Tugu Bali: "Astounding"
First off this hotel is magical in every way visually, ultimate Bali. What your dream version of Bali might be before you ever come here. Ever room is massive and filled with real art. But the grounds are the real gem here. If at all possible the Le Mayeur suite is one of the most astounding rooms I've ever seen in any suite on the entire planet. And for the price of a good hotel room in most places the suite is beyond worthy particular if your looking for something romantic. Good service as well! Highly highly highly recommended.Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Peace and tranquility by a beautiful beach on the Arabian Sea"
If it is total relaxation you are after then this hotel is perfect. The massage facilities are superb and very reasonably priced, breakfast on the beach or dinner watching the magnificent sunsets all add to the enjoyment. With ample space in the pleasant grounds for all guests to either be alone or in the company of fellow guests, this hotel offers a totally relaxing experience. All villas are superbly equipped, we were positioned very close to the swimming pool which for us was perfect.Inle Princess Resort: "Definitely stay here"
"Jan 18 It would be an understatement to say this property is ""impressive."" The lakeside location is the preferred side of the huge lake. The amenities are extensive and meant for long stays. We arrived by mini-van, but the usual method is by boat which is quite an experience. Later the next day we had that experience. Our bungalow is called a ""Lake House"" room which sits on the natural edge of the lake. Other inside bungalows have only proximity to man-made ponds. Our chalet #212 was very far from the dining and common areas, which reminded me of some of our luxury tent rooms in Tanzania's Sarengeti. I would suggest more outdoor lighting and more directional signage. The room is very spacious with a separate outdoor (no roof) shower which we didn't use because the inside shower and tub satisfied our needs. Amenities included all the contents in the mini-fridge, mosquito net, and binoculars. With no other easy options, the meals at breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Overall, a better choice in Myanmar would be hard to find. Stayed January 2017, traveled with friends"Tugu Bali: "Beautiful Old Bali Style"
"I had spend a couple of night's at the Tugu over Nyepi (Balinese day of silence) and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are stunning, full of little details that make your stay pleasant and also very unique - you feel in Bali, not like this could be any resort around the world. The staff is very sweet and friendly and the location is unbeatable, walking distance from the beach. "Samanea Beach Resort: "Perfect combination of luxury and comfort – peaceful and luxurious stay!"
"The rooms at Samanea are all villas decorated in traditional / colonial style, full of character and charm. My villa had an extremely comfortable king-sized bed, a lounge area with comfy sofa, and a full-sized desk for working. There was also a fully furnished patio that looked out toward the pool and the sea. The best part about the room was the bathroom. The toilet and sink area had a glass wall to the outdoor shower and soaker tub. A tall stone wall protected my privacy but I could bathe under the stars. Breakfast and all food at the restaurant was fantastic and they are in the process of changing their menu to include more vegan and vegetarian options, too! Terrific, peaceful and luxurious stay!"Bassac Mekong Delta Cruises by Secret Retreats: "Excellent overnight cruise"
I agree with all the other reviews that rate this highly. Annie was our guide too (on Bassac III, the biggest of their 3 boats, sleeping a maximum of 24). Annie was a lovely guide with extremely good English. Even though she was a last minute substitute for another guide who had been taken ill, and she had been working herself and was expecting to go and visit her mother, she was gracious, enthusiastic and helpful. I didn't get up to see the sunrise but I loved the visit to the floating market and the peacefulness and beauty of the smaller canal we went along.4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "A ROYAL VISIT"
"This resort is the most fantastic that you can choose to visit while in Cambodia. The resort provided serene relaxation and the most delicious and authentic food that is truly out of this world. The staff within this resort were also remarkable, every need and want was attended to and you truly felt like royalty!! I would highly recomend this resort to anyone who wants to have an outstanding Cambodian experience. I would like to specially thank the staff and chef, will never forget!! Thank you so much for treating my family and I so well. staff- 10/10 food- 10/10 location- 10/10 Room Tip: best views, experience, travel, fun, family, peaceful, mindfulness, travel, luxury, vacation"Misool Eco Resort: "Misool Eco Resort is unforgettable"
This is the third year I go to Misool Eco Resort and each year brings me so many surprises that makes me submit my bookings next year. You can not imagine that Three or four sharks will be hanging out in the waterfront of my cottage saying hello to me every day. And they are growing bigger and healthier each year. In the past two years I did snorkelling and it was not till this year I do diving. OMG wow what a wonderful and diverse sea life you can find here. Mantas, barracudas, nudi, Pygmy seahorse, all sorts of clownfishes, anemone shrimps, colourful soft corals that makes you thrilled and dizzy in every single dive. Thanks to my dive guide Agus who led me see those cutie species and their team Benny, Bram and James that adds so much fun in our dive. I also need to thank Sabine for her Wonderful choices of dive destinations and her attentiveness to details. My gratitude also to Banne who gives such nice massages to me and my husband. And last of all for Mark and Sue for the great sunset beach tour and helping me out for my rescheduling of my booking. This is a dream and loving place looking forward to see you all again.Sanak Retreat Bali: "Sublime"
"Grandes chambres de luxe au milieu des rizières. Très bon restaurant et prix très abordable. Il est aussi possible de manger dans la chambre. Comme partout a Bali, personnel aux petits soins. Le cadre est merveilleux, superbe piscine."SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Superb food in beautiful setting"
I had lunch with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location, the impressive ambiance and the professional and extremely friendly service. Food was an adventure; beautiful, with surprises that pleased the palate. Not not cheap but worth every penny.
