Tugu Lombok: "Well kept secret"

Review by: azulsacha | Source: Trip Advisor
I almost don't want to write this review, as I loved Hotel Tugu so much, I want to keep it to myself! From the exquisite location, exotic and beautiful decor and tastefully decorated rooms, attentive staff and lovely private beach - Tugu is a top-notch Hotel. I also appreciated that Tugu feels very private, as it is a large property with two large pools and an expansive beach front allowing one to feel like they are on a private getaway. I would return to Tugu tomorrow if I could. The staff are also top-notch and attentive and seem to really enjoy working at the hotel.

Cuisine Wat Damnak: "A must if visiting Angkor Wat"

Review by: Richard B | Source: Trip Advisor
We had a recommendation and made a reservation (recommended as the restaurant was full). We each had different tasting menus and both were excellent - great flavours and well presented. A good and not too expensive complimentary wine list so for the quality it was well priced. The staff were friendly and interesting to talk to the owner/chef whi visited all the tables.

Satri House: "Wonderful"

Review by: Judi L | Source: Trip Advisor
This is a most elegant and beautiful hotel with lovely facilities- beautifully furnished - lovely swimming pool and other pools. Gardens a delight. It is in a lovely quiet area, tucked back from the road and only a 15 minute stroll into town.

MesaStila: "The moon of paradise"

If you like to know about coffee plantation, to hear an indonesian music and to have a rest is that one of the best place. Five starts hospitality. The spa - including the turkish bath - was brillinat. The food is excellent.

Amata Lanna: "Great boutique hotel"

Review by: ByMrsP | Source: Trip Advisor
My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights. We loved the personal experience of staying in a smaller, boutique-style hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were always greeted with a smile. The room was large, traditional Lanna style with a very spacious bathroom. The daily breakfast was a fairly small selection but delicious and still something for everyone (cereal, toast, eggs, bacon, Asian-style porridge etc). We would definitely recommend staying here.

Satri House: "Peaceful oasis in Luang Prabang"

Review by: nmc2409 | Source: Trip Advisor
"Recently spent 4 nights at the Satri House and can't say enough good things about this place. Where to begin: 1. Property is gorgeous. Because few rooms, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. And the pool is set in a magical setting 2. Rooms our spacious and very clean 3. Free access to bikes and loved riding into town everyday 4. Great breakfast 5. Lovely staff. Helped us organize tours in Luang Prabang. Must go to waterfall and Mekong river cruise. Both highlights"

Reverie Siam Pai: "Best hotel in Pai – great design. Superb breakfast!"

Review by: VillaYar | Source: Trip Advisor
"This is by far the best hotel in Pai. Beautifully designed with quirky touches. The restaurant is voted the best in Pai - but isn't actually very good. However, the breakfast is sublime and staff incredible. The main swimming pool is lovely and relaxing, the 'riverside bar' is a waste of time so just head straight out and explore the unique Pai - it's what you are here for afterall? We had room / bungalow 8 which was gorgeous but a little dark, I would have liked to see another, brighter room. That said, really comfy bed and the bathroom with Jacuzzi is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!"

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Relaxation, Views & Friendly Service"

Review by: BaldEagle66 | Source: Trip Advisor
Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge was an amazing place to stay. Impeccable service and incredible views. Ask to go for a walk around the local village or enjoy a spot of bird watching. The fire pit is a great place to spend some time in the evening. I would highly recommend the experience.

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "A fitting end to our holiday"

Review by: maddensk | Source: Trip Advisor
The bungalow is set in a well maintained palm tree plantation, the room was very clean and stylish and modern, with an amazing semi outdoor en suite bathroom complete with a palm tree. The shower was very effective and there are twin wash basins and a selection of toiletries. There was an ample supply of luxurious towels which were changed every day.The room had a king sized bed with cotton sheets, which was very comfortable and The room had sufficient wardrobe and drawers. There are two restaurants, one formal and a seafood one on the beach. We only ate the seafood restaurant where the selections are on a blackboard, which changes daily a variety of fish in various sauces. The meals were always superbly cooked and presented and the friendly but professional service was always present.Breakfast was only served at the beach restaurant with an excellent choice of both Indian and european food. This is an exceptional hotel, the pool is well maintained and has really comfortable loungers. This hotel is certainly 5 star with prices to match, although surprisingly the wine when compared to our previous hotels was reasonably priced and good quality. They offer various activities including yoga, spa, backwater cruises, cooking lessons and you can walk safely on the beach which stretches for as far as the eye can see.The wi-fi is slow but acceptable and the hotel is non smoking.

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "The place to ‘be"

Review by: JPlant2014 | Source: Trip ADvisor
My husband and I have just spent a week at Neeleshwar and had a VERY relaxing time. The accommodation is fab-u-lous (the bathroom being semi-outdoors with tropical planting - thank goodness for the fan as it felt much hotter out there than in our air conditioned room). We had an Ayurvedic massage each day. I could get used to having a daily massage! It was wonderful! Mr Jayan and his staff were very respectful and couldn't do enough for you. Credit must go to the designer of Neeleshwar Hermitage who has landscaped the resort impeccably, with great accommodation and exotic planting. There are lots of resident birds. Breakfast and lunch were taken at their beach cafe, and dinner in the restaurant. The food was fresh and flavoursome. We even had a traditional Keralan meal one evening which was served on a banana leaf and eaten with your hands. There is an infinity pool where you can order drinks and snacks. I loved the trip on the houseboat. If I'm ever lucky enough to return, I would like to spend a night (or two) on it.
