Villa Mathis: "Amazing stay"

Review by: hol1daytrav3l | Source: Trip Advisor
After staying at Villa Mathis and having one of those great amazing trips we would definitely recommend other people to stay there. the staff are really well trained and friendly, the accommodations are luxurious and the architecture is typical for Bali making it an immersive stay and keeps you close to the Bali culture.

MesaStila: "Have made plans to come back"

Review by: Sara A | Source: Trip Advisor
"We were impressed by the resort from the moment we arrived - and it only got better. The service level of the staff was exceptional, without being intrusive. Mbak Lily was very helpful during our stay, and everyone else we met there was equally hospitable. We enjoyed our room with the view of the Mt. Andong - breathtaking view to wake up to. Room was spacious and comfortable, furnished with antique Javanese pieces. Just beautiful. Food was excellent - wine collection can be improved though. We enjoyed the Coffee Plantation Walk and the Yoga class, and would like to try the Mountain Trekking on our next visit. One of the many highlights of our stay was the Hammam Spa, which is definitely not to be missed!"

Satri House: "Indeed a secret retreat"

Review by: OMNIPADMEOM | Source: Trip Advisor
"Beautiful hotel with a charming service. The room was very nicely decorated. Even if not in the city center, it is easy to go by bicycle and see all major attractions of the city. A little minus for the air conditioning unit located just above the bed."

Maison Polanka: "One of our favorite hotels"

Review by: Vxmiran | Source: Trip Advisor
"Maison Polanka is heaven: Wonderful location, close to everything but private and secluded. Four rooms nestled in a gorgeous garden with a fantastic pool, delicious restaurant (don't miss the amok fish and chicken skewers), a cute resident bunny, tea time with yummy baked goods, and a spa with really stellar massages. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to be back!"

Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "Perfect in every way"

Review by: cmaryg502 | Source: tripadvisor.com
We loved Cabochon Hotel. From our initial dealings over email to our warm welcome on arrival, the staff looked after our family and ensured our stay was stress free. Suites are beautiful and we had a connecting door through to our sons suite which was very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good quality and tasty, beds are comfy and excellent quality bedlinen. A highlight was the swimming pool which was always quiet. We returned for one more night on our way back home and stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was even better - light filled and larger balcony. We have nothing to be negative and we think we are pretty fussy.

Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "A little piece of heaven"

Review by: veniera | Source: Trip Advisor
"Only for who is looking for relax and real contact with nature. No windows, doors or keys, forget shoes and phones, bathroom is openair. Andamane sea in front, savannah behind, mangroves canal, jungle around you. Typical and excellent dishes served for breakfast and dinner. Opportunity to make some really thrilling experiences with a thai guide. Thai original massages in a beautiful setting on the beach. Staff is really nice and helpfull and give you all the privacy needed. We were there for new years eve and was a wonderful beginning with bonfire on the beach, fireworks, lanterns throw. As I said a little piece of heaven!"

Yandabo Home: "A tranquil stopover"

Review by: aljweir | Source: Trip Advisor
"Stayed one night to break our ferry journey from Bagan to Mandalay and it was an unexpected highlight! The rooms and facilities were spacious and luxurious but it was the staff that helped to make this stop over such a delight. Thanks especially to Linn Khine Phyo who arranged our trip over the river to the water buffalo village and accompanied us to the pottery village next door, nothing was too much trouble for her. We would highly recommend Yandabo Home if you are considering breaking the ferry trip."

Slow Villas and Spa: "Little piece of paradise"

Review by: fabulous23 | Source: Trip Advisor
"The moment we entered the villa, it felt like home. The villa is nicely decorated, offering you all the space and luxury you desire. A private pool, nice garden, lovely staff, fabulous breakfast and all the privacy you need makes your dream come true. My partner got good advice on where to dive and experienced three nice dives. And we really enjoyed the massages at the Slow Spa which has a nice atmosphere. Slow villas offers a concept we really enjoyed. Leaving this place really hurts a little as it is really a little piece of paradise. With love, Fabienne & Roel"

Rachamankha: "Absolutely Fantastic"

Review by: JustaPack2 | Source: tripadvisor.com
We stayed in this tiny slice of tranquility for two nights and loved every second. The ambiance, the decor, the smiling staff, the tranquil pool, the wood library with complimentary cognac all made our stay incredible. The hotel was built and designed by a father and son duo from Bangkok, and they modeled it in a traditional Chinese fashion intertwined with northern Thai designs. The hotel is set up to separate its guests from the outside world and make them feel as if they were temporarily transported elsewhere, and I would say they succeeded at that wonderfully.
