Villa Song Saigon: "Great place to relax"

Review by: mkh77 | Source: Trip Advisor
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The building itself is beautiful and our room was spacious and felt very luxurious. There were little touches that we really loved such as the free water and beer in the mini bar which was refilled daily and a daily snack brought to your room in the afternoon. The hotel is out of the city centre, but there are regular boat shuttles to take you in to the centre of town. The pool area is a great sun trap or you can sit by the riverside. The breakfast and dinner area is outside looking out on the riverside and the breakfast is extremely tasty. The best thing about the hotel though was the team who ran the hotel. They were so helpful, giving us great restaurant and activity recommendations and helping us with any questions we have. I highly recommend staying here and you will leave feeling revived!

Bassac Cruises: "An experience not to be missed"

Review by: Treasaig | Source: Trip Advisor
"Boarded the Bassac at Cai Be, a well organised tour, food excellent, the varying scenery of the Mekong terrain makes you wonder how any army (even the USA) would even consider trying to subdue the residents. The was of life as explained by An the guide was an eye opener - they must be 100 years behind the rest of the country. A revelation. Guide An was excellent."

Inle Princess Resort: "Classic Architecture. Best Service."

Review by: CrooningTraveller | Source: Trip Advisor
"It was my first time at Inle Lake and I selected to stay here because my Myanmar friend used to talk about it as the resort also runs a non-profit organisation called 'Inle Heritage', so I think there is a good sign of people's minds here. The location is in the beginning of Inle Lake, so very peaceful. You have to take a long-tail boat farther to explore the lake. The architecture is in local style and each unit is large, so you definitely have plenty of space to enjoy, esp. when you come in a group. They have souvenir shop which sells local products and books. I was eager how those products are made and they toured me around a little area where they showed how local people live and products they make for a living. Quite interesting. The room is beautiful and you can see the sunset from your room. Morning time is SUPER calm. You will get recharged here for sure. The best thing must be FOOD. The chefs cook not only local Inle or Myanmar food, but also international menus / European menus and they did a great job. I personally like the baguette served hot for every meal. Also, tomatoes here are very fresh. I saw them planting on a floating garden around the lake. Other facilities like swimming pool, lobby, communal spaces are big. There are recreational areas around the resort. Staff members are caring. They accompany you for whatever you want. With the smile on their faces, they are genuinely generous. I've heard many of them working here for 15-20 years. Last, they have their own jetty in which you board the long-tail boat to anywhere in the lake. The jetty is well-designed. I am considering revisiting this resort again with family in the wintertime."

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Floating Rivers Dream"

Review by: dqhshaw | Source: Trip Advisor
Just came back from a unique hotel experience. Being situated in the middle of nowhere allowed me, my husband and our four kids to relax for the 4 days we were there. We spent most of our time swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the river. I would say 3 nights is the perfect amount of time to go. The food is amazing as our the staff

Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "A fantastic experience"

Review by: Jnewe | Source: Trip Advisor
What a wonderful place. The rooms are fantastic, cooking excellent and the staff are just brilliant. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed, attentive service, the fantastic views from the room. The concept of the hotel is perfectly executed, a joy.

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Fantastic Stay"

Review by: n16williams | Source: Trip Advisor
"Four of us stayed at Neeleshwar over the new year period. Staff are amazing and the spa fabulous. The resort does its best to make your stay peaceful. The pool is a very good size and the beach breathtaking. Our cottages were beautiful, clean and in very good condition. We absolutely loved the seafood restaurant on the beach. It is an adult environment so sometimes noisy children can distract from this. The resort probably needs to be MORE clear with parents that only well behaved children and parents who take responsibility for their children should stay here."

Tugu Bali: "A Luxurious Oasis Away from the Hectic Modern World"

Review by: Jon P | Source: Trip Advisor
This is our fourth visit to Hotel Tugu. Per usual the facilities/rooms/property is so well taken care of and the staff are attentive. Although the neighboring properties have gotten louder, it is still a wonderful place to get away from it all.

Reverie Siam: "Bucolic Bliss"

Review by: SommMarc | Source: tripadvisor.com
Following a vertigo-inducing drive through the precipitous one-lane highway from Chiang Mai to Pai we were greeted effusively by the staff at Reverie Siam. Check-in was pleasantly brisk and we were whisked away to our villa.  Rather than succumbing to any ephemeral breezes of fashion the hotel's owners have brilliantly transformed this tranche of Pai into a Curacaoan hideaway, circa 1920, complete with orange cobble stone walkways, vintage street lamps and impeccable landscaping. Our villa, with its double antique doors overlooking the rugged mountain landscape and the continuously evolving dramatic skies, was intelligibly designed with a panoply of accoutrement accentuating the hotel stylistic essence. Being lit only by the crepuscular gloam the private terrace overlooking the gardens was ideal for a late-afternoon aperitif. Reverie Siam's executive chef, Dustin Joseph, perhaps more aptly described as a gastronomic savant, has created an inspiring culinary program based on his years of international food exploration. The modest-and almost insultingly inexpensive-menu features mostly local fare harmoniously fused with premium western ingredients. The wine list offers a handful of decent labels however there are plans of expansion in the near future... A veritable riparian gem amidst Thailand's northern luscious landscape

Jing’s Residence: "Paradise in Pingyao"

Review by: katieflack16 | Source: Trip Advisor
While Pingyao did not blow me away - this hotel sure did! My husband and I were helped with the trains by the staff, and they graciously extended our checkout to protect us from the rain. Iman is absolutely wonderful and all the staff treat you amazingly. The breakfast was the best we had in China and all the little touches really made our stay memorable. If you're going to Pingyao, stay here!!
