Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Great Stay!"

Review by: 142magdalenap | Source: Trip Advisor
"We stayed at Golden Buddha Beach Resort for 3 Nights. The resort is surrounded by great nature and a beautiful, amazing Beach. It‘s very quiet except for all the great animal sound. Wild life nature The staff was very nice and super helpful with everything. Some sun beds on the big beach would have been nice since not every Bungalow is Beach front . Food was ok, small plates. If you need a Break from Thai food the beachbar serves Great Pizza. We definitely recommend this resort!"

Villa Song: "Simply Wow"

This was the hotel we chose as our starting point for your adventures in Vietnam. And what a place. Calm location right by the river proved to be the best possible introduction. Great staff and marvelous food.

Tugu Bali: "Memorable Stay"

Review by: Martina M | Source: Trip Advisor
"We stayed at Tugu for 4 nights early January and absolutely loved this little gem. Our accomodation was spacious, clean and filled with character and quirky design. My husband couldnt get enough of the indoor/outdoor shower overlooking our resident fish! I also really loved the high stone wall giving us complete privacy. The hotel is unique, for those looking for something with character and originality, you will really appreciate what is created in this little paradise. The whole place takes on a totally magical feel at night when the lamps/lanterns and furniture enhances the already rich romantic feel. We felt transported into another world... a special place we didn't want to leave. The swimming pool had lots of charm, we especially loved the frangipanis dotted around us. Location wise it's right next to the beach which is handy if you like to take strolls on the beach to burn all the delicious food offered! Also right next door is a newly opened bar (The Lawn) that has an amazing vibe overlooking the ocean and watching the surfers do their thing. The Japanese restaurant at Tugu is divine!! We loved every dish we tried and really enjoyed the space - They have done a beautiful job with the layout, again it's like being transported into a different world, all the furniture and decor worked really well together. The only dissapointment was my spa treatment, however the staff were very quick to address my concerns and make sure I was happy so in the end it wasn't an issue. We felt really welcome at Tugu and felt that the place had a really positive vibe. Service was definitely 5 star, giving attention to lots of little details, even giving us a little farewell gift! By the end we felt like we were leaving our second home. We will be back one day without a flicker of doubt... although I hear the Tugu Hotel in Lombok is also really special so we might have to visit there first ;) Thank you Tugu, for helping make our holiday a truly memorable experience. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"

Villa Song Saigon: "the very best"

Review by: JebbieSmalls | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed for two nights recently ... and wow. Two nights were not enough. This is one of the very best places I have stayed, period. The facilities and service are top-notch. Not to mention the up-and-coming coolness of the environs, and the experience of taking the free evening boat shuttle blazing down the Saigon River after a long hot day downtown. This is an experience not to be missed in HCMC.

Satri House: "Might be my favorite hotel of all time!!!"

Review by: blurker13 | Source: Trip Advisor
Spent 5 nights on our honeymoon here and it was magical. I am obsessed with the Satri house, it has tremendous character, impeccable customer service and truly is a dream come true. I cannot wait to return to Luang Prabang just to visit this hotel! Keep it up!

Reverie Siam: "Beautiful hotel"

Review by: Mayasolo | Source: Trip Advisor
The hotel was stuning and the room with the stand alone bath tab (river view) was amazing! The gardens, the lobby and of course the rooms were just gorgeous and very relaxing! The only minus was the restaurant- although it had a great tasety food it was all tiny so if you are hungry it's problematic to eat there. However breakfast was nice and the staff brought us more bread, and juice when needed. The staff were also very kind, and overall I would recommand this beautiful place to friends! P.s- it is 5 min from the walking streets of Pai but the hotel runs a shuttle that will take you whenever you want until 11pm, which was great for us!

Flower Island: "Paradise"

Review by: Luis E | Source: tripadvisor.com
I've been coming back to Flower island this year and have been 5 times. The enchanting island is an amazing setting of nature at its finest. Picture perfect beach, glorious sunsets and rustic luxurious atmosphere untainted by commercialism. The almost private landscape is give you a feeling of owning an island. So many things to do from walking on a path around the island(which takes 40mins), doing the trail up to the islands peak where there is a lounge area and lighthouse, Watershorts activities, island hopping, picnic lunch by the beach and must go south sea pearl farm visit. The simple and healthy gastronomic treat presents the abundance of the sea, salads, fruits etc. I can't forget the unforgettable. memories at the island bar and you can't miss their very own caipirinha. One can't help embrace the sounds of nature as it cradles one to blissful reflections. The most special attraction is the warmth of the staff of the resort where we were all treated like family... a distinct and wonderful setting you can actually call home.

The Village House: "Very relaxing"

Review by: Christel8 | Source: tripadvisor.com
We stayed in this hotel for two nights after our interesting visit to the Iban people in the jungle. We really could relax in this hotel as it is such a quite place. The hotel has a nice small pool and some little areas around the pool to sit. The rooms are very nice and quite big. Unfortunately there is only wifi at the public areas of the hotel. The hotel offers diners, you really have to taste the 8-course menu "Taste of Borneo" as it was very delicious.

VILLA SONG : "Simply the best!"

Review by: Shirley G | Source: tripadvisor.com
2nd year (4th visit) at the Villa Song Saigon and certainly won't be our last. Lovely hotel in a perfect location and the management, Yega Miss Thuy, and Kevin, together with their ever smiling staff, go out their way to make your stay memorable. We have visited many countries but overall the Villa Song is our favourite hotel. Already planning our return.

Sanak Retreat Bali: "No shopping, no need to go out to eat, just stay here and relax"

Review by: josephine2 | Source: Trip Advisor
"We were so happy with our time here - five nights in such a remote location might not appeal to all, but we loved it. After a long drive from the airport (unfortunately on a holiday Sunday which extended the time), we were charmed by our greeting. Although we'd booked a one bedroom villa, we were delighted to be given a two bedroom with a choice of a king size bed both upstairs and downstairs - or we could pick and choose! We also had a choice of three balconies to sit on - to watch the sunrise or sunset if we wished. The rooms are very comfortable - deliberately not with every 5 star inclusion - but we found out that if we lacked something we could request it and it was willingly provided. All rooms are furnished with Balinese art and objects and most are available for purchase (good if you miss the shops!). The spa also has a great range of desirable objects for purchase. Talking of the spa, I managed to fit in 4 treatments and was lucky enough to find Wayan for my first and then book In with him again. He is a wonderful intuitive masseur and had a good insight into the treatment that was best for me and also gave me some practical advice. In fact, I enjoyed my treatments in Sanak so much (this included a facial on my last day), that I cancelled the massage I'd booked in Ubud and don't feel the need for any more at the moment. Maybe I'll change when we move to Seminyak later this week! We took two of the tours offered by Sanak - one was a trek with a local guide - around the nearby village and then down to the waterfall for a swim. If I'd realized this involved hundreds of steps down a steep path (my husband tells me I'm exaggerating), I probably wouldn't have done it! However, our guide, Arca, constantly helped me down stony steps and across streams patiently holding my hand tightly. It is a beautiful waterfall and refreshing, unfortunately there had been a lot of rain the previous night, so the climb was a bit slippery too, and also the rocks around the waterfall were still wet so there was nowhere to sit and difficult to change in and out of our costumes on such rocky ground. Arca carried towels and water for us, which was great. We also took a tour with Giusti - very knowledgeable and personable - we chose to visit the hot springs ((public baths), the Buddhist temple and then Lovina beach. We bought delicious fish & chips from the Buda Bakery at Lovina and sat with Giusti on the black sand to watch the sunset and the full moon come out. The food at Sanak was excellent and well priced, and we didn't mind at all that we couldn't visit a different restaurant every night. There are a few dishes you need to order 24 hours in advance and we can particularly recommend them - the Balinese duck and another chicken dish - they were both excellent. Breakfast is generous although the service could be a little more leisurely in such a tranquil setting. Sebastian, ably helped by Neni, heads up a great team and all the staff are charming and extremely helpful including purchasing some local goods on our behalf. Our farewell was as warm as our welcome and we do hope to return there one day."
