Pindaya Farm House: "Paradise!"
Thahara in Pindaya, Myanmar is the most wonderful B&B. The accommodations were spotless, the food excellent, the host and hostess were polite, kind and very attentive. I was very sick for about 24 hours and they made special food for me! Our host picked us up at the airport and provided transportation for our sightseeing. The setting for the B&B is in the country on a farm. Very quiet and peaceful. We are already planning our return trip. I would encourage everyone to consider a trip to this lovely property.Tugu Bali: "Amazing hotel in the center of Canggu"
My husband and I were charmed by Tugu property. The lobby is magnificent and the lotus pond stunning. Our room was decorated with lots of flowers. We had a good glass of wine on our first night with a Nasi Campur. We highly recommend this hotel! We will come back!4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Magical"
"Our first view of the 4 Rivers Floating Lodge from our boat was amazing and magical and this was only the start of a most wonderful few days staying in our luxurious floating tent with our own Sundeck and steps down to the river where we enjoyed marvellous swimming. The views in both directions along the river, over to the island and across the forest to the hills were glorious. The dining experience sitting eating wonderful food and enjoying the views over the river from the open sides of the dining room was truly memorable and the friendly and most efficient and helpful staff made our few days in this haven of peace, tranquility and beauty an experience we will never forget Shelley and Stephen Ralph"Tugu Lombok: "Magical – Inspiring – Spiritual Almost."
"This was a trip we took with the family. One big room for my sisters and me and the rents in another. The place, from the minute you walk in you are greeted by kind staff, and the door grabs young transports you to another time! The little things like going in at night and preparing your room is just one of those things that make the trip extra special. By the second day they know how you like your tea, what your child wants, and how you take your eggs. If you are looking for a true eco-touristic place that is honest about what it presents, this is the place! There is so much more than a simple hotel! Its a true experience!"Villa Song Saigon: "Superb and enchanting"
"You have to go to believe how unique it is . The speed boat to downtown Saigon was the icing on the gateau. We arrived mid morning and were offered complimentary breakfast . Our rooms were most exciting . I shall never forget Villa Song . "Jing’s Residence: "An Asian Oasis of Calm"
Quietly unassuming plain wooden doors lead into this beautifully crafted small hotel and restaurant. We were offered tea and honey roasted dates as we sat down to register and then shown to an exquisite bedroom with with a warm wooden floor, huge bed on a wooden platform and a perfect bathroom. What a relief to find a room with no television but with lovely pictures, curtains and furniture. Tea comes in three loose leaf varieties and a bowl of tangerines was a nice touch. We dined in the beautiful restaurant on honey and ginger roasted chicken, stir fried beef and vegetables with rice and two glasses of really excellent Chinese wine. An unusual and wonderful small hotel set within the busking car free streets of this fascinating walled city.Mie Cafe: "Fantastic fusion"
"My wife and I had dinner and we were there in the early evening so had no trouble getting a table. This restaurant serves Khmer fusion which took us by surprise in that the dishes were visually stunning and amazing to eat - flavoursome with texture things going on, just brilliant. Not to be missed."Satri House: "Exquisite"
This is a warm and welcoming place that feels like a secret hideaway with attention to detail in all areas. The spotless grounds and beautiful gardens create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was always ready to make our stay the best possible experience by helping with any and all details from transportation to making sure we had bedside water and fruit in our room every night. This is the place to stay in Luang Prabang if you get the opportunity to visit.Manukan Island Resort: "Paradise"
"This property is absolutely beautiful and it's the only property on Manukan Island. There's a private beach area for guests and a public beach area for day guests. Once I stepped off of the ferry and walked along the boardwalk towards reception, I immediately felt at ease. I spent a lot of time at the reception area because it was the only place where I could access the wifi. Everyone was absolutely pleasant, extremely kind and helpful. The suite is my favorite part and I couldn't believe how spacious the suite was for little 'ol me. I recorded a walking tour of the room because I was in shock by how beautiful the views were and how much space was allotted. Breakfast was amazing because the options were endless including traditional Malaysian dishes, a juice bar, an omelette and soup station, etc. The food options for lunch and dinner were also great. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer but I certainly hope I can come back. Everyone that I met was a gem, the space was beautiful, the food and drinks were also great. <3"Cuca: "Is worth the drive…excellent Tapas"
"The food and cocktails are excellent ! Totally worth the drive. First we start with the cocktail. They are tasty and pretty to the eyes. The tapas are creative and tasty. We love the Bravas, Black squid ""risotto"". Black squid ""risotto"" is made of finely cut squid instead of rice. It is yummy and it gives a different texture as compared to normal risotto. Bravas - Tempeh with sundried tomato gives a nice taste to the usually blend tempeh. Their garden setting is nice and should the weather permit, it will be nice to dine there. Good service as well !"
