very friendly. Lovely place. Look carefully for the oversized, unpainted wooden doors, push them in, and you will be welcomed to a quiet respite with an award winning design, asian inspired western style dishes, attentive staff and a drinkable wine selection. A few choices of red, white and sparkling are available by the glass as well as the carafe, if you choose not to get a bottle. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The food is fresh and well prepared, without the grease or too much salt, that many of the local dishes are overloaded with. The atmosphere comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Jing restaurant, hotel and spa, is not for the budget minded traveler. The prices are city prices plus service charge. Even so, if you wish to celebrate a special day or create a memorable moment why not have a glass of bubbly or specialty cocktail in their second floor bar looking out onto a simply decorated, peaceful courtyard? The Heritage Suites is delightful.It's small and quiet, in the middle of Siem Reap. The staff are equally lovely, attentive and charming. The main accommodation is in a fairly functional concrete building but the rooms are large, clean and well fitted out. There is small pool with adjoining bar. The food is pretty good too and there are plenty of options for breakfast - including traditional Khmer - worth a try!Tugu Bali: "Great place to stay"
"Tugu is comfortable, staff pay a lot of attention to your every need, very baby friendly. Breakfasts were great. Pool was a great respite from the heat (especially as the beach is more of a surfer's paradise). The rooms are very well designed with attention to detail. Every corner has a little, fascinating curio to be discovered. The sound of the beach in the distance is very calming. however, there are a few bars/clubs on the street behind which might have some loud music thumping into the night - you may or may not be perturbed by this. Great bars and restaurants near by and a few metres away from the beach. We'll definitely consider the Tugu for our next stay. On a fairly rustic island, Slow Gili is a modern paradise. Julie the manager was incredibly helpful with talking us through the island and what to see. The rooms are modern, clean and plush. I just wish we had stayed here for longer. Their spa is also fantastic! Highly recommend!Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "Un grand merci"

I don’t really know where to start with this review as so much has been said before but you really must treat yourself to David’s Kitchen. Not one detail has been overlooked, staff are impeccable, quality ingredients abound, presentation is exquisite. This is truly a unique dining experience. David is such a humble host, sharing the success of his restaurant with his charming wife Prom and the wonderful Thai chef, along with his attentive staff. It’s clear to see he has a passion to create a wonderful dining room with superb food and excellent service, this he manages with ease and charm, his reward is to see people from all over the world enjoying themselves. his was the best pick! Everything was wonderful, the service, the breakfast, the dinners, the very friendly people. We highly recommend Jing's Residence. This hotel gives the best experience during our April 2017 Kalaw-Inlay vacation. We ( husband and daughter ) stayed here for only 1 night and my 11 years old daughter request me to plan a 3 days stay next time :) Staff are very friendly and professional , especially on our arrival , Thant Zin welcome us with the warm and genuine smile and touring around hotel. Throughout the stay we experienced the hospitality of all. The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We had dinner & breakfast there, we were so content with the oven fresh breads and croissant and the quality of the food. All in all , we were so happy and surely will come back again with all family members. My love of nature is completed by the surroundings , mini organic farms, aquarium , authentic Burmese cat village, birds chipping around the hotel .
