"We spent only one night for transit in Khwan Beach, we selected the resort due its advert being first Gallery resort in Thailand, we were curious and we enjoyed over much that short stay next to beach with a manicured and excellent staff service , breakfast included was super great served in the villa, amazing privacy and yet a nice overview of the Ocean (and koh Phangan Island ) 50 meters away. This is a beautiful property with amazing staff and service! The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, the spa was great, and the property pristine. The owner, Michel, reached out to us directly after we made our reservation and offered transfers from Ho Chi Minh City and back at a reasonable price, which made logistics easy. Michel and his wife, Francoise, also greeted us upon arrival, adding a nice personal touch to our stay. We highly recommend taking advantage of some of the activities offered by the Island Lodge - we did the Seven Bridges Bicycle Tour and it was one of the highlights of our visit to Vietnam. But stay away from My Tho proper, the city really has nothing to offer; just enjoy the lodge, the island, and the river instead. If you are traveling to the Mekong delta, I cannot imagine a better place to stay than the Island Lodge - simply amazing.David’s Kitchen: "Faultless"
"If someone had said before we left the UK that we'd be actively seeking a European restaurant in a country reknowned for having an amazing local cuisine I'd probably have laughed at them. The joke would have been on us if we'd missed this place... I'm not one bit surprised this establishment ranks so highly: the food was superb, the service first rate and I can only count on one hand the number of other restaurants where the owner actually comes out to see if everything is up to standard. My only regret is feeling a bit under the weather otherwise I'd have gone straight to the tasting menu. I have a feeling no matter what you choose from the menu it's not going to disappoint. "I love this place at the first step I walked in. Every details are extremely taken care and bring you the feeling like you're at home. Very quite, very peaceful. Food is good (especially the bread). "We had been recommended Tandjung Sari by friends and were not disappointed. This resort has prime position on the beach at Sanur in Bali. The restaurant and bar look out over the beach and are a perfect way to start the day and a fun place to people watch. (...) Every one is very friendly and helpful and made our stay so comfortable. The hotel made up a beautiful flower arrangement for my birthday which was special. The food at the restaurant is top quality and the breakfasts are delicious- especially the croissants. "Very beautiful villas with private pool and top breakfast. Breakfast is brought to the villa. The location is seeking super man is anywhere fast with the hotel's bike. "Most people will travel on the day to HQ prior to their climb but this year, I decided to stay at HQ so it will not feel so rushed the next day. This turned out to be the best idea. We came as a group of 4 and were given a private room to ourselves. Everything was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Towels were provided and so's bottles of water and added bonus, we have tea/coffee making facility in our room! What a treat. Das Restaurant liegt traumhaft gelgen direkt am Inle See unweit des Stadtzentrums und der Sundowner schmeckt in der Lounge nicht nur weil er wirklich gut gemixt ist, sondern auch vom Sunset und einer frischen Seebreeze begleitet wird.
