Tugu Bali: "Luxurious, Comfortable and Culturally Rich"
Like all Tugu group properties (restaurants and hotels), the Tugu hotel in Canggu, Bali, is amazing. Always putting forward their love for culture, Indonesian especially, and creative with the interior & landscape design. The new Ji restaurant is fantastic, Dragon of Ji being their special menu and very delicious.Villa Song Saigon: "Amazing experience"
We have just finished 3 nights here at Villa Song before departing on a river cruise and we wish that it could have been longer. This is an old French colonial house right on the Saigon river. The rooms are beautiful as is the grand winding staircase. We arrived on a flight at 11 pm and we're quickly shown to our room which was very spacious with a great bed and bathroom. The next morning was a wonderful experience as I walked down the stairs and onto the foyer to reveal an amazing view of the restaurant and outdoor dining on the Saigon river. Food was great, staff were superb and overall a great experience. This hotel is in a quiet area in district 2 so is a fair way out of Saigon Central, but hotel car runs frequently during the day to Central Saigon and finishes at the Opera House. But anyway even though it's a huge bustling city the taxi fare is around $A10. A wonderful stay.Manukan Island Resort: "Absolute paradise."
I have never before, and will probably never again, stay in such a beautiful resort. The rooms were worth 10 stars, as was the location. Yes, there are many tourists during the day, but they did not bother us in the slightest. The serenity of the island after the tourists leave is amazing - very romantic and beautiful. The breakfast, a la carte menu and various buffets were extraordinary. A very, very, very special mention to all of the lovely staff who were so genuinely kind, and made the stay what it was. If you find yourself at the bar, look for Frederick who makes the worlds best Espresso Martini!!!Tugu Bali: "Amazing holiday at beautiful hotel"
"Had a great week at Tugu over Christmas with family. The hotel is decorated with Balinese furniture and art, including in the rooms. Food was very good; nice choice at both the restaurant and for in-room dining. Rooms were first-class; we had a villa with private pool and it felt incredibly private. Service from the hotel staff was also excellent with great attention to make our stay very relaxing; all our needs were met including those from our impatient 5 yr old. Would definitely stay there again if we head down to Bali."Tugu Bali: "A rare gem"
"I stayed at Tugu hotel with my wife and my little one and we absolutely loved it. A rare beautiful place in the middle of a lush garden. They did an incredible job to maintain this historic place. The mystique beach of Canggu is one step ahead which can be enjoyed thanks to a very convenient ""green beach deck"" to enjoyed all the facilities of the 5 stars. The service is excellent. The Indonesian food very tasty and I simply loved the surprising Japanese restaurant. We need now to test the Tugu hotel in Lombok !"Neeleshwar Hermitage: "The perfect end to our wonderful Kerala Tour"
We stayed 2 nights here at the end of a wonderful three weeks in Kerala. We arrived at 10am having spent two nighst on the Lotus Boat which was just magical. We were immediately show to our room, which was beautiful, leaving us the whole day to just relax. The food in the restaurants, was possibly a little pricey, and lost a bit in translation but we could forgive this for the perfect setting (right on the beach) and the service and attention of the staff. Walking along the deserted beach for over an hour, only seeing fishermen bringing in their nets is something we will never forget. We had a very late flight home and they kindly let us stay in our room so that we could enjoy the day and have dinner before we left. If you want to relax after touring, or just chill out this is the place to do it. Thank you for the perfect end to our holiday. I hope we will be back.Les Maisons Wat Kor: "Amazing service"
Stayed here for two nights and loved every minute of my stay. I was welcomed and made to feel special for the duration of my stay. The rooms are relaxing and the resort very pretty. The staff were so polite and I was even given a birthday cake from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as they will make you feel so welcome and take care of you.NEELESHWAR: "Heavenly peace!"
"Everything about the Hermitage was wonderful - the room, the bed, the pillows, the care taken to make sure everything was perfect, the food, the off site activities offered ( alt bought these were expensive) Forewarned, we had pre- ordered full board to avoid a large bill at the end so that worked out well. Highlight was a trip to the jungle to see a Theyam ceremony. Unforgettable! The sea was like a warm bath, the food and company and the pool were all excellent. One recommendation though - mosquito burners in the spa reception area. Can't wait to return - think about it every day! "MesaStila: "Amazing"
"very good place with amazing views and facilities. The resort crews were also very helpful and kind to support and assist us during our stay there. I stayed there as domestic guest and it was still worth to stay. Don't miss the coffee tour and local batik making!"Rachamankha: "A beautiful and peaceful Hotel"
"We stayed here for 4 nights on our 2 week tour of Thailand and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Gardens, grounds and communal areas are stunning, beautifully elegant and peaceful. Perfect for the romantic holiday maker. The pool area is also lovely although the water itself is cold even on a hot day, so we only ever had a quick dip before enjoying a cocktail on the comfortable lounges around the pool. The restaurant is superb. The food is delicious and the Beautiful Courtyard with it's elegantly decorated tables is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal. The service was attentive but not intrusive and we never had to wait for anything. It seems the staff just knew when we needed something and we're there before we even had to look over from our table. Breakfast is also served at the restaurant and is of a really high standard. Everything you could possibly think of and more. Our room was a really good size and just Steps Away From the pool. It was really nicely lit and tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could need. Bottled water was plentiful and replaced each time the room with serviced. Bathroom products were replaced daily including the complementary insect repellent which was a nice touch. In the evenings the hotel grounds and buildings are beautifully lit to create a super romantic atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to those seeking a little peace and romance. It's all so nicely situated near to temples, markets and other restaurants. If you are looking for an elegant stylish boutique hotel with beautiful grounds and excellent service, look no further.
