Locavore: "world class dining in Ubud, Bali"
This is an extraordinary French fusion cuisine restaurant. Everything is first class: food sourcing, preparation, presentation, taste.Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "A peaceful and luxurious haven"
From the moment I arrived I felt at home in my comfortable room. Very friendly staff, excellent service wished I could have stayed longer. The food was fantastic too and as for the quirky interior design it must be seen to be believed. This will now be home from home whenever I come to Bangkok. They also arranged a trip to a tranquil and beautiful spa for me,Satri House: "High-end colonial feeling!"
Colonial feeling like in a private Villa. The lovingly furnished interior, the pool, the complete architecture is marvellous, just like the home made-jam,, the Croissants and the Baguette at breakfast.Tandjung Sari: "Traditional Bali"
"We had been recommended Tandjung Sari by friends and were not disappointed. This resort has prime position on the beach at Sanur in Bali. The restaurant and bar look out over the beach and are a perfect way to start the day and a fun place to people watch. (...) Every one is very friendly and helpful and made our stay so comfortable. The hotel made up a beautiful flower arrangement for my birthday which was special. The food at the restaurant is top quality and the breakfasts are delicious- especially the croissants. I highly recommend this resort for a traditional style Bali holiday with lots of comforts. Can't wait to go back."Cabochon: "Quite an experience – highly reccomendable"
"We found this unique hotel to be in a good part of Bangkok. Close to the Skytrain that connects you to most of the city and to/from the Airport. Very helpfull staff and overall great service level. As this is a boutique hotel with very few rooms, you really feel you get special attention. Nice rooms, with beautiful decor and a nice bathroom. Our room also featured a pleasant balcony (free minibar and fresh fruit daily by the way! Good breakfast as well) We especially liked the roof top terrasse with the large swimmingpool and stunning views of the city. A+ experience and highly reccomendable for those seeking a luxury feeling at very resonable rates."Supanniga Luxury Bangkok River Cruises: "Lovely relaxing cruise on the river"
I have done the Shangri La cruise, a cruise on one of the big party boats and this Supanigga cruise, I have to say this was the nicest with by far the most authentic Thai food. The staff who served us were charming and discreet and one did not feel ripped off as people have mentioned on other cruises. There was a free flow of bottled water and the drinks were not overly expensive. I would not recommend this cruise for young kids but for a romantic evening for a couple or an adult family or friends group it isn’t ideal. A nice touch was the crew singing happy birthday to my brother and a lady at the next table with a candle stuck into the mango sticky rice dessert. I thought this was far better than serving a cake for a birthday meal as usually one is too full to eat the cake anyway. Overall a big thumbs up to this cruiseThe Hue House: "Spectacular Restaurant"
The unforgettable moment when you enter the Hue House restaurant. The decor is just amazing with the old Hue house, reminds us of the past Hue imperial. The food has a good variety to choose from frm wrap, rolls and lots of BBQ variety to choose from. The food is just amazing and the taste is authentic. The service is good up to standards.Supanniga Eating Room: "Supanniga Evening Champagne Cruise"
We had a chance to try out the new Supanniga sunset cruise with my sister and her fiancee who were visiting us. Compared to many of the other river cruises, the experience was much more intimate with a small boat that was not in the least crowded for the 1-hour sunset cruise on a Sunday. Very comfortable and nice scenery, and the glass of champagne offered was very good! The sunset cruise includes no food beyond a few nibbles (think peanuts and dried shrimp), but the service was great and the menu for the later dinner cruise looked very appetising as well. Recommended for a special event or a less touristy cruise option for visitors!Sea Dance Resort: "Friendly and welcoming"
"This is our second trip to Koh Samui and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and were always available to help and give advice. Breakfast was good and the restaurant served a broad selection of Thai and international dishes throughout the day. One night each week the hotel hosts a cocktail and buffet evening. This was a good opportunity to meet the owner and staff in a casual environment. The individual rooms were clean with large bathrooms and a small private pool out front. The hotel provided robes and indoor slippers as well as flip flops for use around the resort. The main pool was quiet and had a lovely view of the beach and out to sea. The hotel was on a quiet road and some may find it too far from amenities other than a 7-11 close by however, we loved that this hotel was relaxed and felt exclusive. It took us around 20 minutes to walk to the busier main beach area. Overall we had a lovely stay and felt at home immediately. Thanks Sea Dance!"Rak Ko Jae Seoul: "Outstanding Cultural Experience"
Staying at Rakkojae Seoul was incredibly fun. Highly recommended for anyone seeking history & culture vacation. Rakkojae resided in the heart of the Bukchon village, convenience location, great walking neighborhood, steps away from tourism info center, and minutes away from subway station. We stayed for 3 nights in the separate house. The house was well maintained very nice and clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Kim the manager. The traditional breakfast serve daily was excellent. Rakkojae brought us an amazing experience in Seoul that one may not get if staying at modern hotel.Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
