MesaStila: "Amazing Place !"
"I was hesitant as the location is rather far from our base of stay in Yogya but saw the review and decided to try it. I was so glad I did, it’s such as unique and amazing place. Nestled in the middle if coffee plantation and surrounded by 8 mountains. In the morning we walked around the surrounding villages and feel so peaceful, the people are extraordinarily friendly and we feel at home. It’s not cheap at all but the stay was well worth it, I wished I stayed more than 1 night. Will return and stay longer God willing. Uploaded pictures that will say more words than I could write."Locavore: "Mind blowing experience"
"As I am new to the fine dining scene I wasn't quite sure what to expect but once the first tasting dish came out it was like a flavor bomb went off in my mouth and woke up taste buds I didn't know I even had and the night got better from there from the 7 starter tasters which seem to never end (trust me I didn't want it too) to the main my partner and I got the 5 course one herbacore and the other locovore it was the best way to go so we got to sample each others food yes they were small in size but I couldn't of eaten and more once it was finish we had dessert to finish off but even that was a experience as I don't really have a sweet tooth I was in heaven with the predessert taster then the dessert then the final dessert sample board neither I or my partner could fault our night at all it was culinary delight with amazing produce which is as fresh as you could possibly ask for yes the staff could use a few lessons on how to talk abit slower and louder as we couldn't really understand what we were eating but that just added to the excitement seriously looking forward to returning next time I'll be doing the 7 course with drink pairing Highly recommended and yes its pricey but if you were to go to Melbourne new York London or anywhere else for the quality you'd probably put a extra 0 on the end of the bill Great concept from a fellow Aussie and dutch working together highly recommend"Satri House: "Might be my favorite hotel of all time!!!"
Spent 5 nights on our honeymoon here and it was magical. I am obsessed with the Satri house, it has tremendous character, impeccable customer service and truly is a dream come true. I cannot wait to return to Luang Prabang just to visit this hotel! Keep it up!Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant: "Hard to find, worth the search"
"The restaurant space is clean, comfortable and a bit minimalist in design. The food is creative an superb. We like to select wines that do not typically appear on wine lists and we chose a glass of Cremant de Jura to start. Dishes of note included large river prawns with pork belly jam and shrimp paste, an incredible sous-vide pork jawl and an aged beef tenderloin. We finshed by sharing a duck egg custard with rice powder. All presented as creative interpetations and generally suggestive Thai flavors. Chef Ton oversees all and appeared to inspect every dish before they went to the table. Despite his resume, Chef Ton is quite young and should be heard from in the future. A tip to find Le Du if you go: when you turn off Silom Road onto Silom 7 Alley go to the end of the alley, to the T and you will find Le Du on the kleft."SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "10 out of 10!"
"Seeds is such a beautiful restaurant, definitely a hidden gem in Yangon. People who love fine dinning must pay a visit. The restaurant has just opened for one year, but already well known for tourists. If you have had enough local food for your trip, Seeds will definitely cheer you up by their top class standard western food. It is a very romantic place with all beautiful settings for couples. Facing the lake, you can enjoy sunset with cocktail before dinner."Rachamankha: "The Hidden Treasure of Chiang Mai, Thailand"
Everything about Rachamankha is excellent from the Front desk staff and most especially the General Manager who made sure I have the most comfortable experience during my stay. Its definitely my preferred Hotel to stay in Chiang Mai.Villa Song Saigon: "Beauty, luxury and the sunrise"
"The hotel is remarkable. Truly a villa and a luxurious one at that. The rooms are perfect and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; always willing to take time out to answer a question or provide insight. The restaurant is located on the Saigon River facing due east. It is well worth it to wake up early and watch the beautiful sunrise over the river."Tugu Bali: "Our new favourite hotel in Bali"
If you're looking for something special, unique and authentic then Tugu is it! A truly wonderful experience all round. Our accommodation was lovely. We stayed in the Dedari Suite and we're lucky to have not just a plunge pool , but an extended view through reeds across a pond and beyond to a nearby temple. We could even get glimpses of the surf! The staff were amazing, the gardens and buildings incredible. A wonderful way to immerse yourself in Balinese history. The attention to detail is everywhere, right down to the metal elephant door knobs in the public restrooms. Trying one of Tugu's cultural banquets is highly recommended. The recently opened Ji restaurant and bar is also destined to be a winner. Good food and drinks in a very quirkily exotic bar.Satri House: "Stunning Hotel"
"What a treat ! Such a beautiful ,charming boutique hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights . Everything about this hotel has attention to detail. Our room was so comfortable, could find no fault. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were out for most of the days but we loved going back to our hotel. I would highly recommend to stay here . Treat yourself ."SANAK RETREAT BALI: "Peaceful & magical"
"Stayed as a family (kids 5, 9 & 11) for a long weekend (3 nights). Stayed in a two-story family villa that was spacious and cozy, with beautiful rice paddy views. Kids chased frogs at night with flashlights and splashed in the pool during the day. Playroom above the restaurant and the pétanque court in the back were great additions! Excellent food & service, superb massages - also for kids, which is rare and ours loved it! Did the walking tour in the rice paddies and nearby village, including a swim in the waterfalls - it was wonderful. Also did the trip to Danau Tambligan, which was interesting, and the Munduk waterfalls. The sunsets are amazing, and the peaceful surrounds make for a perfect R&R destination. We will be back!
