Sukoon Houseboat: "Sukoon means peace on heaven of"
Kashmir’s beauty can leave you gasping for air, yet amidst such splendor, exists one tiny, wondrous place to stay. Of all things, a houseboat on the Dal Lake would be the most idle place to take in Kashmir’s beauty, with the looming snowcapped peaks -far away yet so near and the lotuses floating at arm’s length on the Dal.LES MAISONS D’ITAC: "little peaceful paradise found"
"We really enjoyed the experience. Far enough from noisy Moalboal. We stayed in a private house which was huge! On the hill with our own swimming pool. The place is quite with a big garden around full of bougainvillaea and facing the sea. The Resort is very intimate with only 5 accommodations. It keep this place quiet and charming, perfect to relax, even with kids. The staff who without exception provided us with wonderful service. They are all welcoming, warm and helpful. We will definitely come back soon. Thanks again to Bryan the manager and Marivic the chef :) "Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "A place to die for!"
"Marcus, I said that and more in your guest book. It's very difficult to put into words what an absolutely spectacular place to spend a few days. Would have preferred the six. Wonderful welcome from all. Tea with home baking on arrival is a very good start. Pampering at best. Nothing was any bother. We didn't feel as though staying at a hotel. I know we were lucky weather wise. Breakfast with that view, oh boy, plus homemade bread. Cannot go wrong. My wildlife pics are thanks to Hari rather than me. He has good eyesight. My fellow travelers have the same opinion. We are still swapping pics. I said I would be back and I will. Perhaps not with the same tour operator as, yes, itinerary has changed. Very many thanks to you and the boys. Also my cake and pressie"Villa Song Saigon: "Personal service"
"This hotel has a small number of rooms compared to big hotels in District 1, so you get personal service. And they do a great job of that. Great spot by the river. Close to the expat area with great restaurants. Stayed March 2017, traveled on business"Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "If you need a place to forget time"
"Imagine classical music playing while you are having delicious homemade breakfast , watching the green fields and mountains looming over the horizon. Imagine privacy, luxury and great hospitality combined, as you relax in a refreshing pool and bath in the sun. Imagine, different spots within the resort that you could slow down, read a book, feed the fish and realign your thoughts. That, is Rice and Zen. This resort has it all. This was a perfect place to spend my birthday with a couple of close frens. Recommended to rent a car for ease of convenience and to try out other fabulous restaurants such as Arbutso and Vivobene"CHAKRABONGSE VILLAS: "Beautiful stay! Highly recommend"
"My friend and I stayed here for a few nights at the beginning of March. The villas are absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool and lovely dining area on the river. All the staff are polite, friendly and super helpful. Mr Ohm and Ms Atom were always there when we needed them, we especially appreciated the late check in and taxi from the airport organised for us. Room was gorgeous and very clean too! The hotel is right in the heart of old BKK so you can escape the hustle and bustle whilst also being able to see all the temples on your doorstep. This place is a hidden gem, highly recommend for anyone wanting a chilled space in BKK or for couples wanting a romantic getaway! "Rahai’i Pangun: "4 day / 3 night orang utan Boat trip"
"The boat was absoletly comfortable, the crew was very friendly, the guide very helpful and the food on board great. Go for 3d/2 night trip if you are in hurry and for a 4d/3night trip if you want to excplore everthing at a very leisure pace."Villa Song: "What a wonderful gem of a hotel"
"I stayed in this lovely hotel for three nights and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Let’s start with the property, the Villa is so beautiful and charming. The furnishings are well appointed and the size of the room itself is comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was especially relaxing with everything you would need. The room comes with a complimentary mini-bar that is re-stocked daily and the bed was so comfortable. The grounds are inviting with a super large lap pool and a small but very adequate gym. Start your day with breakfast sitting next to the Saigon River and finish with a cocktail while relaxing next to the river. The staff is superb and very knowledgeable, the manager definitely is of top quality and explains why the staff is the same. They assisted me with booking a tour of the Mekong and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay at this property on a future visit. If planning a trip to Saigon, definitely stay at the Villa Song as you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you eat as many meals as possible as the it is a gastronomical delight that will leave your palate dancing for days."Mume: "A great evening, great tastes & ambience"
This is arguably one of Asia's finest restaurants … the a la carte menu is a fusion, at times I felt like at home in Sydney, at times it went to Scandinavia … The ambience is minimalist, dress code casual (loved that aspect), staff friendly and informative; the food we ordered (and most of it shared) was excellent, top marks to the wagyu tartare and ribeye. I read some negative reviews below … I am guessing people were expecting a Chinese banquet for the price. This is quite a different experience, its all about tasting the food, the fresh ingredients and the innovative. We certainly did not leave the restaurant hungry, quite the opposite. If you are a couple like us, choose different starters and mains and try as many as possible. My only objection is the wine list … for a restaurant of this calibre, they should entertain more wines … especially from NZ, Australia (they would go well with the food). The Village House: "Relaxing and chill"
Seemingly in the middle of nowhere this hotel was a complete surprise to me. The staff were all incredibly friendly and really helpful with arranging things such as going to the national parks, when the shuttle bus didn't come the boss drove us himself. All the food was fantastic as where the cocktails, highly recommend this place.friendly
